Whenever I am exporting in Media Encoder, my program always brings up a crash report and I don't know why. I've tried both acceleration encoders and they still crash my application.
How to export to H.265 in 2021?
I was rendring a file using Adobe Media Encoder but it couldn't complete. Is there a possibity of getting the rendered part to play? I lost access to the source files.
GPU usage on my Mac Pro is through the roof -- sounds like a jet engine with all the fans at top speed. Exporting a 30 minute video to H.265 (60fps, 1080p) with one effect (exposure/gamma) is putting both GPUs on the Radeon Pro Vega II Duo bove 80% usage. And it's no faster than the previous version (takes about 15min to export). Mac Pro, AMD Radeon Pro Vega II Duo, 224GM RAM, 16-code processor, Big Sur 11.3 (going to 11.3.1 this afternoon). Fans died down when the export was finished and usage went back to normal. Repeatable.
I would like to stitch multiple files together but, unlike everyone else in the world, would like to add a second or so of blank space between them. that way when I am using them as b-roll I can see where one video ends and the next begins. How can I add blank space between stitched videos? Thanks a ton.Van
I updated my computer to the latest AME: Adobe Media Encoder 2020. When I open the program, the splash screen comes up, then it crashes a few moments later. "adobe media encoder 2020 quit unexpectedly. Click Report to open the application again. This report will be sent to Apple automatically" I started a live chat with a support representative. He asked me to uninstall and then reinstall. I did that. It still crashed. Support tried taking over my screen and reinstalling it themselves but the issue persisted. He told me to restart my computer so I did. Then I tried to open Media Encoder again. The Issue persisted. Support said I need to uninstall ALL OF MY ADOBE APPLICATIONS! I pushed back and said no, I need those other programs to get my job done. Premiere 2020 is working just fine, so that doesn't make sense to uninstall that. Bad idea. Support says they are going to escalate this to the senior support and will supposedly call me back in 24 hours. I want to note that I find it
Exporting through Media Encoder has been fine up until recently. Now whenever I export a video with audio, the mp4 output freezes a few seconds before the end. I predominantly work in After Effects but have also tried exporting through Premier to test and the same problem happens here too. When I export as h.264 with no audio, the mp4 plays through with no issues. Also I tested as a .mov file with audio and it runs through fine then too. The issue only seems to be when it is exported as h.264 with audio and unfortunately this is the format I need it in! It has only been over the last few weeks that this issue has arised. Please help! x
I have been trying to render my edit for a couple of days now and it renders a little bit and then crashes my computer ! I have tried probably like six times and it keeps happening. Does anyone know how to fix this? My video is about 58 seconds long and I've rendered videos before perfectly. This isn't the first time this has happened but never has it been this many times that it's happened.
For some reason earlier today, when I updated my apps, the media encoder did not. It only downloaded 2021. When trying to uninstall, I get an error stating that the program is still running. Yet my computer just started. The encoder is not running at all, could not find it in task manager to force quit, and is refusing to uninstall even through the direct file. And I can not open it at all.I am on a PC.It has migrated into my Premier as well now. This is killing me because I have to get this video in for my final.
No idea what's going on here. ?????? Can anyone help?
Adobe should develop an app that can remotely show the progress of an export through media encoder. I am exporting a huge project that is going to take about 5-7 hours and I run to my computer to check it all the time to make sure it hasn't failed and what not. It would be awesome to get a notification when there is any activity.
I've had no luck sending my comps from AE to AME while retaining my default render settings, in which I've selected "Length of Comp" as my time span for renders. In AME, the 'source range' always defaults to 'work area' regardless of my AE settings. This wouldn't be a problem if I could 'select all' my queued media and batch change to Entire Composition in AME, but currently this only changes one item at a time even when all are selected.Has anyone found a solution to easily change this default when working with large groups of outputs?
Hello, can you help me: AME and Premiere does not start and interrupt while loading a plugin named: "E2D6B418-2CF4-4F1A-A770-4F0FE2315564.pl" (also see screenshot) I think, that this is a ".plugin", but i can not identify it. Deleting all plugins does not help. Do you know what to do?? Thank you so much, Roland.
Hey all,I have had this persistent issue that i've never been able to nail down on my exports. I have searched through the topic, but never found a post that directly matched mine.. I have been having an issue while rendering out files from Premiere where there are scratches/glitches/artifacting randomly on my export when I check it. I have attached a screenshot below to illustrate. I have had some success with rendering out using Software only. Has anyone had any similar issues or maybe know of a fix? What might be causing this problem? Any responses are greatly appreciated! Thanks!
