Adobe Scan

I have installed Adobe Scan on my Android smartphone but when I open the app I get a 'welcome' screen and nothing else? I cannot access any settings or log-in etc, it is just a static page. I tried uninstalling and reinstall but made no difference. Can someone give me a clue what is going on please! 

Everything I scan is gone from my mobile device's Adobe Scan whenever I scan a document and save it, but then mysteriously it occurs in Document Cloud when I log in there from my computer. Why does it not show in the list of scanned documents in the Adobe Scan on my iPhone, even if I save the document there after a scan, and why do i still get the message "You don't have any scans"?  I have logged out of the Adobe account and back in again on my phone yet to no avail.

I was scanning some important pages of  a book and after i had saved it. I found that all the pages were rotated.  So i tried to rotate it by the built in function in the app but still would be the same and i cannot do anything. Please respond fastThank you

Hi,I had a problem with the app Adobe Scan on my iPadPro. I scanned a document and pushed the save button. It was uploading the file on the Document Cloud, but it told me I had no space to save it, and the document on the app disapperead and I can find it anymore. I noticed that if I go to the settings, I can see that the app has some files and documents that occupy space on the memory. Is it possible that the file that I scanned is saved somewhere in my iPad? Can I recover it somhow?Thank you in advance!

Hi all,I use this awesome app for scanning books. Let's say I have scanned 100 pages in batch mode. I want autocrop to apply to all pages before I save as pdf. However, it only seems to apply to the first page! When I manually press the crop botton and then press autocrop, however, it properly finds the boundaries. Could it be a bug or an issue that happens for large number of images? Thanks

Can anyone guide me why everytime I use Adobe Scan will go to cloud? How can I cancel it. Thank youSebastian  

Hello,i was taking pictures of documents with adobe scan. because the battery was very weak, i switched off mobile data use. adobe showed me the data as saved. now i wanted to upload the data to the cloud, now all documents were gone that i had not saved in syncron in the cloud. does anyone know how i can get this data back?

Scanned 2 pages of a document via Adobe pdf scam app, looks perfect.. sent a link to it via email to myself, I open up and there's a gap showing vs text ... what is going on? this is on my iPhone, will check to see if similar problem at desktop , otherwise if anyone has an answer I would appreciate it !

It worked fine before this happened - I can't seem to create any scanned file at all! When I finish scanning and tap "save PDF", the app will go back to main page with nothing showing up.The set up is correct, my device is fine. The issue only occurs when I'm signed in as this account, there's no problem when I use another account on the same device. please fix this, it is very annoying and this issue has persisted for a few months now

Bonjour a tous je viens aujourdhui vers vous car j'ai un soucis j'ai numériser pas mal de papiers important en milieu d'année dernière afin de ne pas les perdre mais j ai égarer mon portable en septembre. J'ai télécharger l'application Adobe scan sur le téléphone suivant et j'ai retrouver tout mes scans mais ce téléphone étant mort j'ai acheter un autre téléphone en décembre et ai a nouveau télécharger l'application mais je ne retrouve pas mes scans... 😱 hors j'ai besoin d'un document que j'ai scanner en juin 2019 la maintenant tout de suite 😂😂 sauriez vous ou sont partis ces satanés documents ? In Adobe Scan an option allows to apply a colour filter to all images in the same file.But I cannot find a similar function that would allow me not to crop all images in the same file: I can only do it manually for each image.Such an option would be very appreciated, is there any chance that it can be added? Thank you in advance for all feedbacks

I scan very large property surveys and need them to print legal paper size but I always seem to have to fiddle with the settings to print.Is there an automatic way to have them scan to be legal size?

I am using Adobe Scan app on Android. The app functions well and saves as a PDF. Whenever I try to open on ANY other app, I get an unknown file error. I do not wish to reopen every single app and convert it to a usable file type to use on my Adobe reader, so how can I correct this severe programming error within the app, or is there a quick work-around before I leave a review? I have used adobe scan for a long time. No problem with printing it. Recently these couple months, when I try to print a document it came out small not the actual document size. I love to use adobe scan it's a perfect scan app ever. Please! please help me fix the problem. Thank you so much!

I am Chinese and if I want to use this app, I have to switch the nationality of the App Store to another country, such as Hong Kong or Canada. If I switch the country and region back to mainland China, then I will not be able to use the app, and after scanning, the homepage will still be empty. I'm a student studying design. I really need this application. I often use it to scan sketches and convert them into electronic manuscripts.

I use adobe scan on my Samsung Galaxy S8 for school and I have to turn in lab reports weekly. Resently I've had a problem with the first page showing up upside down. When I go to fix it by rotating it, it will show up right side up from the home screen and when downloaded or tapped on it will still be upside down or will just remain upside down without pretending to be right side up in the home screen. I'm not sure if this is just the modifications just not going through or if its something else. I don't believe I am scaning them upside down because the rest of the pages are fine. I hope there is an easy fix because I like how easy this app is for me to turn things in, but if I cant find a solution I will get points off for turning things upside down and will have to use something else. And when I use the term "home screen" I mean the page where you can see all your scans. Also all my first pages are graphing notebook paper, maybe thats the issue? I recently changed phones from iphone SE to iphone x, the Adobe Scan app loads but when i clik to sing into my Adobe account there is just a white screen with 'Close' in the top left corner - it goes no further.  Any help greatly appreciated.

I tried to scan a document for the first time which has an only page, but I failed.I have never used Adobe Document Cloud, so I have no idea why the storage limit has been reached and I cannot use the app.All I want to do is to use Adobe Scan successfully for nothing. Could you let me know how to solve this problem?(I'm just a beginner of English, so please forgive me even if there is a grammatical mistake.)

Is there a setting to prevent a scanned containing sensitive information (SSN, bank acocunt number, etc) to NOT be sent to the Adobe Document Cloud or any location outside of my iPad? Thanks,Philip
