How do I save a video to my desktop on Adobe Media Encoder? Please explain in clear, easy-to-understand instructions (like which buttons to press and where exactly are they). URGENT
I just noticed it today that when I was exporting a clip from premire pro to media encoder when using an esstenial graphic preset it gives me this static bar. But when I had exported it in Premire Pro it renders out perfectly fine. I was wondering if anyone had the same issue as me? Screenshot of what the problem looks like on my end. Title edited by Mod
When i try to convert vob's into mp4's (h264) in Media Encoder the softwares freezes right at the beginning. Any ideas why this is happening? Thank you. AM
I'm using adobe character animator 3.0, media encoder 14.0 but when I'm exporting, adobe character animator is showing press enter in encoder to start render and adobe encoder is opening , but no project is opening there, besides character animator pro giving this message that time Title edited by Mod
Aloha, Unable to run Google Earth Studio scrtips in After Effects, I am trying to compile the JPGs generated in Adobe Media Encoder. When I do, Encoder gives each JPG 4 seconds, so 1 second at 30 fps becomes 120 seconds! How do I get Encoder to process JPGs at 30 fps (1/30 second each) rather than automatically giving each JPG file 4 seconds? Mahalo! Cat
I've been having a love-hate with rendering my compositions from AA 2019 version 16.1 to AME 2019 version 13.0.2. I was previously rendering my finished compositions in AA but I was experiencing my pc crashing and the "blue screen of death" which I possibly recall saying "Memory 10" (not 100% sure). I looked up solutions and saw that using AME was a solution, so I started using that and was not having issues rendering my compositions for some time. However the past two days I've been trying to render two separate compositions of different lengths (one is 7 min 30 sec the other is 15 min 33 sec). I've previously rendered the shorter composition without issues, however I added some additional editing (Lumtri colour) to it and for both pieces they crash my pc about 1 hour into rendering.I have tried decreasing the effects used, I've turned only enabled Mercury Playback Engine Software Only, I clean the Media cache database each time before use and I've adjusted my pc's minimum and maximum
I am trying to export video from Animate to Media Encoder, but every time I try to the video fails to export to Encoder and I get the following message "Adobe Media Encoder failed to encode, please check your status on Adobe Media Encoder que for more details!" Similarly, if I try queing a video in Premiere Pro, Premiere tells me that I do not have Media Encoder installed when I clearly do. All of the aforementioned programs are up do date so I don't what the problem could be. I also don't know how to check the status of encoder que. Any response will be appreciated. UPDATE: I at least figured out the problem with exporting from Animate. I switched the output folder while exporting from Animate and now it works fine (I must have accidentally deleted the original without knowing). I did the same thing in Premiere Pro but it still says I don't have media encoder installed, so I assume that's a separate issue entirely.
I've been working on Premiere Pro on Windows 10 project for weeks, but suddenly today things stopped working during the export step.I've tried to export directly within Premier Pro and queue it to Media Encoder and neither work. I had been exporting to H.264 format successfully dozens of times until today. Some recent changes:1) I moved the project files from a network drive (F) to my internal C drive2) I installed a NVidia Geforce RTX 2060 Super video card I've seen two types of things happen:1) Sometimes, the system will start the export and then it will just hang midway with no error message or explanation, or2) I'll get an error message:Error compiling movieAccelerated Renderer ErrorUnable to produce frame....Error code: -1609629690I've tried working with my project that I've worked on for weeks and a new test project with two tracks.and get the same results.I've uninstalled Premiere Pro and re-installed it.I'm unclear what to try next.Any suggestions would be much appreci
I am looking for a way to add an old codec to Media Encoder.I Have a Morgan Multimedia Codec wich is created using an AVI enveloppe. I am using and old software on an old machine and i dont know how long this setup is going to stay alive. I can't seem to find a way to add this Codec to the AVI Format in AME 14.3 I the Morgan Codec installed to my computer but when i export an AVI there is no setting that is using that Encoder. I need that specific codec for a specific recording application. Thanks
It is freezing at launch, the entire UI becomes unresponsive and eventually crashes. Both AME 2019 and 2020 suffers the same problem. None of the steps I've taken below has solved the problem and am getting very frustrated. Resolution attempt (listed order may not be the order attempted)- Emptied AE media cache- Set AE project to Software only encoding, Hardware CUDA and OpenCL.- Update Intel Display Drivers- Update NVIDIA drivers (with perform clean installation)- Re-installed creative cloud (with adobe creative cloud cleaner tool used)- Emptied and set the file X19zbGNfZmVhdHVyZXNfXw==.slc to read only.- Deleted WSMgrCfg file.- Launch AME while pressing Shift key.- Enabled "Administrator" account under windows 10 and tried AME, but still crashes.- Flashed motherboard firmware- Updated .NET Framework- Updated Windows from 1903 to 1909 I can render videos directly from After Effects but because I need mp4 compression, I need to add my videos to AME. If am lucky, AME

Hello, I have recently moved from a Mac to a PC Intel7 Nvidia GTX1050, 16GB and I have severals issues with ME- 1. When I create proxies, they only get exported when I create one proxy at a time, otherwise if I select severalsl files and create the proxies, the export stops for some files at 6 seconds and ME freezes.- 2. When I bath videos, everytimes some video get the status "failed export" with different reasons> "interrupted by the users" is the most frequent, then when I export the same file again it can randomly work. Could you help me overcome these issues, which makes ME super unrealiable? I'm working with CC20. Thank you.