I use Premiere Pro to produce a video from a musical. I use a set of six cameras and a Zoom H6 to record audio. As the audio I get from the mixer board is dry, I add reverb to it. As the musical includes a number of stage changes, there are many cuts in my production. It seems, that for each time I cut the audio, Media Encoder needs to make a separate run of the audio when it compiles the final video. I have about 30 cuts to my audio now, and as I use two channesls, Media Encoder now goes through the audio 60 times. The final video is a little more than 1 hour. Compiling the audio takes 3 hours, compiling the video takes 30 minutes. I use an AMD Ryzen 9 5900x and an RTX 3080 graphics card, so there should be no shortage of processing power.
In premiere pro CC 15.1 , when i try to export to media, nothing happens. When I click again, the screen goes black and looks like premiere pro CC crashed. I read about deleting media cache in one of the forums, delete the media cache, still not able to export. Premiere Pro CC was upgraded automatically from 14.9 to 15.1 and media encoder was also upgraded to 15.1 recently. I did not have this issue in 14.9. I have createda video sequence in 15.1 with audio etc, and now it is even difficult for me to transfer that to 14.9, because premiere pro cc does not allow downward compatibility. I have also tried uninstalling 15.1 versions on bothpremiere pro cc and medic encoder, restarted the computer. Even after that, I am not able to export . Any help is much appreciated.
Hi all, I've come to you in a time of dire need. I've picked this forum because the problem has manifested itself most in Media Encoder, although I suspect it might be a larger scale issue. I've been having issues exporting anything from media encoder, or premiere. Here's what I know: -It started with issues processing wipe & dissolve transitions between AE comps. Gave me error code -1609629695. -It's expanded to freezing about 10 seconds into exporting any video-It seemed to come out of nowhere about 3 days ago-I've exported the same projects in the past, but now can't -Often premiere crashes when selecting the problematic transitions-The issue(s) does not go away when removing transitions-Media Encoder sometimes fails render and gives error, and sometimes just freezes-Sometimes my entire screen will go black, mouse goes unresponsive, and all software crashes after screen comes on again-The video I've had most problems with is a premiere timeline with some
Adobe Media Encoder worked just fine on my computer yesterday. Today it just won't allow me to add any new sources. Whenver I try, the progress bar for importing appears. When it reaches 100% everything just freezes, and after a while Windows tells me that the program doesn't respond anymore. All I can do is shut it down via the Windows processes screen. And in Adobe Premiere Pro I'm not even able to export any projects to a media file. When I choose File -> Export, Premiere just stops responding. I've tried uninstalling both Premier and Media encoder and then reinstalling them. I've emptied the cache. I've tried upgrades of my graphics card. I've checked that I have enough disk space and cache. Is it just me, or are the Adobe programs becoming more and more unstable for every update? I have clients waiting for their video feils, and I' mat my wits' end. What do I do? I'm running Windows 10 and I have set my Adobe subscription to automatically upate t
I tried reinstalling Media Encoder and that did nothing. Any ideas?
Recently, it took half hour to send my AE file to Media Encoder. And, it took 1 hour to render a 15sec video.Anyone has any idea to improve it?
Good day, I am trying to export a video from After Effects 2020 to Adobe Media Encoder 2020. One of two things happens Adobe Media Encoder either freezes (not repsonding) (This started happening after I updated After Effects) or Status goes to failed and I get the below error (This happened after I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it): Also worth noting I followed this tutorial yesterday, which did nothing, but hopefully didn't make matters worse: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukaMTpq2mT4 (although I can't run as administrator) - Encoding Time: 00:00:0105/20/2020 08:28:28 AM : Encoding Failed------------------------------------------------------------A low-level exception occurred in: H.264 (Exporter:4)A low-level exception occurred in: H.264 (Exporter:4)A low-level exception occurred in: H.264 (Exporter:4)A low-level exception occurred in: H.264 (Exporter:9)Export ErrorError compiling movie.Export ErrorA low-level exception occurred.Wr

Could someone give a step by step about how to export proxy's as MXFs at DNxHD36 in Media Encoder? The files I'll be using will be prores4444 at 3.2k, and arriraw at 3.4k. There's so many options in the pull down menu, I'm unsure which to choose. I have Premiere Pro and Media Encoder, the editor has Avid Mc. Many thanks. My back up is to do use this: Wrapper - apple ProRes MXF OP1aCodec - Apple ProRes 422 proxy
Premiere Pro 15,1 wont queue to Media encoder 15,1. It says Media Encoder is not downloaded even though both are installed on my computer.
