Adobe XD

I am trying to download XD onto my computer, but whenever I do, it brings me to the creative cloud and tells me I need to sign in. After clicking sign in, the same screen just comes back up. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing creative cloud but can't seem to figure this out. Please advise.  I can't get past this screen. 

Hi, I am designing a accordion tab in Adobe XD, during the expand state the XD artboard is good but during collapse state there is a white space left. How to correct it? 

Can anyone help me with this problem I'm having? I've been using a bold font weight then suddenly it all changed to the image below. Please advise.  Many thanks.

Hello lovely community!Is there a way to export all groups in a doc to PNG but at the size of the artboard instead of artworks bounds?

I am unable to export XD files as pngs. 

How do I create a screen transition with time trigger and also with audio? I need one screen to automatically switch to another after a while and to emit an alert sound, a "beep", for example.

I have installed Adobe XD ver. 54.1.12.1 for Windows 11 and when i click in the menu bar in "object" it opens upward outside the application window, all other menu items open normally downwards. Check it out: i'm using the spanish version just in case... Thanks in advance!

As a web developer, I only use the app as an XD file viewer. Now, you are pushing me and my partners to continue with a paid plan. But it's not going to happen. You're just losing customers.

Hello Adobe XD community. This is a recent, now re-occuring problem; I'm unable to publish prototype designs using any of the 'View settings' options. Upload progress gets to around 60–90% and the following error message is shown: "You're disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again." The file I'm currently working on is around 1.5Mb in file size, about 10 artboards, with no placed artwork. I've tried the various suggested workarounds and solutions; have un– and re-installed XD and Creative Cloud. Internet connectivity and upload speeds are not an issue. I have colleagues who have been able to upload the same document without problem.  Hope someone at Adobe / in the community can help. Hi! I'm trying to get anchor links to work in XD but when I try to drag it to another object, nothing happens. It will only link to different artboards but I can't get objects on the same artboard to link. The blue bounding box also will not show up.

Hi,Adobe xd font size and web font size is different. It makes me huge trouble. I can't see what will be actual font size when the site will be on the web. 

I'm simply trying to update some components. Have tried restarting both XD and machine, cleaning up the library the components came from, etc. And the error message has no actionable info.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi,Pen tool doesn't work in XD version 54.1.12.1 arm64, CC sync 5.17.10.1I re-installed it but it didn't help.It does work well in XD on Mac with intel version 54.1.12.1 x64.A quick patch will be much appreciated.Thanks.

Hallo ihr Lieben ^^Ich habe ein Problem mit dem Web Export Tool. Wir wollen für unseren Kunden einen Newsletter in HTML herausrechnen. Dieser Newsletter enthält natürlich die kundeneigene Schrift für das Unternehmen. Allerdings wird die Schrift nicht richtig angezeigt, wenn ich die Datei verschicke. Ich weiß, das in HTML nur begrenzte Schriftarten existieren. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Schriftarten zu implementieren in das HTML, damit sie in der Datei später richtig angezeigt werden (p.s. auch mit allen Schriftschnitten und Zeilenabständen die ich angegeben habe)?Danke im vorraus ❤️

Minha equipe está com problemas na visualização de desenvolvimento do protótipo.Estamos usando uma tela onde existe um filtro lateral e ela aparece pontilhada, sendo que nem existe opacidade aplicada ao componente.

I have several issues with the Missing font tool : A) when several fonts are missing, clicking one and then another will make a group selection with no apparent way to unselect other than re-opening the fileB) when choosing to replace a font, it seems the font updates when selecting a font family (without clicking on OK - which appears as a blank button by the way) causing an inconsistent font replacement when selecting a font style and then clicking on OK (some text may remain "regular" when I selected "bold" for example while some others do update correctly). (on macOS 12.3 and with Adobe XD v54.1.12.1)

I am having a problem over the padding Issues, It is not showing up in the XD as I am trying to design a Userinterface for https://perfectclimbing.com/ . Attach is a Screenshot.https://perfectclimbing.com/ 

One of my documents has gotten a Disconnected error and cannot be opened. It happens to be main asset source file for other project files, which makes it the most problematic one for this to happen to. I get a pop up that says:"DisconnectedEditing isn't supported on shared XD documents when disconnected from Creative Cloud. Save as a new document to keep working offline." I've been getting this same message with this file for days.  I'm not disconnected from CC, and other cloud files open fine. No one else is in this file either. I've tried opening it from a variety of ways I can access cloud docs, including through XD or through the CC app. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions under: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/fix-issues-with-xd-cloud-documents.html#unable-to-create-open-cloud-docs What can be done to recover this document?  This is at least the third time I've had a problem in this vein in the last last year or so. Ayer por la noche utilice Adobe XD y funcionaba correctamente. Hoy me despierto con la noticia de que tenia pendiente una actualizacion de Adobe XD y una de Windows, por lo que opte en instalar ambas. Cuando abro Adobe XD aparece el logo de Adobe XD pero se queda ahi y despues de 30 segundos se cierra sin marcarme ningun tipo de error. Cabe mencionar que ya reinicie mi laptop, le di los permisos correctos, desinstale Adobe XD y Adobe Creative Cloud de raiz e instale de nuevo ambas y aun asi me sigue pasando lo mismo, ya intente de todo y aun asi no funciona. Tengo instaladas las ultimas versiones tanto de Adobe XD y de Adobe Creative Cloud. Cabe mencionar que mi version de Windows es el Windows 10 pro. P.D.: instale Adobe XD en una maquina virtual y funciona correctamente pero en mi maquina principal no.

Hi. I have an Adobe XD file with all of my social media posts I want to share on Instagram.  When I open Creative Cloud on my mobile (Huawei P30 Pro, Android) and I open the XD file, it only shows the first artboard and I can't scroll/view any of the other artboards in the same file.  Why does the Creative Cloud app only allow you to preview the first artboard and not the rest? I also have the Adobe XD app for mobile where I CAN view every artboard in a file, however this doesn't work as I'm using custom fonts which don't pull through on the XD mobile app.  As I'm using an Android phone, I can't seem to install custom fonts so this app is pretty useless for mobile. Can you advise on how I can view my files WITH the custom fonts so I don't need to download them to my phone each time? Thanks.

I have seen other posts about error 2161 while opening and yes I am able to download a previous version of the file, but that doesn't help as the one that is broken is the source document for a published library that is being used in over 100 other XD files. So are you saying I have to redo 100 files? If so, it's goodbye Adobe.

Hi Adobe Team,  I've created a prototype and there should be an action for each click based on the prototype, however the clicks are not working on the hyperlink created. How do i fix this issue?
