HI- I loaded a font family with many weights in Adobe fonts. They all show up in InDesign but half are missing in Illustrator. I spent an hour on the phone with 2 tech support folks who had me uninstall, reboot, etc a few times and still can't get this to work. Does anyone have suggestions? The font is Poppins.

I removed it totally from the CC app, and reinstalled it, then rebooted the Mac. Still crashing a few times a day. Also reset /removed preferences yesterday.

HI I've uninstalled and reinstalled... can't access the drop downs, set working space or change text case! Anyone else having strange issues? I am on MacBook pro with current software.

HI I have the most current Adobe Illustrator version (cloud subscription) and the current Mac OS. I was in the middle of a job and things were fine, then just stopped working, when I tried to save a file I got an error message that the file could not be saved. I did NOT add anything, plugins etc at all, I was just working. I had to uninstall and reinstall, now it works, but that was really inconvenient and I have no idea why it happened in the first place.

Thanks to everyone here. I do send a PDF but most of my clients insist on sending fonts packaged. So, I need to wean them off that! I've just never encountered Adobe giving an error message that they no longer will include fonts in the package.

I have no way of knowing what they have or use ahead of time, I've always packaged up the whole job to be sure they have what they need. My client selected the printer.

HI all I have the most up to date Mac OS and Adobe suite. I created a file that needed to go to a print vendor, so when I went to 'package' the file, the font (Futura) got corrupted and turned into an EXEC file (for PC!) It would not fix or zip... so I. tossed the fonts off my computer and 'activated' Adobe's version of Futura. When I went to package it again, I got the error message that I CAN NOT package the Adobe fonts. After talking to tech support (basically useless) I was told Adobe no longer supports 3rd party fonts at all... So- if. I can't use the fonts I own, and can't send THEIR fonts to a printer... what do we do? Its seems a little crazy. Thanks in advance

Thanks. 5 hours later and 4 tech support people... it's working. holding my breath. I have creative cloud all updated and MacOS all current too. My MacBook pro is 2 yrs old.

I have been on the phone for 5 hours with Adobe today- no help at all. I am now told I need to get a new graphics card on a 2 yr old MacBook pro for Photoshop to work properly! For real? Anyone else have ideas? Can't grab or move an image without it randomly jumping to a whole other layer! Can't change font or size. Stressed out and not sure what to do.

HI I can't seem to find the scale icon on the tools palette on the left side! It's gone. I can access it from drop down but heck... what happened to the tools? Also it took me 7 + hours today to get any adobe software to work. What a day.

HI She gave me the fonts so we have the same ones. She won't tell me which version she has so I 've saved back a few versions. Basically she wanted me to design the flyer and be able to use it as a template and not have to pay me to change it each time, or I'd for sure do the changes! So, trying to figure out why she's unable to edit it w/o fonts changing around.

HI I saved a PDF from current InDesign version, for a client to edit. She claims to have a current version of Acrobat, but the regular text turns into bold when she does it. I'm trying to trouble shoot and stumped. I saved the file back a few versions too, didn't solve the issue. Any ideas appreciated!

HI I've been a designer for 20 yrs so am pretty sure I know tint vs opacity : ) But, all aside,... you can't see the vivid brightness of the photo here.... Yes, the box is screened back, but now the photo is also screened back and dull. ugh. not good.... And it is on a separate layer from the black box. and locked! Thanks for your reply, hopefully someone can solve this mystery
