Hello all, I've been trying to export an AS11 in version 14.3.1 of Media Encoder and the content of my video looks OK (video after 10hr starting time), Encoder has done something very peculiar to my bars. I've added some screenshots of the original bars (image 1), and the bars after they've gone through the AS11 export in Media Encoder (image 2) Does anyone have any ideas what the issue might be? Thanks in advance!
Working on an Adobe Animate project.Trying to import an mp4 file which it will not. Looking for an FLV. Encoder, however, does not have an mp4 to FLV converter. How do I convert an mp4 to FLV?
I have a gif I made in Photoshop that's only 4 frames, and a friend who knows more about animation than me said to export through Media Encoder. What steps do I take for this simple 4 frame GIF?

This morning i converted some short video animation files from AVI to MP4 successfully. After a days work and editing of some revised MPEG files, i tried to convert them to mP4 same as this morning. But suddenly i cannot find MP4 as a selectable output format in Adobe Media Encoder. 😞

I recently made some content this week. While rendering it within media encoder, I will get the "After Effects has crashed" screen, the render will fail around 5-10 minutes later. This will even happen if I don't have After Effects open. I would try and solve this myself but I don't know much about media encoder and after effects, except how to use them. The video is 30fpsMaximum render qualityRender at maximum depthSoftware Encoding, High, and 4.2CBR and 40------------------------------------------------------------Here is the error log:Export ErrorError compiling movie.Render ErrorRender returned error.Writing with exporter: H.264Writing file type: H264Around timecode: 00:00:05:23Rendering at offset: 5.267 secondsComponent: H.264 of type ExporterSelector: 9Error code: -1609629695------------------------------------------------------------if you need any more info about my PC specs, file types, or Adobe programs ill try to provide as much as possible upon you asking.Thank you!
Hi all,I have created a puppet with Illustrator and then I have introduced it into a scene with Character animator (30 seconds). No problems at all with this part. Now, I want to export the result into a mp4 video but the Media Encoder does not finish the process never ever (2,5 hours of "codification process" without a "remaining time" estimation (blank) I think is "a little too long" for a 30 seconds video)I am using the latest versions of both programs and yesterday I was able to export 2 different scenes (one with the same puppet/character and another with a different one) without problems, but now seems that the Media Encoder did not work properly at all...
Hi,I have installed AME CS6 as part of Premiere Pro CS6 on my MAC (running MAC OS X 10.7.4) via Adobe Creative Cloud but the WMV Codecs are missing. I have already installed the Adobe Media Encoder CS6 (6.0.1) update too and my Adobe Application Manager is saying that all updates have been applied. Please help as I need to output WMV files weekly and currently I'm having to transfer everything back to my Windows machine and encode the WMVs on AME CS5 which is really not workable for me!Thanks
How do I save a video to my desktop on Adobe Media Encoder? Please explain in clear, easy-to-understand instructions (like which buttons to press and where exactly are they). URGENT
I just noticed it today that when I was exporting a clip from premire pro to media encoder when using an esstenial graphic preset it gives me this static bar. But when I had exported it in Premire Pro it renders out perfectly fine. I was wondering if anyone had the same issue as me? Screenshot of what the problem looks like on my end. Title edited by Mod
When i try to convert vob's into mp4's (h264) in Media Encoder the softwares freezes right at the beginning. Any ideas why this is happening? Thank you. AM
I'm using adobe character animator 3.0, media encoder 14.0 but when I'm exporting, adobe character animator is showing press enter in encoder to start render and adobe encoder is opening , but no project is opening there, besides character animator pro giving this message that time Title edited by Mod
Aloha, Unable to run Google Earth Studio scrtips in After Effects, I am trying to compile the JPGs generated in Adobe Media Encoder. When I do, Encoder gives each JPG 4 seconds, so 1 second at 30 fps becomes 120 seconds! How do I get Encoder to process JPGs at 30 fps (1/30 second each) rather than automatically giving each JPG file 4 seconds? Mahalo! Cat
I've been having a love-hate with rendering my compositions from AA 2019 version 16.1 to AME 2019 version 13.0.2. I was previously rendering my finished compositions in AA but I was experiencing my pc crashing and the "blue screen of death" which I possibly recall saying "Memory 10" (not 100% sure). I looked up solutions and saw that using AME was a solution, so I started using that and was not having issues rendering my compositions for some time. However the past two days I've been trying to render two separate compositions of different lengths (one is 7 min 30 sec the other is 15 min 33 sec). I've previously rendered the shorter composition without issues, however I added some additional editing (Lumtri colour) to it and for both pieces they crash my pc about 1 hour into rendering.I have tried decreasing the effects used, I've turned only enabled Mercury Playback Engine Software Only, I clean the Media cache database each time before use and I've adjusted my pc's minimum and maximum
I am trying to export video from Animate to Media Encoder, but every time I try to the video fails to export to Encoder and I get the following message "Adobe Media Encoder failed to encode, please check your status on Adobe Media Encoder que for more details!" Similarly, if I try queing a video in Premiere Pro, Premiere tells me that I do not have Media Encoder installed when I clearly do. All of the aforementioned programs are up do date so I don't what the problem could be. I also don't know how to check the status of encoder que. Any response will be appreciated. UPDATE: I at least figured out the problem with exporting from Animate. I switched the output folder while exporting from Animate and now it works fine (I must have accidentally deleted the original without knowing). I did the same thing in Premiere Pro but it still says I don't have media encoder installed, so I assume that's a separate issue entirely.
I've been working on Premiere Pro on Windows 10 project for weeks, but suddenly today things stopped working during the export step.I've tried to export directly within Premier Pro and queue it to Media Encoder and neither work. I had been exporting to H.264 format successfully dozens of times until today. Some recent changes:1) I moved the project files from a network drive (F) to my internal C drive2) I installed a NVidia Geforce RTX 2060 Super video card I've seen two types of things happen:1) Sometimes, the system will start the export and then it will just hang midway with no error message or explanation, or2) I'll get an error message:Error compiling movieAccelerated Renderer ErrorUnable to produce frame....Error code: -1609629690I've tried working with my project that I've worked on for weeks and a new test project with two tracks.and get the same results.I've uninstalled Premiere Pro and re-installed it.I'm unclear what to try next.Any suggestions would be much appreci
I am looking for a way to add an old codec to Media Encoder.I Have a Morgan Multimedia Codec wich is created using an AVI enveloppe. I am using and old software on an old machine and i dont know how long this setup is going to stay alive. I can't seem to find a way to add this Codec to the AVI Format in AME 14.3 I the Morgan Codec installed to my computer but when i export an AVI there is no setting that is using that Encoder. I need that specific codec for a specific recording application. Thanks
It is freezing at launch, the entire UI becomes unresponsive and eventually crashes. Both AME 2019 and 2020 suffers the same problem. None of the steps I've taken below has solved the problem and am getting very frustrated. Resolution attempt (listed order may not be the order attempted)- Emptied AE media cache- Set AE project to Software only encoding, Hardware CUDA and OpenCL.- Update Intel Display Drivers- Update NVIDIA drivers (with perform clean installation)- Re-installed creative cloud (with adobe creative cloud cleaner tool used)- Emptied and set the file X19zbGNfZmVhdHVyZXNfXw==.slc to read only.- Deleted WSMgrCfg file.- Launch AME while pressing Shift key.- Enabled "Administrator" account under windows 10 and tried AME, but still crashes.- Flashed motherboard firmware- Updated .NET Framework- Updated Windows from 1903 to 1909 I can render videos directly from After Effects but because I need mp4 compression, I need to add my videos to AME. If am lucky, AME
