P: Creative Cloud Apps Popup when opening latest Photoshop

I installed PS 24.7.1 and PS 25 yesterday. Now when I open either version of PS a creative cloud all apps advertisement opens. Even when sending a photo from LR. The popup prevents you from doing anything until you close, to include a photo send from LR.

I've checked the box in lower left corner for "don't show again." Doesn't work.

Have ensured I'm logged in to CC, logged out and back in, restarted computer, reinstalled the older versions, nothing works. I've been a subscriber for 8 years and my plan is current.

How do I get rid of this annoying popup?

Running on Mac Studio M1 Ultra with latest version of Ventura.

@esandy have you tried to reinstall Camera Raw? We have heard that in some instances this fixes this.

I, for one, can say that removing Camera Raw.8bi doesn't change anything.

@CoryShubert Hi Cory! I need to let you know I fixed this. Probably a bit convoluted but it worked and I have had no issues with PS now on either of my Macs for the last two days. I did all my troubleshooting on my older 27" iMac, but once this one was fixed, the problem just disappeared on the Studio. Some setting was obviously triggered across the account.

First, its important to note: On the "all apps" popup image I posted, none of the buttons, links or check box worked since the problem started.

I initially tried Francesc Genovés suggestion to roll back the version so I installed PS 24.7. Popup still occured so I rolled back to 24.6. Still got the popup, so I ran a System Info on 24.6 and began to read through it. Wish I had captured a screen shot but didn't, however I noticed something like this:

Home Screen (Loaded) 6.8.0 - from the file "/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP/extensions/com.adobe.ccx.start-6.8.0" Figured why not?, we did removed the preferences and could restore so I sent this folder to the trash. Still go the popup, but also noticed that each start folder for the home screen coincided with PS updates. So I deleted all back to 6.5.0 (Mar 2023).

This time PS hung for a moment then loaded, and gave me the popup. However, when I viewed the System Info this time, the Home Screen path changed to and notice the final line:

Took me a bit to find the "Required" folder. Its located from Applications, go to the executable for PS, right click on the executable, and select Show Package Contents from the menu. 

I sent to trash the folder for PS Cloud Value Dialog but still got the popup. However, this time I tried a link on the popup and it worked. So I came back, checked the box for Don't show again and popup is now gone. Went to the Mac Studio and started PS 2024 and no popup. So it set something across the account. To bad I didn't try a link ealier when I deleted the  com.adobe.ccx.start-6.x.x folders. May be it was fixed then or was it PS Cloud Value Dialog folder? Whatever it was, something in those folders are blocking the links on the popup and perhaps blocking the popup from loading on some of the others who have posted here.

@PBArtattack I noticed in your system info for Windows, there is also a Home path if you're interested in troubleshooting the issue.

Any official fix for this issue yet?

I am getting the popup each time I launch Photoshop. 

I am using Photoshop 25.3.1 on a Mac Studio M2 Ultra running macOS Sonoma 14.2.

I followed the steps outlined by @esandy but I did not get a "PS Cloud Value Dialog" folder in Photoshop's Package Contents Contents/Required folder.

I am having this same problem. I keep checking the box "Don't show again" but this splash ad pops up every time I open Photoshop. Super annoying to be a paying user and have this thrown in your face multiple times a day. Can Adobe really not fix this?

This issue is hard to pin down. Shortly after my last post the post the popups ceased.

However in the last month or so I am getting a popup advertising "Creative Cloud All Apps". It appears the first time I go to the Home screen after opening Photoshop. (I have the "Auto show the Home Screen" setting disabled) It does not appear with subsequent visits to the Home screen during the same Photoshop session.
