Hi, It would be great if you can share logs from your system with us. To do so, please download log collector tool and run it to collect the logs. On running this tool a zip file will get created on Desktop. While sharing the logs please do mention the name of the file and approximate time when this issue is happening. Hi, Could you please restart the Creative Cloud Application. On Mac, please press cmd + space bar, then type creative cloud and start the application. This will bring back the app icon on top. Please let us know if this works for you. Thanks, Ankit

Please click on three dots present on the top right of creative cloud app. Then click on Preferences. Here you will see two tabs 1: General 2: Creative Cloud Click on Creative Cloud and then click on Files. Here you will see the version of Core Sync installed on your machine. Thanks, Ankit
