Well Jeremiah... I’m not sure how much more clearly it can be stated that Victoria Bampton IS NOT an Adobe employee. Why do you want to believe so badly that she is? Just because you see conspiracies lurking in every corner does not make them true!
Her compensation, if you must call it that, is the respect and admiration she has earned as one the most valuable contributors to this forum. It would be a darker world, indeed, without her advise and expertise.

Have you tried this path? Go to Adobe.com> or Click your profile pic in the CC desktop app Click “Mange Account”> (you may have to sign in again) Under “Plans & Products” click “Mange Plan”> Under “Plan details” click “Switch Plan”> let me know if this works

Try this path and let me know if it works for you: Go to Adobe.com> Click “Mange Account”> (you may have to sign in again) Under “Plans & Products” click “Mange Plan”> Under “Plan details” click “Switch Plan”> Choose your desired plan and you’re set.
