Use the template below to provide us with information: Issue - Media Encoder no longer encodes audio in the preset for Youtube 4K videos. Audio is checked in the project, but no sound comes out.Adobe Media Encoder version number - 24.5Operating system - Windows 11Steps to reproduce - A media project that plays fine in the latest version of Premiere along with audio does not encode audio with the video in the final render. Expected result - Audio should be rendered with videoActual result -  Video renders but no audio on output. Issue - A sequence that plays properly in Adobe Premiere Pro does not render properly in Media Encoder. It will not render audio when rendering video to H264 using any of the rendering methods or audio settings. It will, however, render the audio if the sequence is rendered to audio only, for example to MP3 or AAC audio. Adobe Media Encoder version number - 25.0, however this has also been the case with previous Adobe Media Encoder versions since about last May. I had a separate bug report for previous versions but it was never repaired. I continued to use the older version. With the 25.0 upgrade to Premiere, and the lack of backwards support to previous Premiere versions of Premiere files, and this still being a problem, I was forced to figure out what the issue was with many trial and error attempts or completely re-edit my video. Operating system - Windows 11 Pro. Since updating, when I send an h.264 from Premiere to Media encoder it EXPLODES the colours. See reference pics. No idea why and I can't find anything that fixes it. Tried colour spaces, interpretation, all the normal stuff. it's just broken! Help??

Hola, gracias de antemano.Hace tiempo, con Adobe Premiere CS6 y Media Encoder CS6 podía exportar archivos con formato Quicktime y codec Avid Meridien Compressed con canal Alfa (Profundidad 32 bits).Ahora en la nueva version de Premiere y Encoder CC no encuentro esta misma configuración de exportación.¿Alguien sabe cómo conseguir estos mismos parametros o si hay que instalar algun plugin?

I'm so tired of this. During the last two posts I sent, I said that I can't export through media encoder because it kept failing. I don't know what is going on when it suddenly worked one time in October. Everytime I try to start rendering, it keeps failing a millisecond after. Also, I know very little about media encoder and that I can't access export settings for some reason. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO!!!!!! Apps Used:Adobe Animate 2022Adobe Media Encoder 2022

Adobe Media Encoder ( Version 25.0 Build 54) appears to be writing exclusively to RAM rather than to any of my drives.With 128 GB of RAM, I encounter crashes during the export of large projects as Media Encoder fills the RAM to capacity. Monitoring drive activity reveals high levels of read activity but no corresponding write activity. Towards the end of some of the exports that are being rendered , I noticed very high write speeds from Media Ecoder on any of the SSDs I try to write to but the ram values don't go down and the containers are never closed.  My SSDs are more than capable at writing at speeds much faster than the program can render at.  Why can’t Adobe's software just work?    Windows 10 Pro 64bit - 22H2  OS Build 19045.5198AMD 2950x 128GB Ram at 2667mhz3x 2TB Samsung 970 NVMe , Scratch, Cache, OS 2x Nvidia 2080 SuperNvidia Studio Driver Version 566.14   

 

Hi,Yesterday I updated AE and Media Encoder to the latest versions and after that I'm not able to get the AE file to the queue in Media Encoder. I press;Export - Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue: But the file doesn't show up in the queue window in Media Encoder.I've tried to reinstall earlier versions but then the quality of the movie gets really really bad!I use a MacBook Pro 15 and I have Adobe Creative CloudBest regardsJohnny

Hi, with the new 2018 upgrade, I came upon to the issue of EFS not estimating the file size properly.Speaking of a simple 30 second long H.264 mp4 format, rendered at 3mbit/s (1080p) - it normally wouldn't be bigger than 10MB. Via Media Encoder estimated file size shows up accurate but output after rendering is usually 5-10 times bigger than that with the same bitrate. So that 30 second video now renders at 30-40MB. Currently I have to use a 3rd party compression tool like handbrake after each render. This is a new issue and was not happening in CC 2017. Anyone had this issue with their renders? This is making processes longer and ineffective at the moment.Thanks in advance for any reply!E

I'm trying to export a bunch of sequences in premiere through Media Encoder. The videos are the result of digitalizing UMATIC & BETA tapes so they have some frames that are potentially corrupted. When exporting, the queue shows a lot of videos marked as 'Error'. Media encoder is importing .jpg image sequences as a single frame even when "import image sequence" is toggled on in the import dialog box. This works fine with in Media Encoder Beta, but the official build is broken. In the official build, the only workaround is to manually select all the files in the folder (rather than just the first file of the sequence which normally works). This is tedious as the "cmd-a" command doesn't work in the dialog box to allow selecting all files... The problem exists with .jpg sequences... .png appear to work. I didn't try other formats.

