Adobe XD

I wanted to share an issue we’ve found and not sure if it’s a problem with the font or Adobe XD. We have installed the most recentdesktop OTF files of Inter font by Rasmus Andersson and have been working in a few applications with it. Sketch, Word, InDesign and XD etc. This is working well, until we export a PDF from Adobe XD. The font renders ok in the native Preview app, but once the file is opened in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC it appears wrong and kinda broken. (Noting there is also no problem when exporting to a PNG JPG etc, and there are no issues exporting from other applications such as InDesign). I’ve attached screen shots as to how that appears (comparing with some other fonts we have installed as well as an export from InDesign). I wondered if there is a problem with the way the font embeds specifically from XD, but there is zero control in exporting PDF Hope there’s a way we can get fix for this issue. (We realise PDF is not really the intended o

I have lost months' worth of work on a project! Not happy!!! Prior to finishing my day's work on an Adobe XD project, I sent out the published link to all stakeholders and logged off my work computer for the day. To my surprise this morning when I logged on and checked my Adobe XD project file, all the artboards were missing from my project file. The project file is being saved to the Adobe XD Cloud. I tried downloading the version from the cloud and same results. Unfortunately I do not have a saved local file. PLEASE HELP!!!

I can't zoom in / zoom out (ctrl + / ctrl -) in Adobe XD. I use Windows. How can I fix this? I need to use zoom in / zoom out to work.

All I'm asking for is animated zoom in the next update of Adobe XD if there will be any.

Hello together, we are currently working on our website in Adobe XD. We have created pages with our custom dimensions, but unfortunately the workspace is coming to an end. So when you scale the area smaller, a gray square appears. We would like to enlarge this working area. Does anyone know how to do this? Best Eda

When i open an shred XD link, the sidebar AND this popup always apears. Doesn't matter how i left it? Would expect, that it is remembered in my account when i "OK"ed the popup and maybe the state how i "configured" my view (sidebar hidden/shown).

I was in the process of starting to learn XD but it seems like adobe are dropping it. My question is whether adobe have a replacement app in the wings that I am unsure of or are they saying they are not really interested in web design any more and are pulling back to just concentrate on graphic / video production whether this be social media, print, photo editing etc.

Hi everybody, due to the expiration of my Adobe XD subscription, I am unable to access the files stored in the cloud. How can I retrieve these files? They are important to me.

I have a marketing brochure designed for 8.5" x 11" print format, that I'm trying to change to a mobile-friendly format. Trying to use XD to preview & troubleshoot, running into some issues / questions. 1.) Is it possible to preview, on the same monitor at the same time, how the document will look on multiple phones? NOT plugging in multiple physical phones, but having the simulated frames on my main computer monitor. I can create multiple templates on the screen, but I don't see any way to "mirror" them in realtime. If there is NO way to do this, can anyone suggest an alternative that will let me see how my design will look on the iPhone, Galaxy, Pixel, etc, at the same time? 2.) Attempting to preview the document on an Android phone (physically plugged in), creates 2 more issues: 2a.) The document doesn't update in realtime.2b.) Typing values into font textbox and weight textbox values does not work. I have restarted, reinstalled, the whole nine yards and no dice. Please advise.OS: Windows 11XD Version: 57.1.12 

When I export my XD files to PDF and open the PDF in acrobat, it doensn't show the RGB colors I used in XD. It only happens with XD, not with indesign, illustrator of photoshop rgb files.And why can't I choose any PDF presets in Adobe XD? 

Since April 2022 there are no more updates available for Adobe XD. And those before were very minor. But there are many forum wishes pending.For me it looks as if  XD is yet another candiate to be dropped by Adobe. E.g. Fireworks was a perfect program with no successor.Adobe, please be aware that a (huge) company can´t switch tool environment every couple of years.Give a sign of life if I´m wrong.

I technically had this account in my previous contract job and I used to have access to Adobe XD. I've seen word that Adobe XD is not available for new customers, but I'm technically not? I'm unsure who to contact regarding this issue.

Saludos,Desde hace un tiempo, he enfrentado un persistente problema al intentar escribir en Adobe XD, específicamente en la plataforma Windows. En diversas ocasiones, al tratar de modificar valores o simplemente ingresar texto en los campos correspondientes, la aplicación tiende a bloquearse, generando interrupciones significativas en mi flujo de trabajo. Esta situación me obliga a reiniciar la aplicación de manera constante para poder continuar con mis tareas.¿Existe alguna solución conocida para este inconveniente? Agradecería mucho cualquier orientación o consejo que puedas brindarme para resolver esta situación y mejorar mi experiencia con Adobe XD.¡Gracias de antemano por tu ayuda!

Hello,My problem is that you can simultaneously click+drag AND pan artboard at the same time. If I drag an object while using the magic mouse and I move my finger even slightly, the artboard pans and takes my object with it. My careful placement of an object is ruined. Please make an update that takes has a feature to disable panning while clicking on a magic mouse.

Hi ive been creating files in the adobe cloud up until now using linked assets to libraries. however now i need to save them locally due to company policy.  Whats the best way of me saving everything locally so that myself and any external contractor has access to the same library assets i was using? thanks
