Adobe Media Encoder

so i have a project in premiere that has AE projects work linked into it . the whole thing is mainly the AE ((not rendered)) but i have some cuts/logos imported into the timeline and on that timeline i have like 5 episodes of the same AE template i just change the name and add stuff in Pr with cuts . and when i added to the queue and clicked render i went home and got back today with ONLY 2 of them done and the rest are begin rendered and i noticed that the CPU/GPU are not begin utilized at all ... i tried software only ,cude everything resulted in the same deal no CPU usage. i tried turning off the native project import with no luck.  system specs (not that it matters) are : I9 9900k 64GB ram RTX 2070x2 1TB NVME Samsung 970pro`s (( one for cache and one for the project)

This shows on my preview as I am trying to render from premier pro and it show on my videos after the render has finished. Also, AME will completely crash the PC. Any fixes on this issue?Thanks

Hi everyone, I've been having problems with uploading videos on YouTube. I followed the solution on other post AME 2018 won't stay logged in to Youtube to not use the old preset from AME 2017 but to no avail. Earlier today I tried creating preset in AME and not Premier Pro and I encode 1 min "test" video and I was happy that it was successfully uploaded, so I proceeded to encode the remaining files in my queue.But when I woke up I was disappointed that the other videos that is 45mins-1.5hrs was not uploaded. The error is the same with this post: Publish Error when Exporting video to YouTubePublish Error when Exporting video to YouTube  I just want to point out in the image bellow that the first "test" video is 1min video of the second video from the queue, and I am wonder why was the first one got uploaded successfully and the second one was not, both have the same preset, the only difference between them is the video length/size.Here's the error message:01/13/2018 04:47:48 PM : Y

Hello why i am getting this Error during export?Error compiling VideoExport ErrorError completing render.Writing with export: H.264Writing to file: \\?\D:\123\video.mp4Writing file type: H264Around timecode: 00:01:24:23 - 00:01:34:08     Component: H.264 of type ExporterSelector: 9Error code: -2147483648    This error happens random, it does not care at which time section I render the video.It crashes by small time fragments, lets say i want to render some highlights of my video e.g. <20sek.It does not care which encoder i use: H265 or H264 both crashes. Making the Video longer does help, but not every time. So what can i do?I use Windows 10 Pro with the newest Version of Premier Pro CC. best regards

I have tried exporting an Adobe Premiere file through media encoder 8 times, using both QuickTime and H.264, but each time it fails due to a "GPU rendering error" and not being able to "process frame." My only work around has been to export without media encoder, instead choosing to export through Premiere at 1080pi60 (which is significantly less quality than my footage, but I've been given failure messages for over an hour now). Both Premiere and Media Encoder are the newest 2019 update. How do I fix this so my files export?

Hello!I'll get straight to the point:I own two systems. I do all my video edits on my 12-core Mac Pro.But, because it's the trashcan one, I can't add storage to it, so...I also have a 6-core PC with PLENTY of space, just added an 8TB HDD to it.Here's what I'm trying to do:1- Import video from GoPro HERO 5 and 72- Convert to ProRes 422 Proxy to allow Resolve to edit without stuttering3- On the Mac, pull the files for each video and editNow, here's what I need Media Encoder to do:1- Watch the folder the GoPro videos get dumped in (via GoPro Quik app)2- Automatically convert them, keeping file folder structure, Quik separates them by camera and by date. For example, it'll look like this:W:\IMPORT\2019-05-24\GOPRO HERO 5\filename.mp4W:\IMPORT\2019-05-24\GOPRO HERO 7\filename.mp4I need AME to put them, after conversion, in:W:\IMPORT\OUTPUT\2019-05-24\GOPRO HERO 5\filename.mp4W:\IMPORT\OUTPUT\2019-05-24\GOPRO HERO 7\filename.mp4And son on and so forth...I've gotten as far as adding the watch

Since the CC2019 update, Media Encoder doesn't seem to recognize any HEVC/H.265 video layers exported from After Effects. It just shows up as a color test chart placeholder (see image below). If the video is H.264 then media encoder has no problems.However, if I dynamically link that after effects composition to Premiere first... and then export from Premiere to Media Encoder, it recognizes HEVC video layers. Weird.

Sorry for the "bad" question but how is it possible it's still not possible that you can export a video from PP in a queue without any errors? How are people using this workflow, if at all?If you export a video from PP directly it works (the usual other errors aside), if you send it to AME, the video literally looks completely different, there are fades different or missing, titles are missing, etc.Help?

This is very annoying. After rendering the file in AME, and changing something in AE, and adding (via drag) the file to AME (even if old was removed from queue), it renders the old file with no changes.You MUST close/open the AME for the changes to take effect. There is NO INDICATION that the old file will be used. Is there any way to prevent this without restarting AME?

