Camera Raw Camera Profiles are missing in version 16.4. (Mac OS Sonoma 14.5)
This is an old problem that has recurred in the latest update. The old solution of removing then replacing items from the /~User/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw folder does not work.

Why can't I save Swatches in L*a*b* format except as Spot colors?
This is unique to Adobe Illustrator, unfortunately, and such a thorn in the side of a device-independent color management workflow. Please resolve.

In Camera RAW v. 15.1, the .acr files do not get embedded, even with the setting turned on (“embed .xmp in DNG”) when editing a .jpg file. It seems to work as expected with both .dng & .tif.
(And, of course, there are now even more available masks than the 14.x “sky, & subject.”)

And, Adobe Illustrator 88 had a pen tool. Just use it. (WOW) What a remarkable rejoinder to Adobe going BACKWARD when “upgrading” a new feature set. Is it really kind to Adobe’s base to release updates that eliminate previous fucntionality? They just re-added the ability to expand to vectors and “Expand” mapped art (and, not even in the OBJECT menu: Expand menu item)!

The “Golden Spiral” crop overlay is grayed out in Adobe Camera RAW v 14.4 on Mac OS.
What could account—RAM, Graphics Card, etc? Deleteing Prefs had no positive impact.

Still no luck doing the following steps:
Import video to Layers
Create Frame Animation
Selecting all layers,
Make Frames from Layers
Converting to Smart Object.
The Result is ONLY the FIRST FRAME images in the timeline. All others are transparent (See attached.)

Thank you.
I’m importing video frames as layers.
Selecting all layers, Converting to Smart Object.
Running Camera Raw Filter.
Opening timeline.
Export from Flyout Menu.
Render Video.
In both the Timeline AND the exported video, only the first frame shows thoughout.

One cannot copy and paste MASKS in Adobe Camera RAW but CAN do so in Lightroom Classic‽

In Lightroom classic, a MASK can by copied, pasted, added, or substracted—no matter if the Mask is of the Sky or Subject. This IS possible in Lightroom Classic. Why the disparity? When will this be rectified in Adobe Camera RAW (Bridge/Photoshop)?

Wow. There is some big disconnect here.
I see no such thing in Adobe Camera RAW v14.2.
It appears to be a choice ONLY in the LR Classic Develop Module Mask Panel.

I'm not asking to combine the effects of masks.
I'm asking to combine the selections represented by multiple masks to create a new mask.
This is standard fare in Photoshop for example.
Masks are not effects.
Mask are used to generate effects.
My request is simple: Combine selections (represented by these masks), not effects.

I agree.
There seems to be no way (incredible, and sad) to combine (add, subtract, or intersect) ANY two masks.
Subtract Mask 1 from Mask 2.
Ought to be simple.
What am I missing? And, yes, I know I can always subtract a Sky, or a Subject. That's not what I asking. ANY two Masks. That's the deal.
