Adobe XD

HeyI am working on a animated Prototyp with a countdown effect. So if the users clicks on the product the coundown starts (60 seconds). Because the timer should work on the background if the user goes back to all products I have done a lot of copies to do a work around for it. If I test my prototyp ind XD everything works like it should. But if i generate a link for sharing it stocks on the first screen with a loading circle. Screen one shows the first page of my prototyp. I have 2 products, one with a timer and one without timer. I have created a 50 artboard and 40 component project where I wireframed all of the layouts. After I started to populate the components with specific styles the whole project stops responding. I cannot deselect a component I am currently modifying. I can change it styles but I cannot go into anything else. I am on Windows 10 - i7 laptop. My project when wireframed weighted 1mb after adding raster background and a couple of styles weighs about 2.8mb. You probably won't fix the issue until I am finished and I'll probably resort to dividing the project into smaller projects but it would be nice if you at least got a limit that the program won't support any more data...   <Title was renamed by moderator>

After last update I get blurred text in the section that specifies the document formats and the tool menu is also blurred. Never happened before. It doesn't happen in any other Adobe application than XD. I'm on Windows 10, always up to date.

Hello, i've been trying for a while to resolve by myself an issue i have with sharing my prototypes,when i open the shared link (for presentation) the prototype opens very slowly, interactions don't work welletc.my file is approx. 50mb and i've reduced all the image sizesmore to that i find the program itself is crashing now and then as well.Am i missing something?Thanks

Seems like there has been a regression of this issue:Font weight names change between Mac & Windows (Bold/Negreta & Italic/Cursiva) – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & … I'm using version 17 on both Windows and Mac and it has definitely not been resolved.Try multiple versions of Fira Sans for example: Google Fonts It's a pain to have to remap fonts all the time when moving files between platforms.Thanks for looking into this.

 Why my saved local .xd files are not opening even the application is up to date. After showing the opening screen it automatically close.........

Dear Someone (who, I hope, will may be able to help me...)I have an issue with adobe XD. I'm trying to download a UI kit from Apple ressources (https://developer.apple.com/design/resources/) with a .dmg extention. But when I'm installing it and try to open it with the Adobe XD app, this one doesn't appear in the programs list available... I have the others (PS, Illustrator and so on... All the one I've installed, but no clue of Adobe XD). After research, it appears in the "common file", but I only have these elements : CSDKConfigurator and PluginCleanup, and none of them works to open the UI kit. I tried to remove and re-installed the app, but nothing change.Did I do something wrong ? Thank you in advance for everything. Ps : I'm french so if I'm not clear enough don't hesitate to tell me.Sonia  

I want to change the scroll effect in my prototype.If i scroll dont want to go dwon on the page. I want images which are supposed to be in the invisible area to come up and settle above an image on the top. How can i do that? since my english is not great i´ll try a different way to explain it.If you scroll down the website should not move. Objects should move to the top of the website. Example given: I have a  black space on top of the website, now i scroll down. What now should happen is that an image from the bottom move to the top over the black space. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been trying to work on a collaboration file shared with me by my team. It was working fine for about a week. However, starting last week, I cannot make changes to the file. Whenever I tried to save, a modal pops up saying I have unsaved local changes. Some things I tried include:Updating to the latest version and rolling back to previous versions of XDReinstalling XDNone of these solved the issue. I have been working on local files but I have to eventually move things to the cloud. It is really frustrating that XD has issues with such basic issues.

Xd is exporting blurry at 1x. 2x seems to be ok, but 1x is grainy, though its not blurry in the design. See attached files. And the third is a screencap from design file, which is clear. This is very bad bug, as its one of the most important parts of the project. 

Just updated to the new version that claims to "enhance performance". Now every time I try to link actions on the Prototype tab, it crashes. If I drag the arrow to a page, it crashes. If I select the page from the 'Destination' dropdown, it crashes. How was something so basic not caught during QA before pushing this update out there!? Or do you even do QA and just rely on users to find all the bugs.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I created  parallax animation in 5 artboards. I added new elements in artboard #1. That causing my other parallax animation lost.What I've done:• copy new elements to 5 artboards, so each artboard has the same element, in same position• re-group all artboards• re-prototype all artboards with auto animate settingsBut the animations still lost.So we can't add elements after creating prototype animation?Is there any way to add new elements without breaking the prototype animation?Thank you!

Hi, I have some issues accessing my Adobe XD shared cloud document. I am unable to access it, it showed me conflicting process message while I was trying to update. I try to troubleshoot but still it's not working.

Hello, I'm building out a voice prototype but encountered a problem where I'm limited to one action for the time and voice inputs. I need the time and voice input to have the same capability of a tap input where I can have it perform more than one action. Any plans to build this capability?

I had a question about exporting to the same size after using XD.   for example.   I made square and circle in photoshop (PSD) as below inform.Unit : pxDocument : 100x100Square :80x80 (center in doc.)Circle : 100x100 (center in doc.)   And, after import in XD. i want to png of same size (100x100) but, i got a fit size result.   Circle : 100x100  Square : 80x80   Is there any way to export the image to the area that contains all the bound boxes?   <Title Renamed by Moderator>    

Hi im trying to use componant states in XD and cant get this to work.I have three buttons and would like each on hover to change the background image of the page.On click id like it to go to the sub page (easy).The button is a componant with its own minor hover state (colour change).Then the button and image are a compant together with two states (defualt and hover).It worked fine when I just had one button hovering. I think its not working as the background images are overlapping. I only want the button to be the hover point but Xd is treating the whole componant as the hover area. Then when on hover the background image is over the other buttons as the 3x Button/Image componants are layered.I then tried to make it all (3x buttons, 3 x images) one big componant and im getting nowhere.Is it the overlapping or am i getting it all wrong?Thanks!    <Title Renamed by Mod>

Hi everyone,I wanted to add this component to another component to make a hover clicked. But, after I add it, it seems that it is locked and can't accept any actions or events.Could you please help me how can I solve it?Thanks in advanceZara

I have created one rectangle and insert one picture , when i try to intersect these two , I did not get the expected result. See in video below.Please solve this issue. 

The only way to display your recent files is to go back to the Cloud documents tab and select the grid view. P.S.A search would be nice in the Open / Cloud documents tab 😛  

Hello!  I am currently working with 3 other people on an XD-project in co editing mode. We are experiencing an issue with text showing up differently for all the users, i.e. centered in a box for some, toward the bottom for other etc. We all have the right font activated and I believe we all have the latest version of XD installed. It's hard for us to make the work look finished and coherent with this problem. Does anyone know a fix to this issue? Could the issue be that some are on Windows and some on Mac?  I attached pictures of how it looks in the same instance for two different users.  Thank you in advance! 

As a designer, I would like to send my prototype to the customer for testing. is the only way to share a prototype with the customer that they log on to adobe? is there a way without login or registration by the customer?

I created a toggle button for the web version of the site. When I try to apply it for the mobile version, then there is a difficulty with scaling it. For the mobile and web version, do I need to create two separate toggle buttons? I will need to reconfigure all the buttons that are in the web version again in the mobile version?
