Buenos días equipo de Adobe,Os escribo para reportar un error que estoy experimentando con el procesamiento de un archivo en Adobe Podcast. A continuación, detallo los datos técnicos del problema:Especificaciones del Proyecto Nombre del proyecto: TDK05x28 Historia entre dos mundos (Rubén y Diana). Duración del archivo: 1 hora y 58 minutos. Contenido: Episodio especial para mecenas (requiere disponibilidad urgente). Descripción del Error Usamos Adobe Podcast para grabar en directo en vuestra plataforma. Actualmente, el archivo lleva en estado "Procesando" desde ayer a las 20:00h y el proceso no avanza ni finaliza. Acciones y Pruebas Realizadas Reinicio completo del sistema (PC). Limpieza de caché y borrado completo de cookies del navegador. El problema persiste sin cambios en la interfaz. ¿Qué pasos adicionales podemos tomar para solucionar y desbloquear este archivo? ¿Tenéis una estimación de cuándo podría estar procesado y disponible?¡Muchas gracias por vuestra ayuda!

No está sincronizado respecto al audio originalOpen for Voting

Esto es algo que ya tienen tiempo que me pasa cuando quiero mejorar la voz, separo el audio del video para poder procesarlo, pero cuando los junto en mi editor hay partes que se acortan y eso provoca que se desplace el audio y todo quede desincronizado… la verdad este va a ser mi ultimo mes suscrita porque es un roblema que ya me tiene cansada, no pago para tener que corregir esos errores, mejor ya hago todo manualmente

How do I adjust volume levels?

I started a project with two separate audio files - one for each speaker. Reviewing the edited version, one of the tracks is a bit softer than the other. Is there a way to adjust the volume for an individual speaker (I think I’m asking if there is a way to get back to those tracks).

Speech not getting recognized and falls under 'Background' sectionOpen for Voting

It has been working perfectly fine until today, when i tried uploading my vocal track for my podcast, my voice is getting cancelled off as well. It is, for some reason, being placed under "Background Music" rather than the usual "Speech" section. I have tried it with multiple files however I am getting the same result.

Upload transcriptOpen for Voting

I use Adobe podcast for an indigenous language, but when I click “transcribe” in the editor, it says “this language is not supported for transcription”. That’s fine, I don’t expect it to understand an endangered Native American language. But I would like the option to upload my own transcription. I have my own ASR model that I use so I can upload it already transcribed and I would like the option to still use Adobe Podcast for editing. Even if it would make an attempt, then at least I could correct it myself. But as it is it won’t let me do things like add captions to video.

Audiogram Waveform too high

Hi. When I create an audiogram the waveform extends too high and cuts off. I have tried adjusting the volume of the source file but this does not seem to make a difference. Can anyone help?

Cómo solucionar el problema de la autorización de los archivos acsm. Teniendo dicha autorización en un equipo antiguo al cambiar a uno nuevo y seguir los pasos señalados, nunca se puede llegara la autorización

Normalmente compro los libros en la Casa de Libro. Allí los libros requieren la autorización y los archivos son acsm. Hasta recientemente no he tenido problemas al bajarlos y poderlos leer tanto en Adobe Digital edición y en Packetbook. Ahora an cambiado la mecánica de la autorización y al intentar conseguirla, siguiendo los pasos por Vds. indicados siempre al final da error y no es posible normalizar el tema. POr favor díganos que debemos hacer para solucionar el problema.Adjunto le remito los pantallazos de las acciones para poder lograr la autorizaciónGracias

Control of video quality being exported so it matches what it looks like in the studio. It only downloads a compressed version that looks flat and dark.Open for Voting

I am assuming this is a feature issue and not just a bug since others have reported the same thing. The exported video quality is rubbish and there are not settings available to fix this in exporting the video. It takes a well lit video and flattens it and darkens it to the point where it is too compressed to get that quality back.

The files sound fantastic from the website but once they're downloaded the exported file quality is a very low 48kbs MP3 format.  Is there a way to at least get 128kbs or 320kbs or preferably a WAV format?

I have been trying to download my latest podcast episode all week and keep getting this message: Something went wrong downloading the project. Please try again later.I have tried different computers, different browsers, clearing the cache, anything I can think of, but no luck.I searched this forum and see that others are having the same issue, but haven't seen a solution offered. I am unable to export any of my projects as a video file?Open for Voting

I am unable to export one of my recordings/projects as a video download. I keep getting the following error ‘something went wrong with the download. Please try again later’ I have tried exporting shorter clips, switching off enhance audio, refreshing browser, checked my internet connect is stable etc all to no avail. The video is 1hr 9 minutes in length so well under the 2 hour limit. It’s a guest episode so difficult to re-record. I have had issues with other shorter recordings around 40-50minutes in length but was able to export in 2 to 3 separate clips. Then having to pull full video together again in Premiere Pro. I am able to download audio only but not video for this project.

Hi everyone,I’m having trouble accessing one of my Adobe Podcast projects. I can open Adobe Podcast, but I can’t seem to access/manage a specific project anymore. I’m wondering if it may be linked to another Adobe account, but I’m not sure how to check this. I still have the link to the project.Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there a way to see which Adobe account a podcast project is connected to, or recover access to a project if it was created under a different account?I’ve already contacted Adobe support, but I’d appreciate any advice from people who have experienced something similar.Thanks!

por que eliminan algo que ya funcionaba, importo un audio y solo deja mejorar la voz de 0% a 100% queriendo mejorar todo en una sola barra, por que eliminan la otra opcion que te permitia mover que tanto ruido de fondo se podia eliminar o balancear, ahora todo lo hace en UNO y queda horrible

mp3 funktioniert nicht :(

Ich habe eine 2-stündige mp3 Audiodatei (Größe 64MB) zum Rauschen herausfiltern bei Adobe Podcast hochladen wollen, doch gleich beim Hochladen kommt gleich die Meldung "Verbessern fehlgeschlagen".... Hat jemand eine Idee?

Unable to upload audioOpen for Voting

I’ve been using the audio editing feature without any issues until today. I attempted to upload an existing audio file and when doing so I get a pop up that says, “There was a problem uploading the audio” without any further explanation. I thought I had hit my max allowance but I have not. I also tried uploading a different audio file and the same pop up shows up.
