Dear Adobe employers, do the following: Select your new Gradient Tool, then right click, and DELETE IT!! Please, leave things as they where working. As Carlos Sainz says: "Stop Inventing".

After investing in an X-Rite i1 and improving the environment to work colors accurately, you don't expect surprises that you can't control. My eyes go out of calibration every time I open the app in v24.2. Color Saturation at max, WHY??? Could you add the option to turn off the splash screen, like in Lightroom?

No. Deleting preferences didn't work. It was one of the first things I've try. But I am using a very close configuration as the first post user. iMac 5K 27", Monterey 12,6, Phothoshop 23.5.1 but srtated with the previous version.

Dave, you might have reason about Apple. However this is not the first time it happens, and the last time Adobe fixed the issue, not Apple because it was a fail from Photoshop (a very similar bug). Then, If this is Apple fault (as you said), why does Adobe release a new version which was going to fail? The issue comes with the Photoshop 21.1.3 update, not from an Apple update. Thats why we all blame Adobe and not Apple. Also, in my opinion, Catalina it is a free software, I am paying Photoshop, so I demanding an stable service from Adobe. I am sorry for my english, as you might notice, this is not my primary lenguaje.

It looks like Photoshop engineers doesn't test anymore before release. 2nd time on a few months (the first was the Highlights issue solved in 21.1.2). It is not safe anymore to update without check for engineers mistakes (from now on I will verify online before update). Since most of us, use this software to WORK with deadlines, the fastest way to keep going is downgrade to previous version. I recommend restore it from TimeMachine to avoid loosing your space work and preferences. Only by doing this, I am able to work with no issues.

It is the same to me. Today Iv'e updated to 21.1.0 and it's been failing. Mac Catalina 10.15.3 AMD Radeon R9 M390. Hope this can be fixed soon. UPDATE: Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Version: 21.0.3 solved the issue for now.

I finally found what was causing the delays, slowness and lags. It was the Preflight. Usually I worked fine with it, I even had a very strict preferences and it was running fine; however in this version of InDesign was causing all those performance issues, even with the Basic preference. Once I turned off, the lag is gone. I guess I will use it at the end, just to check everything is alright, as old times. Thanks for your assistance Bill. And no, no third party plugins here and images are in my internal HD. Greetings!

After importing there is a lag manipulating the image. It feels like is rendering in the background (I can compare it when using Final Cut and you play the timeline without wait for the computer to render the footage). All the functions feels slow, but trying to move an image it takes long patience. After a few minutes, I can work without issues. I've created a new session in my computer and still having this bug. Any solution around? Thanks in advance. My system: Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6 iMac 5K RAM: 24 GB AMD Radeon R9 M390 with 2 GB

I had similar issues plus a lack of performance. It is something the Photoshop genius guys did wrong in the last update 20.0.2. I deleted everything (including all System and user Library files) and reinstalled 20.0.1 I have no issues since then. I would suggest to do the same. Those bugs, instead reach old machines, are affecting relatively new and power computers. 20.0.2 works fine with my old Mid 2010 MacbookPro. ¿? And no, no Mojave here. I still using High Sierra.

I found myself in the same situation. If YOU decide the document and canvas size, why Photoshop decide to round it while export? There's no sense at it. I usually export graphics to video and I expect they measure 1920 x 1080 as designed. Not 1920 x 1041 as "Export" decided to round it. At import them to Final Cut, sizes won't sync well, WT#? My found solution: Instead use the Export As... window, I try using the Legacy "Save for WEB" and every export size is EXACTLY the same using this, not rounded by some bug. Adobe asks why many users still using the Legacy "Save for WEB" This is why!

After a year, I gave it a new try to Acrobat DC (Damaged Code) in my Macbook, still HORRIBLE and USELESS to work. I will still avoiding it for my desktop computer, even when everyday the Creative Cloud App in my desktop remember me that there is a pending update to DC. My concern is support for XI is going to finish at Oct 2017. So we're lost until Adobe decide to release Adobe Acrobat XII for PRO's. Isn't it? I'm with you everyone!

I think your answer became the main point in this thread. Acrobat DC is for the Knowledge Worker. What Creative Pro's needs, have a name: Acrobat Pro XII. Then we'll be able to work again. After so many crashes, I'm back to Acrobat Pro XI, it's so easy to use. It works GREAT for me and I wish to be updated, NOT changed. In the other hand, I appreciate you came and talk to us, lately big enterprises stop talking to customers, so I like what Adobe does in that sense.

Hello. I have installed Adobe CC on my two Macs: Desktop and Macbook Pro (as it is allowed). Mainly I use my desktop. Now I have this question: If I create another USER in the same computer, and sign in to Adobe CC, is this count as another computer? Or your system already knows is the same computer? I have a client with sensitive information and I've created another USER in the computer to be safer. The sofware works, but I want to know what happens if I sync my Photoshop Settings. I don't want to do anything ilegal or it looks like it. Thank you in advance. Rubens