Hi everybody!Is somebody experiencing the same thing?My fan spins like crazy when I do a long and loaded-effects project. Unfortunately I am not able to understand what to tweak or change to solve this issue. Sometimes I am afraid that I'll break my machine if I don't find a solution. In the screenshot I uploaded, you can see what how much power AME is taking in monitor activity if that can help. Depuis 1 semaine impossible de démarrer Adobe media Encoder, il démarre et se ferme 2 fois de suite puis plus rien. Sans cette opération impossible d'exporter mes montages. I'm trying to make proxies for this doc project (I use the procedure where within Premiere I right click all the footage in the folder and choose "Create proxies")Before, on Premiere and Media Encoder 2018, this was going smoothly, with the proxies being created and attached at a speedy rate.But after being forced to upgrade to 2019 for the client, the performance has plummeted. It now takes 1-3 hours to make a proxy for a single clip when it used to take only a few minutes. It has brought my work and progress to a screeching halt. Below is a screengrab of my system specs.

Hi,Seen similar aspect problems but this seems different.Importing 720x480 vob files.AME (and Premiere) both identify the files as being 540x480 and there does not does not seem to be anyway to change that.The same file imported into HANDBREAK shows the correct aspect ratio. And Windows Properties also identifies it correctly.Any help is appreciated!

Hi to you all!I have a problem with Adobe Media Encoder.When I render a project form After Effect in Media Encoder the video resulting is very bad and low quality, despite the profile I choose. The same project rendered in AFterEffect in MOv. is very good. MOreover, if I tak the MOV file and rirender in Adobe Media Encoder the quality is very good. The problem exist only when I render direclty form After Effects in Media Encoder. Regards!

Hi,We're relaitvely new to media encoding but have got a presentation to prep. We thought by using AWS and some powerful Nvidia cards we'd be able to speed up encoding, but it is still taking a very long time.System specs are as followsProcessor: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2686 v4 @ 2.3GHzRam : 244GBDisplay drivers : 2x Nvidia Tesla M60'sAfter looking at the system requirements I don't think the CPU or the GPUs are supported for hardware encoding. We've got the Renderer using GPU acceleration (CUDA) as the option, but it's very difficult to figure out of the GPUs are actually being used.Has anyone had any success with AWS encoding?Thanks in advance.

I've been looking around for a long time and I can't find any solution to this problem.I'm making a video in After Effects CC 2019, it works good in After Effects (I can watch it without problem), but when it comes to the exporting process, in Media Encoder CC 2019, after rendering it in H.264, the parts of the video that have the adjustment layer on top look solid color white, I can hear the audio, but looks like the adjustment layer is a solid color and I can't see the video under it. However, the parts without the adjustment layer work well.Maybe I did something wrong, one screenshot of the compostion:Ask me more photos or questions if you need more information.Thanks

Adobe Media Encoder takes forever to transcode 4K H265 60fps X-T3 footage to ProRes 422 HQ or even creating 1280 x 720 ProRes 422 proxies. Up to 20 times more than ffmpeg: what ffmpeg transcoded in 1hr or so, AME shows 21 hours estimated.At this moment it's unusable for me and it gravely affects my ongoing projects.All GPU drivers are up to date, removed and fresh installed. Same with AME. Performance monitoring while transcoding shows something like this: System specs are (Asus Strix GL704GW):Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz, 2208 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)32 GB RAMNVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070Windows 10 64-bitLately I've been seeing multiple reports of AME's slow performance after the latest updates. I've tried some suggested fixes or workarounds, unfortunately none of them worked.Is there an official response from Adobe regarding this issue? Hey all, this is my first post on the forums, since this is the first issue I've been unable to solve on my own. Before the CC 2017 update, I was able to render h.264 pretty flawlessly, but ever since that update (I have 2018 now), h.264 has given me nothing but headache. I can render in some losslesss formats like AVI, but never a compressed format. En always crashes. Here's the log that was created post crash. Hi,Every time I export a Premiere Pro project using encoder my Macbook stop charging and the battery start to drain!Please check the video: "I hid my project as it's work related and I'm not allowed to share it publicly Encoder is usually using between 300% to 400% of my CPU and I don't run or keep any program running in the background while encoding.Nothing crazy about my project though, just exporting 720p H264 video from a 1080p H264 and burning the captions in the video.Here is my Macbook specs:I'm also using the latest Adobe CC products:Anybody has the same issue?

When queuing a project from After Effects or Premiere Pro, the project loads into the Media Encoder just fine and starts fine. However, it doesn't encode at all. There is no error, but the task manager shows no activity from the encoder and the time remaining just steadily increases forever until I give up and close the encoder. Exporting directly from Premiere works fine, but it would be nice to use the encoder. CC keeps asking if I would like to remove notifications, alerts, interface settings and other preferences? I have the two options of 'No, keep app preferences' and 'Yes, remove app preferences' Regardless of how I answer it keeps popping up and asking the same question over and over again.I've tried to quit the program, even ending the task in the task manager. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
