Media Encoder 14.9 crashes on startup. I've uninstalled, then reinstalled. Installed older versions. I can't get it to startup up! Good thing I've lost half my business due to world slowdown - I have some free time to try to figure this out... but I need some help!
I have this problem with the motion graphics (lower third missplaced on AME)... When i enconde in premiere pro, video comes out ok... but when i try to encode on AME, comes out with this problem, and i dont know why, i tried everything and i really need to batch encoding 😞 Thank u Guys
I was searching through the forums and found a few people ask about SFTP support (since 2012) for AME publish presets. This seems such a basic feature and the answer is always to make a feature request. There is very little documentation about the FTP publish feature, but nothing there says there is NO support for SFTP. So how about just updating the documentation? Surely that doesn't take any resources to add the disclaimer. I spent a couple of hours banging my head on the desk to figure out what was happening. Adobe, this is such a silly-basic feature, it might be almost as easy just to add the feature. Or is no one using SFTP out there anymore?
Hello, the community! I have a problem with Media Encoder: when I export from After Effect, the audio doesn't sync with the video. Meanwhile, in the timeline of AF, the audio sync is correct. What can I do? Thank you for your help
Please fix the bug with endless connection to dynamic link server!!
I have to encode from Audition rather than Media Encoder if I want a file usable for podcasts. What am I missing?
Every time I try to export from After Effects using Adobe Media Encoder, the Adobe Dynamic Link fails when I try to render. If I duplicate that failed file in the queue and click render again, it always renders. This is a relatively new problem. Anyone else seeing this or have any work arounds? Driving me nuts.
I'm new to Adobe so I don't understand the big words, so please try to keep it simple. My computer is Windows. I have After Effects 2020 and whenever I try to upload a project to AME it says "This project could not be opened." (There's a picture attatched) I have an old project from a while ago that doesn't have this problem, though. It only started when I updated both AME and AE. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling AME. I have also tried to export the project through AE. I have After Effects 17.0.6 and Media Encoder 14.1. Please help me! I also have a picture attatched of the error logs.
Hey Adobe, its me one of your customers, My monthly fee garantues your payment so take care of our problems otherwise you may miss my money in the future. This bug has been repeorted in another thread but it seems that you (Adobe) is not interested on cutomer Problems.Due to this issue I reverted back to 14.4 late 2020 an with this Version everything works as expected..Now I installed the latest PP and AME Versions (14.9) an I immediatly run into the Error again when using 4K H264/H265 footage (GoPro).Selektor: 9Fehlercode: 3I was surprised, because after changing the following settings in AME I was able to export without any error. (see attached screenshot) "import sequences natively" = uncheckedAfter reverting the settings "import sequences natively = active" the error apperared again every time i tried to export. After unselecting "import sequences natively" again i had no further Problems, the error was gone againIt appears however th export seems to be a little bit
Some elements in my Adobe After effects compositions "jumps" into the images when exported in mp4 with media encoder, though there are no visible problem in after effects itsel. Downgrading both after effects and media encoder solved the problem.
Anoyone else having an issue where media encoder wont open at all? ive tried deleting the cache, deletes and reinstalled it, restarted the laptop and nothings worked. its running the latest versions of everthing on big sur Mac.Any help would be great
So I am trying to export my shots from today with media encoder and when it comes time for me to actually hit the green button some will export and then it starts failing. Then they will just stop and it wont even try and do anything. I hope someone has a answer!!!
I have been using ME for years as a way to process what I have done in Animate. It no longer works, now what?
Downloaded the newblue effects plugin, then neither after effects or media encoder would launch. So I uninstalled the plugin, and then completed a fresh installation of both programs multiple times, including a removal of preferences. After Effects has now begun to work, but upon launching, Media Encoder has continued to freeze on "Loading 3Dblowapart.rpm". I have deleted the plugin from all corners of my files in my computer and have also tried to reinstall it and delete it again in case there was an unmentioned error during the uninstall period. Thanks in advance.
