@leo.r is correct. My Apps folder shows all the CC apps.  However, the Apps app is not meant to simply scroll through all one's apps. As so as you open it, type some text to filter the view. One can also click on the tabs below the entry area but they are generally too vague. Of course, one's main app would be added to the dock so it's more for the "miscellaneous" apps. ... View more

First, check to see if the project is structured or not. You need to be careful how you edit it if it is.  A number of us offer custom FrameMaker training, including Barb Binder, FrameExpert (Rick), and myself*. You may want to see if your company is willing to invest in some training/consultation. Another method is to color the background of the image frame and enlarge the frame slightly. This assumes the top of the image is not cropped by the frame. You can use the Control panel or Transform panel to size the frame precisely. The advantage is you don't have a group but the items move together.    ... View more

I would do them with the layered TIFF or Photoshop file to make sure the line scales properly with the image. A straight line won't make any difference if it is raster or vector (unless you want rounded edges, but even then, it's too small). Why not use a cloud-based file sync'ing service such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box? They all can install software on your computer to work locally and then back up to the cloud (where they can be downloaded to another computer if desired). You don't work directly on the cloud files, just the local ones.    The only thing you need to be careful with is if other people are sync'ing the files, you need to make sure you don't both work in the same files at the same time. (The service will make two copies of the files, causing linking problems.) If working on your own, you just need to leave enough time for everything to upload to the cloud and then download to the other system.   ... View more