 I need to export all the clips in a sequence seaparatley. I can't use project manager because it doesn't apply certain effects to the clips.  I've opted to create a bin with all the clips from my sequence. From there i export them to the media encoder. The problem is by default media encoder sets the suorce range to "Entire Clip" and I have to manually change each export to "Clip In/Out". It won't let me bulk change this export setting and it's not possible through a preset.  This has been posted about many times, is there any workaround, if not can Adobe please provide a better way to export all the clips on your timeline individually. Media Encoder Version 25.0

Once I've exported my timeline to media Encoder, the output appears to have an unwanted LUT (high colour saturation and contrast). Is there a workaround for this; settings to be changed? Thanks

The latest versions of PPro and AME just constantly show as needing to be updated. Then it takes a full audio plugin scan when opening and then Creative Cloud shows that they need to be updated, again and again and again and again and again and again ...

Why is AME having trouble opening a project I have sent to it from PP?I have plenty of drive space and my cards are big cards.I have exported projects this size in the past without issue.I have cleared all relevant caches, etc but it just cant get past 2/3rds of the export.Each time it has also added a number on the end of the project. I thought once I cleared the caches it would start again on the count but not so.Is there another cache folder I'm not seeing?Appreciate any assistance.

I have a 70 min film. It exports in full but the exported video freezes about half way. Timer keeps ticking for the full length of film but the image and sound stops. Have tried breaking into shorter exports and the issue is still happening at different points in the film. 

I have an essential graphic template in my project. When I export directly from Premiere Pro, it is fine. When I export via Media Encoder, one of the elements is missing. Please see photo. I have cleared the Media Cache Database in ME.PP 25 b61ME 25 b54 I've had this same problem using the plugin for Insta360 - where I can export 360 clips correctly directly from PP but not via ME. Any suggestions appreciated. 

Whenever my co-editor sends me a project file that she's been working on for me to open and edit on myself, for some reason ever since we both updated Premiere, when I export from her project file in Media Encoder, the closed captions won't export in the video, even when I select "burn captions," etc.  It only works if I export through Premiere, but then that slows down my workflow a lot.  Help!

Bestimmte MoGRT-Elemente (Motion Graphics Templates) fehlen im finalen Export, obwohl diese beim Export direkt durch Premiere korrekt angezeigt werden.Hier sind einige Details zu meinem Setup und den bisherigen Schritten, die ich unternommen habe:Adobe-Versionen: Ich verwende die neueste Version von Adobe Premiere Pro und Adobe Media Encoder. I have a corporate license to Adobe software. I am using Premiere Pro CC 2015 and After Effects CC 2015.  Today, I was having an issue using an MP2 file with Premiere Pro.  So I saw something and ran "Updates" hoping it would solve the issue.  I don't know what it did but it broke After Effects.  When trying to export a lower thirds project, I got the following error: “AEGP Plugin AEDynamicLinkServer: Adobe Media Encoder is not installed. Please download and install it to use this feature. Go to https://creative.adobe.com/apps."   which is then followed by AEGP Plugin AEDynamicLinkServer: Failed to connect to Adobe Media Encoder.”  I uninstalled After Effects and Premiere Pro and re-installed them both.  I still get the same error.  I assumed Adobe Media Encoder was installed but when I go look in the same folder where the other Adobe software is (Programs), it's not there.  How does Adobe Media Encoder get installed (part of PP or AE)?

I have a video that shows a length of 00:38:15;01 minutes in Premiere Pro.  When I export it to Media Encoder it shows a length of 02:38:15;01 in ME. When Media Encoder processes the video ME adds 2 hours of black screen after the content I have created.  I deleted Media Cache and allowed PRPro to rebuild it with the same results. I've deleted unused content in Premiere Pro, double checked my sequence settings, and confirmed the Program: window and the Timeline both show a length of 00:38:15;01. I then saved under a new name and tried export to ME again. Again with the same 02:38:15;01 length results. Any ideas?
