Adobe XD

I have two files on xd that I would like to open and work on but when I try to open them, it doesn't work. Is there a way I can convert the files so I can open them in another software since xd is down?

hi, how you doing, i have a problem trying to access to my account to adobe xd app on iPhone, the "continue with adobe" doesn´t work, when i click the button nothing happens, could you help me with that 

HiI'm suddenly having a problem. My XD export to PDF do not work. It has been working fine for a long time but suddenly it do not export any copy at all. If I use the 'preview' version on Mac it works but not in Acrobat.I hope somebody can help.

Hello everyone. This is just something I noticed trying to share my prototype link to my professor. Note that this is my first week in Adobe XD. I was already in my prototype and went to the icons on the left, and this icon lets you add people to edit. So, I got confused trying to find ways to share it or get a link. It was later on I went to the home button and noticed this "Share" tab. I personally wonder why they had the "Share" here, and not with these icons. So, I was just curious what the community thinks. Like, do you get use to it or do you think Adobe can work on the placement better, or should they make "Design", "Prototype", and "Share" easier to see? 

Hello. I just installed Adobe Xd but unlike other adobe products, there is no desktop shortcut. I couldn't find the folder for adobe Xd. Does anyone know how to find the shortcut or why?

We have an active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription that includes Adobe XD. I have a few questions regarding its availability in case my subscription expires:If my current Adobe subscription ends, will I still have access to Adobe XD, or will it be removed entirely from my account?If I do not renew my subscription immediately and decide to renew it after 1-2 months, will Adobe XD still be included in my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription then?Is there any alternative way to continue using Adobe XD under Adobe’s licensing, or is it now entirely unavailable for new and returning subscribers?I would appreciate any clarity on this matter.

How do we resolve this asap??? Come on Adobe its 2025

This morning I have been receiving a 44:47 error when trying update an existing prototype. Just to make sure that this error was not an issue with my working design, I created a brand new project from scratch. This new project had only two artboards and one element per artboard. When I attempted to create a link to the new prototype, I still received the 44:47 error. Please advise.

Hi!I have persisting issues with uploading Adobe XD prototypes and cloud files:   - when a file is saved to Cloud, everything is working very slow, files are opening and saving very slow, sometimes it doesn't save at all and I lose the changes I made- trying to upload prototype "create link" or "update link" - very slow upload, and I get errors al the time- Adobe XD version 36.1.32.5 - Mac OS Catalina version 10.15.7  - I'm using WiFi, here's my internet speed test - tried using another network, but the issues persist. - I uploaded Adobe logs yesterday File: AdobeLogs_20210124_164229_158-mac.zip {Renamed By MOD}  

Je ne parviens pas à partager ou publier mes projets, hors, je peux continuer à recevoir les différentes notifications sur des corrections à apporter. Le service semble ne ligne, mais la ligne pour transmettre semble coupée ( à 60%, message d'erreur 44:47).Il y a une maintenance ? 

I woke up as any other normal day to find every single artboard has had it's assets down to the left. How does this happen, and how do I fix over 100 art boards?Please see attached screenshots for what I am talking about. Thank you,Ben

I grab latest video driver and adobe xd version but artboard still don't show. 

Aunque contraté dentro del plan la aplicación Adobe XD, no aparece en el listado de aplicaciones contratadas, por lo que no es posible instalarla. Al entrar a la configuración de mi cuenta, sí aparece en el listado de servicios contratados (sin embargo, desde ahí no muestra ninguna opción para instalar)

I know the future is uncertain at best for this app and 'tool set' but thank you for giving this to us and please don't kill it completely without a decent replacement.

I had multiple files shared with me, that I have been continuously working on for the past year, that are now now appearing in my XD account. They are also not in the deleted folder. They seem to have just disapeared... Has this happened to anyone? How can I retreave the files? They have years of work that I can't access anymore. 

Adobe XD files cannot be synced to the cloud

I've posted about this issue previously. The symptoms have changed slightly but remain largely the same:Performing zoom operations can sometimes freeze the specific XD window that was being zoomed in.  System & Environment: A few notes on the behavoir:Previously this was triggered by performing many zoom operations quickly (by left-clicking the mouse in quick succession). 

I installed Adobe XD but I cannot use the program that said 'Sorry, XD has encountered an error.You will not be able to use XD at this time. Please contact Customer Support and use the reference code 109 for more information on how to resolve this issue.' What is reference code 109?I just saw 102 106 and 201 where is 109?
