Lightroom version 14.1 is not working. (It converted my catalog and then said it's corrups and can't be fixed. ) I tried reverting back to an older verions, but Lightroom insistes that my catalog be converted and that I update to the latest version. Yesterday, Lightroom Classic upodated to Version 13.3, now sync no longer works. It shows 75 files syncing and remains there. I looked for errors on the web version (the new place for errors) and none are found. Win 11 Home ver 10.0.22631 LR Classic- Ver 13.3 Thank you for the help! -Denise

I have several clips from a Canon Movie Camera - (MTS Files). The Audio becomes unsyced when using the source window to create clips. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you. -Denise

Thank you. I just uninstalled the new version of LRC and reinstalled the previous version and my catalog opens and saves without issue. I think I will just stay here until another update is released. Thank you for your quick responses. It was so helpful that you were there. -Denise

Tried deleting preferences and uninstalling. No Change. It starts with "Lightroom encountered an error while reading a catalog file and needs to quit." (would be nice if it would give a clue as to which one) Then when it reopens it says that the catalog was upgraded, do you want to use the upgraded catalog? If you say no, it will try to upgrade it again. If you say yes, it says that since the catalog integrity needs to be checked. Then it says it corrupt and needs repair and just hangs.

No luck. It says there is an error, it needs to fix, then it starts fixing it and says it corrupt. then the program goes to Not Responding.

I am unable to upgrade my current catalog to the new LRC 12.0.1 version. It keeps saying that it is corrupt. I tried creating a new catalog, but I'm unable to import the old catalog without upgrading it. Can anyone help with this? - Thank you! - Denise

When I place an image from my file into a Fresco project, the image flips on it's side or up side down and is stretched to the edges of the artboard, distorting it. How can I control these imports? Windows PC version Thank you! Denise

Thanks Tim. My expectation is if the desktop version has synced a file to the android app, it should also be synced to the web version. If the image was not able to be synced, then it would show as an error in the desktop version and not display on the android app. Maybe not? And if not, and there is no error on the desktop version, is there a way to get the web version to sync? I tried deleting cookies etc and another browser. Not an end all issue, just a bit frustrating. Thanks for your thoughts.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a web interface other than the cloud version of LR? There isn't a sync status on the Windows PC Version, Click the cloud icon and this is all it shows. On the Android version, clicking the cloud icon shows the sync status.

This seems a bit odd, has anyone else had this issue and found a fix? LR Classic syncs to the cloud version on my Android phone, but does not sync to the Windows PC versions. In addition, on the Android version, there is a cloud icon on the top right and when I click on it, it shows the sync status. On the PC Version, there is the same cloud, however it doesn't show the sync status, just the amount of clouds space I have used, which is currently about half. I have tried refreshing the browser, clearing cookies and logging out and back in. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. -Denise

I updated to LRC 11 yesterday. LR rebuilt my catalog, however, the new catalog is not working. I can open it, and then it comes up with an errror as soon as I try to edit an image, and it says LR has to restart. Then it has to look for errors, do a repair, it says all is good But when I try again, the same things happens. Other times the error comes just after opening the catalog, before even touching an image. Below is the error from trying to edit an image taken from a cell phone, something I've done in the past without issue but maybe cell phone images are a problem with the new version??? I have only just started to try Fresco and it has become disappointingly frustrating. So far, the biggest issues are that the smudge tool only works sometimes and access to my CC Library is intermitten. Ultimately Fresco crashes the entire computer, and I have to do a hard reboot. I am using a Surface Pro 6.

What is the Adobe-D folder and how to I change where it is being saved? Adobe is saving it to my MS Onedrive, and then is never able to overwrite it, and so it creates a new folder. Thanks for the help! -Denise

When I try to edit a photo in lightroom.adobe.com, when I choose "EDIT THIS PHOTO" Lightroom gets stuck on "LOADING EDITING TOOLS" and doesn't go any further. Any thoughts on how to fix this? I'm using a PC - Win Surface Pro and Microsoft Edge Thanks! Denise !

Everything was slow. But I had 470 files that were stuck syncing. Going one by one to try to find and delete them was just not really an option.

I feel your pain! I got too frustrated with the Develop module being so burdened so I ultimately went into preferences and the Sync tab and deleted all synced data. I spent a few hours on the phone with Adobe support before taking this route, but they were unable to provide another solution. I had to resend URL's to people I had shared collections with. Sorry, not the answer you were looking for, just a little support for your frustration.

I didn't type that, it's a choice in the drop down. I changed it to a different one that has no punctuation 20180308. So now, if I go into the folder and watch it, files are flashing like they are loading into the file but then disappearing. hmmmm..... Also, all the folders here in this sync file are empty. Is that they way they should be? I so appreciate your efforts to help me!
