I may be missing something here, but when DXO PhotoLab is installed it adds a plugin for Lightroom Classic called Transfer to DxO PhotoLab (x). This plugin is accessed from Lightroom Classic's Plugin Extras menu. The plugin can be used to send a raw file directly to PhotLab. After editing the file in PhotoLab it can then be exported back to Lightroom Classic where it will appear next to the original. Any suggestion on how to disable the Creative Cloud All Apps pop-up that appears each time I open Photoshop. Checking the "Don't show again" again box makes no difference. Select the Zoom tool then check the settings you have in the Options Bar. If Scrubby Zoom is disabled you will get the behaviour you describe. If you enable Scrubby Zoom you should get back the drag to zoom behaviour. Once this option is set, Scrubby Zoom will work regardless of the tool you have selected.  ... View more

I have over 7,500 Nikon D1X NEF files in my library. I tried running Super Resolution on one and my result was similar to yours. This is not a bug and occurs because the D1X files have rectangular pixels instead of square pixels.  I opened the image in Photoshop and used Free Transform to restore the correct aspect ratio. Have you tried comparing the Library and Develop view at 100%. I can reproduce what you have described while at Fit view which for Nikon D850 NEFs is a zoom level of 36.7%. When I increase the zoom level (using the slider in the Library toolbar) to around 60% and greater any difference between Library and Develop is not visible. ... View more

Clearly they should match but at the moment, for me at least, they don't. Library module - Loupe View - 100% Develop module - 100% Toggle from Library to Develop and back and I see the same disconcerting difference that is illustrated in my screen shots above. The two screen shots that I posted above were from the Library module and clearly show the difference in colour saturation between Loupe view - Fit and Zoomed. Are you saying that is expected behaviour for the Library module on an iMac/iMac Pro 5K display? While I can't be absolutely certain I don't think this was happening prior to LR 10. I am still seeing this issue 10.1. Just to expand on my post above, the loss of saturation in the zoomed version occurs regardless of whether the image has edits. I can reproduce something similar using Lightroom 10 and Big Sur. Clicking the "Zoom to Fill" check box in the Print module zooms the image as intended but at the same time the preview is slightly desaturated. On darker images the loss of saturation is barely noticeable but on others it is quite visible. However, printing the non-zoomed and zoomed versions (to JPEG files) results in identical images (other than the zoom) with no loss of saturation in the zoomed image. ... View more

Valentino In the Develop Module the Reset button is at the bottom right of the right hand panel. Also while you are in the Develop Module, the keyboard shortcut, Shift-Command-R resets all settings as does the menu option: Settings - Reset All Settings. Given that your objective to have a preset do all that you want is currently not possible, my suggestion would be a two-step approach, Reset followed by the preset that does all the other things you want. ... What is the difference between a preset that is setup to "restore everything to flat" and clicking Reset? Reset will definitely remove all local adjustments, remove any cropping and transformations and restore all sliders to their default (neutral?) positions. I am using Photoshop 20.1 on an iMc Pro running macOS Catalina 10.15.3 When using Adobe Camera Raw to edit Nikon NEF raw files, all tooltips are blank, ie, the yellow tooltip placeholder appears when hovering the cursor over a button or tool but that placeholder is blank. I logged in to a second Admin user account that I keep for troubleshooting. I opened Lightroom, logged in with my Adobe ID and imported some JPEGs. The crash still occurs when attempting to go to the Map module. I did not bother reopening Lightroom and trying the Web module. So, this is a brand new catalog created in a "clean" user account. I'm glad I am not alone. I am also editing Nikon D850 NEF files and I am using an 8-core iMac Pro with 64 GB RAM. Performance has definitely been below that which I was getting in the previous version. In particular, extensive use of local adjustments results in severe lag to the point of making Lightroom (Classic) almost impossible to use. Quitting and restarting temporarily fixes this problem.
