I know it's been a while, but this is also for future users. I've been combining the 2 scripts "layercomps to files" and "artboards to files" into one script. I've also fixed broken sections of the layercomps tonfiles, many file options are actually broken in that ancient script.   Laat week I've also added webp as an export option.   My version of the script allows you to export all layercomps of all artboards or one selected. Which version of the script are you using? Because latest version works fine on my side.   Another question. What color type are you trying to get results from? It should work because all color types are added. Only gradients arent fully added because that takes a huge overhaul or edit of the current script   Ps is it possible you share a simplified file, this remove all artwork, but keep all the color swatches. I bumped into this issue as well. Then checked and this current external monitor is set to 100% Yet i see some kind of 1.11% difference in images.  Where chrome shows an image is 145x35pixels, if i screengrab it, its 162px width in photoshop. It's also an osx issue, I believe this whole issie started with hdpi display like retina screens and such. But I've run into an issue today. Got this older m1 Mac mini and when I connect a 27" monitor which runs normally on windows at 100% 2560x1440 the images are scales by 50%. It's easily check by making an image at 72dpi with these dimensions. I just don't understand why apple doesn't show an option to make a none hdpi monitor show none hdpi. It took me some Houtse to find an app for osx which allows you to use a resolution of 2560x1440 in none hdpi mode.   EDIT Found this app which "fixes" it. Its called BetterDisplay. The issue is that OSX is pixel doubling  even when i use a none scaled display ratio setting. I noticed when i saw screengrabs were 144dpi. Well it's not actually a display issue only, it's also an os "issue". I see the same on a none retina display. I have 27" monitor (2570x1440) which has a good 100% view using Windows, but when o attach it to a Mac mini and set it at  resolution to 2560x1440, images are view at 100% are shown 50 scaled down. I see the same in other apps. The os is pixel doubling no matter what monitor is attached. Is quite annoying actually. Just got an older m1 at work and cause couple hours to get a workaround. @BernyHoffmann    What you can do is make a dynamic action  and add this in a script. In my opinion they don't behave the same. Because the most important aspect is, there is NO visual feedback on how the gradiënt flows in an object in InDesign. Even photoshop has it now, though a bit clunky because it shows just for small while.   The issue is, that without such annotator tool, it's impossible to do prices work, adjust a gradients position and rotation and scale.   Truly hope they work on this ... 1. I need to check that  I thought i checked every combo possible 2. That is by design as stated before. Getting joined and split working is so much hustle. I couldn't get it to work. I'm no real developer, I like tonfiddle with code. My code is probably not optimized and full of not optimized parts. This is the best I could come up with. Prior to this edit. It seemed join hex and Split components didn't even work. That's why I chose to deactivate them. It looks messy when they are activated.