So I have this high quality project, I thought it'd be looking nice on youtube to have the 1440p + HDR option, the only problem is that whenever I press High10 + HDR and render it, it takes longer time and the end result is almost 75% as bright as the original version of the video. It's for a song made by Zella Day & Vanic, the high quality is crucial for everything to be noticeable. I'll be uploading the videos, one with HDR and one without. The One With HDR:This is the one with no HDR: My media encoder settings are:Everything is edited in 32bit color depth. So is there any reason why it's so dark?
Is there any way to render video in Adobe Media Encoder (or for that matter, in any Adobe product) in H.265 with the alpha channel? I've created an animation in After Effects for use with Lumafusion as an overlay title (with transparency). Lumafusion only works with h.265 files with transparency, so it' can't be an .avi or any other format. Thanks.
Hello Team, After Effects Version 17.6 (Build 46) AMC Version 14.8 (Build 31) I am trying to export a video file with few effects but the problem is while exporting the video, the background motion video and effects are not rendering properly as shown below As shown the video output is not taking the background effects properly. Video Background - with effects : So if you see the above SMOKE effect is not rendering in the output file. Please let me know what is that I am doing wrong. Title edited by Mod
Hello! I am writing as this is really my last resort. I have been working on a composition however whenever I try to render it using Adobe Media Encoder, it freezes at the same frame and crashes after about 10 minutes. I have tried troubleshooting by removing all plugins off the layer to try and figure out what might be causing it, to no avail. I have also tried changing from GPU to Software only rendering, but it still doesn't work. Updating and even rendering through After Effects via Render Queue doesn't work. I'm not quite sure what to do and would appreciate some help! I'm not sure what info you might need, let me know if I can provide you with anything, but hopefully this helps!
Went to render a sequence using Media Encoder today and it seems to be boosting the audio levels on export. When I render in Premiere without taking it through ME, it works absolutely fine...I tried changing the encoder settings from Metal to Software only but that is now crashing. Very odd.Anyone else also having this issue?I'm running v.14.9.0 Premiere and v.14.9 Media Encoder on macOS Catalina v.10.15.6
I have a picture sequence in After Effects CC 2017 which i want to render as H 265 with the Media Encoder CC 2017. But when i start the process only the test pattern is going to be rendered.Any ideas ?
It has ruined my work totally. Media Encoder renders with a lot of glitches, in every document, not always in the same segment of time. I've downgraded to some previous versions, but the problem stills, even if I fully unistalled all Creative Cloud. I hope this could be fixed soon.
Hi,The ProblemAfter upgrading to the 2019 version of After Effects (16.0.0 Build 235) and the 2019 version of Media Encoder (13.0 build 203) I am not able to render my footage in Media Encoder. It won't connect to the Dynamic Link Server.I am able to drag and drop my composition from AE to AME. But when I try to render the composition it gets stuck on 'connecting to the Dynamic Link server'.My systemMacOS Sierra Version 10.12.6Processor: 2,7 GHZ Intel Core i5Memory: 16GBVideocard: Intel Iris Pro 1536MBExtra infoIt all worked when i was using AME version 12.1.2 and AE version 15.1.2What I have tried- I tried this solution AME cannot connect to Dynamic Link Server(I looked into this further and find out this problem happens when the following conditions are both met.AE Preferences > General > "Show Start Screen at Startup" is disabledAE Preferences > New Project > "New Project loads template" is enabled) <- which didn't work for me.- I tried to install the previous version
I'm trying to find a crop setting of 1:1 ratio/proportions - but seemingly this is not possible? my Ratio list includes all but a 1:1 square. Any help GREATLY appreciated! Jeremy
I created a composition in after effects (29.97 fps) thats about 16 seconds long and is 1.9 mb. when I try to export with media encoder using h.264, high bitrate and maximum render quality, the progress and elapsed time get stuck at 1 second. I even tried to wait it out by letting it render overnight but there was no difference the next morning. Ive created several similar videos with the same formats and they have exported just fine. the only difference I can think of in this situation is that I used an extremely large amount of effects compared to my other videos. I would appreciate any help.
