Adobe XD

If I have a group of items that I want to move off the artboard by dragging, they do not move from the artboard to the pasteboard. Instead, they will be hidden outside the bounds of the artboard. You cannot view these items by clicking on the artboard title or selecting the artboard. You have to select an item on the artboard, and then the items will appear.   And to help troubleshoot, the entire item/group of items are off the artboard. This seems to mainly be an issue when more than one thing is selected and dragged.   <Title renamed by moderator>  

Hey!Have an issue where the rectangle tool with smooth corners distorts when I scale it in adobe XD. Have tested it, and seems like it only has that issue if the rectangle is perfectly straight. If I rotate it just slightly, it suddenly workes as intended. Is this a bug?Process: I select all of the objects and hit F8 to get the Symbol options. In there, I hit the "Enable guides for 9-slice scaling" and click OK. I then go to Export as.. and save it as SVG. Please look at the picture for better understanding of the issue:Is there some other settings to use that always works? I also tried googling how to save the icon to a SVG file, but when imported to XD it would be 1 file, instead of now where it creates a folder. I would like it to not import the folder with the objects, but rather it be one file (like it would appear if you downloaded a icon from frontawesome)

Hi there,   I am new to Adobe XD, I was wondering if this program has the ability to be able to create a fast moving, constantly updating subscription based app for sellers. But a community based app for sellers.   A Photography App (and website) that focuses on stock photos for buyers on subscription based payment. But a Photography based community on the seller side, with their own profiles to expand their portfolio and use their photos to enter competitions and win prizes.   Very similar on principle of a game called Twenty20, but unfortunately it is closing down. It will affect a lot of enthuasists as its the only game out there the way it is, and has created a huge community.   Would like to hear peoples thoughts in if they think this is possible with this software or not.   Kind Regards,   Sean   <Title renamed by moderator>

Strange bug happening since a couple of weeks.The rectangle material is simple full white with shadowThis is happening on Chrome, Edge and Firefox (latest versions) on many elements of many artboards at 100% zoom and some time at 50% too

Hi, I have a challenge while I work on a project. I'm trying to find a solution to my issue right now. I want to include a calendar reminder in the mobile app I made in Adobe XD. If there is a plugin that I can use to merge my Android mobile calendar with my Adobe XD the project, or if there is a calendar reminder plugin I can use in my app, I would appreciate your assistance. Hello,   I have a problem opening my Adobe XD, I get the error: "Feche e reinicie o XD, depois tente abrir o documento novamente. (erro 5719)" - Translation: close XD and reopen it, then try again to open the file . (error 5719) Already tried:- Reinstall adobe XD and all other applications- Reinstall Creative Cloud and all APPs- Remove the user accountNothing worked.   I tested with another account, on the same machine but the problem does not happen. I made a chat with Abobe's support who informs me, the user (user profile) has to be administrator of the machine. For a business environment (For security and other reasons), it does not make sense,  the user have to be a administrator of the machine to use one APP (adobe XD). I have already placed the user with Read and Write permissions on adobe folders, but even then the problem persists. Is it really necessary for the user to be a machine administrator? Because?   Is there no way around this situation?   No o

My team has triedOptimizing and reducing all image sizes Cleared any extra CSS, Java, HTML script Cleared cache files I’d really appreciate it if someone would share some guidance on how to solve the issue of slow loading time. (Almost 8 seconds)

Does anyone else find it infuriating that assets that are pasted into XD from illustrator are now grouped in several folders and include masks when there were none before.    ADOBE PLEASE FIX THIS.   When editing the items the mask often interferes and the number of folders that are now included is ridiculous - it was fine before so what have you done, please revert!    <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi, currently I am facing 2 issues: 1. My file constantly showing disconnected though my connection is active.2. By clicking on open, it opens up my local document window and not XD cloud document.

When working on a cloud document with multiple people working on the same file, undo (CMD+Z) is very buggy and doesn't work as expected. Rather than removing the latest changes I have just done, it leaves my latest changes as is, and removes other changes I had done before (or not working at all). I also suspect that it was undowing part of what my colleague was doing instead!   The only work around was to ask my colleague to close the file temporaly. Then it worked just fine. This is a real problem for our day-to-day workflow. I hoped this bug would be solved quickly, but has been this was for weeks now.   <Title renamed by moderator>

I fixed the. Header of my design and tried to scroll vertically and noticed that when doing so, the page behind the fixed header does not remain where it was initially designed, a couple of pixels and sometimes even 50 or so pixels, basically the design falls apart; this happens in mobile browser, not in the app; in other words:  I can no longer use XD to share designs with a larger (or any) audience. And that means, I can no longer use XD at all. Or did you fix this issue? 

Hello I am designing an iceberg amidst the waves of a ocean. I have animated the waves using time trigger and refered to this tutorial - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ev3fSi7P66c&t=4s&ab_channel=Thecreativetechnologist . And i have also created a hover effect on a button. The problem I am not able to make both the hover animation and time trigger work together. I think hover effect cancels on the time triger . this design is for a landing page . How do I solve this  

I'm designing my app to the dimensions of my current phone, Google Pixel 6 pro, and when I preview the prototype through the XD the mobile app, it scales everything weirdly. I'm currently using Desktop version 5.1.0.12 with mobile app version 50.0.0. I am also using the Pixel 6 pro artboards with "scale-to-fit" selected in the app. As you can see based on the screenshots, the first is how the prototype preview looks on my phone while the second screenshot is from the prototype preview available in the desktop app.  1) 2)  

Hey, I created multiple prototype flows and was wondering if you can prevent the switch to the next view if you don't click on a 'prototype element'. So that a user only can interact with the prototype and not just switch between the views.    Thanks   <Title renamed by moderator>  

Hi,I have some trobules about the exportation of artboards from XD to Zeplin.If I use the shortcut it will only open Zeplin but not showing the popup.Then if I use the Zeplin plugin it does open the popup but it's empty and there are no projects in the list as you can see here:I don't know what to do since I have no way to export artboards.Thanks to everyone will try to help me.

Today is problem creating link generate in adobe XD. I re-install software but same problem is happening.    {Renamed By MOD}  

If the system suddenly stops, the file gets corrupted and shows a message "Something went wrong. Can't open the document". This is happening a lot now. It is very difficult to download from assets and create, sharing links again and again.

I need to switch off the ability to save in cloud storage in Adobe XD. Is it possible?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

The reason i want to convert the text on my website to paths is so i can align it perfectly in adobe xd. If i don't do that the text cannot be aligned perfectly. I would like still people to be able to copy text from my website if they want to. Would they be able to do that? Are there any other downsides if i do this? How do YOU perfectly align your text? Or do you keep it as text without converting it to paths and align it just roughly and not perfectly? Thank you
