Hi everyone,I’m currently working on a redesign for my project and am having trouble finding the ideal layout/design. I’ve been experimenting with different approaches but can't seem to get it right. Here are the details:Software: Adobe XD (or specify the software you're using)Project Type: Website redesign,  interface, logo designProblem: I am struggling with  layout problems, color scheme. I’ve tried a few designs but they don't seem to match the vision I have in mind. I've been working with an XD prototype link and was able to make comments on it until two days ago. Now, I'm encountering an error: "We are unable to post your comment, please try again." The link has since been updated and reshared with us in hopes of resolving the issue, but the problem persists. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Made a prototype in Adobe XD, then, later wanted to change the order of the artboards in the shared view. Changed the order in shared view,  but then it won't update the link. Tried everything. Tried deleting the prototype and creating a new one, tried saving under another name...I can not imagine that you are stuck with the order you made things in. We need to be able to move the order around!Anyone know how to fix?

When exporting a PDF from XD how do I keep the hyperlinks working?

Every time I try to increase the size of and SVG all the spacing between elemants gets distorded.  This is really messing up and slowing down my work flow.    Has anyone found a solutions for ths or experienced the same or similar problem?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

As I normally export Artboards out of XD, I select them and then go to the File Menu and choose Export. As I attempt this maneuver, the focus of the Menu switches automatically and begins to cycle through all of the Menu headers. As I try to access a different Menu, another random Menu is placed in focus. Even when I do manage to get the intended Menu to fully drop down, I can not initiate the intended command. This isn't happening with any other app. I have included a video showing this behavior.

Is there any way to make a button, stick to the bottom of a text box and move down as the text box expands?

I update to the newest macOS 15(Sequoia). In Adobe XD, when naming an artboard in Chinese, it shows garbled text. Has anyone else experienced this as well?

Web Designer Seeking Help on Design Process - XD  PhotoshopI've been working in photoshop for 20+years. I've been at my company for 15. Ive always pretty much created my photoshop designs and handed off to developer or if I was building just went straight from PSD to Wordpress. In more recent years I've been using InvisionApp to show clients a rough layout of their site, and for the developers to get an idea of how things will work and connect for said project.Since InvisionApp is ending, I looked into XD and a few other programs to replace it, but I'm a confused on if these programs exist solely for the client and team to review OR if they are ALSO can be and are typically used to build a design and hand off to developer as well?What are web designers doing these days as their beginning to finish process? Building in Photoshop and then uploading to an app to show clients but still have a separate psd for dev's? Hi there -I've tried downloading the IOS UI Kits for Adobe XD CC several times to no avail.  The file is downloading as .dmg.  When I go to select the app to open, XD is not an option despite being loaded on my PC (Windows 10). I've tried going into XD and opening the file directly, but the .dmg filetype doesn't show up (even with showing "All Files").  When I manually enter the filename, selecting the file results in the error message "File type not supported."  I'm at a loss.  Any guidance would be most appreciated.Thank you!

Hello! When I use the "Share" link in a Usertesting.com test, it opens the prototype at a reduced zoom level for the users, both when I set it to "fullscreen" mode on and when "fullscreen" is off. I'm doing unmoderated tests so am unable to explain how to adjust, and it's negatively impacting our feedback as people comment the text is too small, or about the large size of the white "bars" on the left and right sides. My artboards are 1500px width and multiple heights (usually 3000px or more), but the issue happens on all of them. It's been multiple tests and multiple files. Generally, my Scrolling is set to "Vertical" and "Viewport Height" is 1280. I tried changing the "Viewport Height" to 1080 and 800 and it still displays at different Zoom levels. =( This happens in mulitple browsers. Both mine, and the users reviewing my prototypes. How do I make preview links open at 100% zoom so everyone reviewing my prototypes, regardless of technology, can view them in a usab

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my Adobe XD prototype when viewing it in presentation mode on monitors with different screen sizes. When I open the prototype in full-screen mode on a larger monitor, I notice white bars on the left and right sides of the screen. This happens because the prototype doesn’t scale properly to fit different monitor resolutions. I came across a solution where you can set the Viewport Height to match the browser height (as described in this post: link), and it works fine on my current screen size. However, if I move the browser to a different monitor with a different resolution, the white bars reappear, which could be a problem for clients using different screens. Is there a way to set the prototype width to 100% so that it scales automatically across all screen sizes, or any other solution to make the prototype fully responsive and prevent the white bars? Thank you in advance for any help!

After Synced Files are discontinued, will I still be able to access my Adobe XD files and prototypes, or will they no longer be available after February 3rd? Additionally, will Adobe XD stop working entirely, or will it receive an update? What will happen to all the existing XD files? If there's a solution to safely store and back up my Adobe XD files and prototypes, could you please provide more information?

Hi, I wanted to ask a question since I've been looking for ways to create a touch application on the web. Adobe XD offers live editing and can serve as a host for the app, allowing me to create touch functions. My question is whether the "share custom" option has any limitations that would prevent me from opening the app externally or if there is a time limit for storing it in the cloud.

I need to type X'Y'Z' but XD is changing my straight quotes to curly quote marks each time.How do I turn this off? XD Preferences are not accessible yet (greyed out).Thanks

Hi Adobe XD team, I am using for Adobe XD for UX/UI designs for my organisation.   It's a small story about me. I'll tell you. When suddenly my boss comes to my seat asking me some file. I am always searching my files in XD where it is. While dragging and searching the files which created last six months back. My face always filled up with tiredness. I am always searching...searching.....searching. Oh, god....finally I get when my boss already leaving my seat to ask me to send the file when you get. I always test my luck.   So, I think you guys understand my frustration and same time luck.   I am using latest version of XD updated till the day.   I have attached a small reference video just for understanding.   Please work on the search option in XD, so that it will be very useful for me and for everybody.   Thanks for reading my story.   {Renamed By MOD}

I am very curious to know how many Figma's users at this stage will people come to to Adobe and use Xd now that Figma is starting to charge more for their application.

All settings greyed out and it's asking for my old computer that I don't have. Can anything be done to resume normality? I thought all the files were on the cloud because they flashed up on my new device but they may just have been smart previews. Thanks.

Adobe XD is taking too long to generate prototype link. Only for it to throw -1. Error - '44:76 Something went wrong'2. Error - 'You're disconnected. Check your Internet connection and try again' dispite being on a stable connection.

I need a way of sharing the layout grid view of my designs with my development team. The grid doesn't display when I share in the development view setting even if it's turned on on the designs. I also can't find a way to export a PNG/pdf of the design showing the grid. At the moment I'm having to work around this by screenshotting the designs with the grid overlay but this means they are really low Res. Does anyone know how to fix this?
