Hi. I've tried that many times,,but it still doesn't loop after it's rendered. The AE file has the LoopOut function the time remapping - I've followed these steps, as well as similar tutorials. Not sure how to export a simple gif-type render that loops. Do you do that in Encoder somewhere? Thanks a lot

Thanks for replying. I still don't understand how to get it to loop though. Do I set it to loop endlessly in AE? If so, where is that setting? Or if "in the viewer" you mean in Quicktime, I don't know where that setting is in quicktime either. Thanks

Hi. I am trying to loop a simple 5-second animation, and after 25 tutorials and 10 hours, nothing has worked. I've precomposed it, brought that into a new comp, and did the whole time-remapping, with the Expression set to loopOut . I've tried 5 different variations of the "cycle" expression I've tried various Remap techniques. You name it, I've tried it. I export it to Encoder, and final mp4 - does not loop, it just plays once. What am I doing wrong? I'm very new to AE. Thanks a lot.

Hi. Yes, changing that did help. It was set to Auto, yet wasn't detecting the headphones. It did resolve it for now, thank you very much.

Hi. I am new to Aftereffects and cannot get audio to play. I dragged an MP3 into the project area, and then down to the layers. I am pressing Number 0 on the keypad, and selecting RAM preview. The audio button is ON, and I see the waveform for the music. Screen is set to Quarter However no audio plays while the timeline scrubs through. How can I fix this? Thanks a lot.

Really? For over 10 years, I've been strictly importing EPS, since AI was problematic for a long time, and the printers preferred EPS. Seems like the newer versions of CC allows for importing AI directly as you said - Thank you!

I see. I'll give that a try, thanks. But, I've heard for a while that EPS isn't ideal, but it's still in use. I import a lot of Illustrator files into InDesign, and an EPS seems to be the best format for that, no?

I'm using AI CC 2018. When I save an EPS file, it saves each artboard as a separate EPS file. I just want one EPS file as usual. I can't seem to simply hit Save, to just save the artwork. Each time I click Save, it saves all 5 artboards as separate EPSs. It says "Some of the files already exist in the target location. The files marked below will be replaced." The only option is to click "Replace" or close that window and not save . Upon clicking Replace, I get 5 EPS files, 1 for each artboard. How can I save the entire file, all artboards, as one single EPS file as usual? Thanks

I cannot turn off font filtering in InDesign. It's somehow set to "sans serif" and when I try to choose All Classes, it does not accept that selection, and I cannot use most of my fonts. Even if I type in the font I want, it does not show up, as it is permanently set to Sans Serif. How can I fix this? Not sure if it's corrupt, but I've done the usual - restarting, updating the app, etc. Thank you

Sorry, but I have tried each and every one of the above suggestions, and it isn't resolving for me. I have 2 monitors, and it's stuck behind the OS bar at the top of the large monitor. Using just 1 monitor does the same thing. There is no "Minimize" option under Arrange for me, and a few other options are simply not there. Is there any other way to access the top nav bar? It sort of brings work to a standstill, so maddening. Thanks
