Adobe XD

I have added a MP4 loading animation to simulate that something is loading. I have a timer on the page, so after 3s, it should go to the next page automaticly (timer actiong).  The issue is that its now working when i have the MP4 file playing. I have tried with:autoplay and loopingautoplaynot playing The page wont transition if the file is autoplaying/looping. Its only when the MP4 is not active that the timer works.Is this a bug or working as intended? 

Hello,i am trying to create a design system file that will display all my assets in one place, so they would be categorized orderly, and be the base of all versions of my app. i have started with a basic design of the app itself, as one is supposed to do and as explained in official adobe tutorials. now that i want to manage the library from the design system file, i have many setbacks.everything is linked to the first file, and there is no way the add components or edit the document library from the design system file.also, you cant even ungroup more than one component at once (i thought of recreating the library)i want to manage all my components in the Design System document, not in my basic version app file.so what am i suppose to do now?am i meant to go over each component, ungroup it, reset as component, upload again as a new library? it doesn't make sense...what was your intention with the design system workflow? {I'll explain the work process i conducted:i have designed an

When I try launching Adobe XD the page is stuck here with a progress wheel, and after some time i just closes with no error.  I tried the steps shown here: Solved: Adobe XD won't start on new machine (Windows 10) - Adobe Support Community - 8928067 And it fixes the issue for a bit but it comes back, the issue still persists. Restarting my computer fixes the issue temporarily.    

1. I´m using paid version of xd but nevertheless i´m not able to create more than one link. Upgrade is recommended. Which upgrade do you mean?2. Is there any limitation of artboards to create shared links?3. After sharing a link, the external user is able to see my entire adobe account and its content. This is horrible? I had several local files with components linked to master file. Now I've uploaded all my files to the cloud and published master file with components as a new library. The problem is when I open any of my files all components’ links are broken (red). So, components in my uploaded to the cloud files don't point to the new library I published. Is there way to fix this?     {Title Renamed by MOD}

Hello, I have the issue that currently text seems to be aligned based on ascender height and descender height.Which really messes with my visual scaling of text based content. Hence, I would need to use cap height and baseline. If there is a fix to this, please let me know. Thanks a lot! 

Hi - I'm trying to set up a focus group test using a prototype I've made, but no matter what I try I can't zoom into the prototype on phone (using a shared link). Our users are going to open a shared link (preferably using the 'User Testing' view setting), and it's vital that they're able to zoom for it to fit their phone screen size, since the shared link doesn't automatically detect their screen size. All I want is for some way to pinch and zoom into the prototype - that's all I'm asking for. Having to go into the browser accessibility settings and enable 'Force Zoom' is nowhere near good enough; for a user test, we can't waste any time trying to get people to do this, and it means that the prototype gets blurry when you zoom in.I had a look through the XD guides and it seems like I should be seeing this menu: Why can't I see this on Google Chrome / how do I get pinch to zoom working for shared links? The layout grid worked like absolute crap since it was first implemented in XD. Can you guys please, after so many years, fix it? It's really not rocket science, right now it works only accidentally, you literally cannot make it work intentionally, it's simply a feature that CANNOT BE USED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Earlier today I had some network connectivity issues while working with an XD document. I think this caused some strange behavior with XD. A while later a modal popup suddenly appeared asking me to accept changes to the document I was working on (unfortunately I didn't think to take a screenshot). It was very odd because the only option it gave me was an "Ok" button. I assume what it meant was that I had made changes while I was offline and it needed to sync with the cloud version. I have no idea why it bothered to ask though, since I didn't have any choice in the matter. This also seems to have created a new file named  "<file-name> local changes from December 11, 9.17.48 AM". What is the purpose of this file?Is it safe to delete it?Is it possible my original document is now missing some changes?

Hi there, there is a guide on here for creating an FAQ document page that has the questions as a bar and then when you click on the bar (or ideally the chevron I added) the answer appears below the question, moving the rest of the questions down as they are in a vertical stack.   Each section (group of questions) is a component and I made a separate state for the expanded state of each individual question which took for F-ing EVER.  Now, when I go to prototype, because the the diferent states were created at the section level.  So I only get one action I can attach which makes no sense.  Does this make any sense and can anyone help?  I'm a total novice so it could be something really basic that i missed  This was the guide I tried to follow.

Im using MacOs Big Sur and when I hot record the timer stays at 00:00. The record button blinks but it is not recording anyhting. Can someone please help me solve this issue?

Adobe XD always working in background even if i did open the app. Also it's very clunky and impossible to use and freezes completely when i try to use the text tool

Is anyone elses XD after about 30-60 mintues of working forced to close and reopen XD as it becomes unusable. The program still works but you can't change text, move elements via transform on the right. I have this issue several times a day and it's becoming increasingly frustrating.

They just don't show up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. How do I get the UI kits to show up like in all the tutorials? I've downloaded the kits physically but they arent in the menu.

I created a project and tries to save it on creative cloud but it is taking forever to save a small project. It displays as "Saving..." 4 hours after i clicked SAVE

I do not receive verification code to get sign in to adobe Xd. After entering all my correct details ( id and password), it asks for verification code saying that "Enter the code below which we just sent on your mail, kumarkrihna.84c@gmail.com" which is a wrong mail. and it is not mine. Getting help and chat support from adobe, I changed my password and update my another mobile no. then sign in and then same story repeats. Then chat support said that your mail and this(mentioned mail) both are registered in adobe. so, it may be possible that adobe sent your code on that wrong mail, and redirected me to post your issue at adobe support community. so, please help me as soon as possible.

Hi, I think this may be related to having the trial version of XD, but I will be receiving a license next week. I have a shared version of the prototype so my end users can view it.  How do I update it after making further changes?Thank you.

Yesterday everything was working fine, but this morning when I open any XD document, the design space just appears black and is not functional at all. I'm using MacOS. (screenshot attached) What should I do?

When you "share" a document by creating a link, the fullscreen "Presentation" view displays each artboard as an independent container, since obviously it's not likely to match the user's screen ratio. The problem arises when you have an artboard with a white background. Since the background around the screen is also white, they blend together and you can't tell where the edge of the screen stops. Is it possible to change this background color?
