Adobe XD

 I'm currently using 57.1.12ver. Work saved in the local path is not running.Is there a workaround? 

I recently got an Adobe subscription for all Adobe products. Adobe XD is also available under my plan which shows on my profile when accessed from a browser, but it doesn't show up under the Creative Clouds desktop app. I saw somewhere that it has to do with the Adobe version being listed as a 32-bit subscription. My system is 64-bit. How do I change my Adobe subscription to 64-bit? I couldn't find the option under profile settings.

As an Adobe subscriber, I utilized an old Adobe account to store XD and AI files in the cloud. Although the account is now closed, I need guidance on accessing those cloud-based files.

Hi, I can't access CC Libraries in XD.The Libraries are visible and I can use them in all other apps (Ps, Ai...).I don't know what's the problem, I tried to fix it following Adobe indications, but it seems that no one works. I hope that you can help me solve this problem. Thank you  

I need directions on how to replace words with other words like replacing a word with confidental.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

It would be great to purchase all the stored photos on the Xd library directly from the app, avoiding redirection to the stock photo site.Maybe add a popup with confirmation of the current photo ready to purchase with the amount of assets left on their account. This way people could have an in-app verification.The current method disturbs the work flow and forces users to keep multiple tabs open on their browsers when everything could be easily managed from Xd.

It seems to be a problem related with the way stock photos link with the Xd library. When a photo is saved with the heart icon on the stock site, it automatically loads 2 photos on the Xd library.If the save button is pressed again it logs another duplicate, and so on.Even when you purchase the photo, another duplicate is created._____Besides this, when some pictures are exported they show the watermark (and they are already purchased). We have to delete all duplicated previews from the Xd gallery, save the favorite again and now reexport (don't know if this bug is related with the previous one). Tested on the latest version 5.7.1.12 PS: Both problems are a big hindrance. We rely on the stock-to-Xd link feature to work at a good pace and now we'll have to re-check everything to see if it's correctly exported and clean a constantly clogged library. 

hey guys!I have a problem with my prototype. When I generate the link and open it on the desktop version, it works normally but when I open it on a cell phone, the animations don't work and the screen freezes. can anybody help me?

HelloPlease help me as soon as possible.The xd program does not work and says there is a malfunction. I deleted it and downloaded it and nothing changed. I go to the page and it crashes and so far it has not worked. I have a final one in a week and I have not been able to work.So I need to fix it as soon as possible

Hi, Is there a way to extend time for the Adobe subscription? My subscription ended yesterday and I need access to some of the files(which are on cloud) to copy them. Can I pay and extend XD subscription for a month?

Hello there, I use both OS' at the same time. Currently I noticed that pngs that being created from MacOS are more clear to read and have better resolution than the pngs from Windows pcs created. Both designs are created on same file(there is only a text and a small airplane icon on them). Exported in the same way which is File > export > export selected. Is it acceptable to gather completely different outputs from 2 different pcs on same pngs? 

I'm getting an "error: there is a problem with the playback action" on my prototype. I have voice triggers set up to play audio files. When I try saying a command, it gives me the error message. This is happening on my mobile. When I change the trigger from voice to tap and test it that way, it plays the audio just fine. I'm guessing a bug.

Its pupup only with Adobe XD , I use Ai+Ae+Ps+Pr+An+Lr++++++ , This Error only com with XD Befor one day i try to unstall and reinstall it and it work , today its not  

Hi there, I am noticing very major differences in font weight between Xd and my web browsers.Please look at the attached examples to understand how bad this looks.   In the browser, both fonts appear to be bold, when they are just referencing the regular weight.The Playfair Display is the large heading, and and Georgia is the remainder.Georgia is just being used as it is installed with Microsoft Windows or Office.We tried PT Serif instead of Georgia, loading in with Google Fonts and then Adobe fonts, and the same issue occurs. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am not able to write font name and change fonts, can you please let me know how can I fix it.This is the version I'm using. 

Hello,My XD prototype is stuck loading in any browser.It loads the first screen and then just shows the blue spinning loader icon. I can occasionally refresh 3 or 4 times to get it to work but mostly does not fix the issue.This is a common problem lately with XD prototypes. Macbook Pro - Chrome / iPhone XR Safari and Chrome Any guidance would be great. This is needed for user testing. Right now, it's unusable. Thank you.

My exports are bieng created with extra space around them. This has necer been a problem until recently and there doesnt seem to be an update available.Thank you!

I have been tasked with something out of my realm. If I design a websign in Photoshop, using a template compatible with XD. And assuming I can protype it correctly, what is the next step? How does it go to live website? I've look at Bluehost as a possibility for doman and host. I've seen that you can export a XD design to WordPress. Bluehost uses WordPress. Can anyone help me connect the dots?  Thank you.

Since Sonoma I've noticed that the latest version of XD is completely unusable on the secondary monitor (i.e. the monitor without the menubar, not necesarily an external monitor). It works find on my external display which is setup as the main montior (i.e. the one with my Mac menubar) but on the build-in display of my M2 MacBook Air it is completely unusable. Screen refreshes when panning or zoom lay by literally 3-5 seconds.