Why does it keep failing during exporting..... trust me i have searched everywhere and tried everything. I definitely need some anger management after trying to export a "1 minute video" for the last fcking 10 hours. ADOBE get your sht together and fix this, i cannot believe there's no definitive solution... its always try this try that and if it works good job if it doesn't oh well. What kind of Sht is that?! For real though Fix this BS.Message was edited by: Rameez Khan
Hi All, I have a 1 minute AE video that is 4k (3840x2160) and 59.94 (fps).. it has slight animation as well as imported transition effects. I'd like to export the full video from Adobe Media Encoder (version.14.03) in its best quality possible. The project file is orginally from AE (version 17.0.5) ..but everytime I export the video, the final video quality is not as sharp as a 4k video should look and ends up coming out pixilated. Is it possible my media encoder export settings are off? ..(I'm newer to this software).. Any help with a clear looking HD project would be very appreciated and needed! Looking forward to any help you can provide. Thank you, - Leon
Can i export adobe after effect cc2017 to media encoder 2020
Please fix the crashing of Adobe Media Encoder 14.3 a.s.a.p. It even crashes my whole computer sometimes. This really delays my deadlines. Thank uuuuu
I've updated to Media Encoder 14.3 and it's constantly crashing on export from Premiere Pro.I've managed to work out that as soon as it gets to a scene that has Lumetri colour correction applied it crashes....not good
Hi!I updated AME from 14.1 to 14.2 and now it crashes every time when I want to add a video file to the queue.I have the same problem when I add something from After Effects or Premiere. I did a fresh install of AME and everything was working again. But as soon as I change anything in the preferences, I got the same problems again!
We have a new Mac Pro with a 16 core Xeon W and a Radeon Vega Pro II, 32 GB RAM that won't run exports through Media Encoder. We have tried resetting to default preferences, tried using OpenCL instead of Metal, but every time we hit start on the queue, it never makes any progress. These are both 2020 versions of Premiere Pro (where the project is dropped from into the ME queue) and the 2020 version of ME. Being that we have a Mac Gen5 almost running real-time encoding via the same workflow, it seems rediculous that a brand new $10,000 computer can't do better.
Hey everyone, Recently I have starting working from home so I have being using my personal iMac for work purposes (video editing) so I updated all my software & Apps on my iMac to make sure it's up to date for any video editing projects that might be passed my way. I have recently being editing two videos for a client, both around 12mins in length and both with multiple layers within PremPro. The issue I am having is that when I come to export the videos and send them to the ME que, as soon as I start the exports my entire iMac slows right down to the point where I can't even use it until the exporting is complete. I'm only exporting at HD 1080p so nothing too crazy. iMac specs:iMac (Retina 5k, 27-inch, 2017) Processor: 3.4GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5Memory: 16GB 2400 MHz DDR4 Graphics: Radeon Pro 570 4 GB I have all my cache and scratch files set up to a separate 2TB usb 3.0 external hard drive. I have never had this issue with this iMac bef
I make alot of small videos for use in banners and websites and we currently use h264 with the basic profile for compatibility.Would it make sense to consider h265 for small videos such as these - or is it still too incompatible to jump on.
wheree i can download and install it ? Title edited by Mod
I do a weeky video export for a livestream church service, and this past week there was a 15 second audio glitch on the final video file that was not detected as an error on the log. No indication that an error had happened. After viewing this media played back over a live stream, approximately 17 minutes into the video there was approximately 15 seconds of digital hash.Re-encoded video (after the public fail) and had no issues on playback. Has anyone experienced this? I feel that I need to now budget enough time to sit and watch every export real-time after I compete the export, as there was no error log generated...or any sort of indication that the enocder ran into any issues.
Hi I rendered a short clip in premiere directly as well as through media encoder and somehow mediaencoder is rendering the essential graphics completly wrong. Settings are exactly the same also tried software only and open cl but nothing changes? Does anyone has an idea what that issue may be? Its not happening with all essential graphics and if I hide the graphic the export is also fine. on the left is the Media encoder export on the right the Premiere export. Colors, postion of the lines and visibiltiy of certain objects( top bar) are not matching. I'm using Premiere and mediaencoder 14.3 on mac.
Every day I use AME to convert 3-5 MXF files to MP4 and then upload those to Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter each with a unique title and description. How do I create the queue the night before and then have it process the queue exactly at 7:00am the next morning? i thought about a BAT file that could copy the files to a watch folder, but it wouldn't handle the titles and descriptions. I know there is a "Start queue when AME is idle for x.x minutes". But sometimes I'm done at 5:30, other timers it's closer to 6:45 pm. That delay feature isn't reliable. So how do I get it to start the queue at 7:00am every weekday morning? Thanks
