Adobe XD

I need to hand-off a big project to another designer, a team, really.Not just share as a collaborator but tranfer ownership or batch save XD files as local files.  With neither of these features available it looks like I am stuck opening each file 1 by 1 and saving them as a local file!? 😓 Am I missing something obvious? What happens when someone leaves their job or gets promoted or even more mundane... just needing to transfer ownership in general.  

I created a library in a separate file. I have integrated this into my project and use its components. My problem is mainly about my buttons, so they have a padding, if that's important. Every time I change the original buttons, for example just a color adjustment, they move to left or right when I updating them in the project.This is very annoying for larger projects because I can't prevent it. This happend in all my project and since i used Adobe XD (over one year). Does anyone have this too, what can I do about it? OS: Windows 10XD Version: 57.1.12.2

Hello,I have a problem with created links.At work we share the same disk / environment in which we have access to work files, but from our own Adobe account. Previously, when we created a link, we could also find it in the work file and there was only one link and it was also visible to both parties. Currently, if I create a link and save it to ''Computer A'', no link is displayed on ''Computer B'' and a new link has to be generated.I would like to see that if I generate a link on ''computer A'', that ''computer B'' also has this link in the file. But I don't know why it suddenly stopped working, can someone help me?

After watching the tutorials, my impression is that the Xd workflows work are meant for static html/css/js projects.  How would the Xd app UX/UI designs transfer to a bare-bone  WordPress theme?

Hi,I am managing an environment where we are currently restricted to Windows 10 v1607 (Anniversary Update). I need to rebuild a PC which currently has an old version of Adobe XD installed; however once I rebuild (still on v1607) I wont be able to install the latest version of XD as it requires newer windows builds.Is there any way for me to either install a previously version of XD that is compatible with Win10 v1607; or to export the currently installed version & re-import on the new system? (We do have an Adode Update server setup internally that Creative Cloud control panel talks to if that helps)CheersJason

I think it is a bug. Child components doesn't follow the resize of their main component when they are included into a new component. It works when not included into other components, even in other artboards. Other change works when included in other component, like changing colour, but not resize. By example, I create an icon and make it a main component. I include that icon in different artboard. Then I create a button with that icon in it and create a component for that button, and include that button in different arboad.If I change the colour of my icon main component, all its child components change their colour too.But if I change the size of my icon main component, the icon inside the button component (main or child) doesn't change and stay the original size. But the icon childs that are by themselves in different artboards resize to follow the main icon component. It happens whatever I copy-paste the main component into my button component or if I take it from the asse

I am trying to start with adobe XD, but i cannot dowloand the free version of it, even i cannot purchase the normal version

The xd plug-in I wrote needed to get the name symbolMaster through symbolInstance. How do I implement this feature. I'd appreciate it if anyone could answer that!

Hi i have developed a plugin for Adobe XD for a small organisation, i need to publish the xd plugin but i need some restrictions for only the ORG people, how can i do that?what if i need to import developed XD plugin file from local computer to XD kindly help regarding this

I'm using 57.1.12 on Windows 10, and the application won't open.Honestly, I'm a bit used to this unreliability, as it's been a recurrent feature during rapid updates. But in the past the issue has resolved after a couple of attempts to open. This time, all I get is the white screen with the XD logo, no matter how many times I try to open it. This is true whether I try to use Creative Cloud to launch the app, double-click on an XD file, or use the taskbar shortcut.Anyone else frozen out?

Date: 25-JUL-2018 XD Version 10.0.12.9  Creative Cloud Sync 3.0.3.6  Macbook Air macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6Apologize for your frustration, we will do our best to help you. If you are on the latest version of Adobe XD, and you had saved your file before the crash, you should be able to see the recovered file in the Recent Files section of the opening Adobe XD screen.Reply: I Have the latest version, XD DID NOT CRASH, IT NEVER CRASHED. I saved my project like I normally do, in my hard drive and also in Creative Cloud as a back up and I went to sleep. Next day I opened XD, the file was there, same name, the saved date an time was correct, but when I opened the file, the work done during the last session was not there. I was able to see the correct file in my HDD and Creative Cloud, also in the recent files, and open it without issues. The problem is the content in the file, is not saving some of the work sessions.About the crashe

Recently, we received communication from Adobe stating that discontinuation of Creative Cloud Syncedsynced files, and all data stored in the cloud will be removed. How this will affect? Can we share XD files to client after this?

Does this happen to anyone else? Whenever I export a group as 1.5x the size from XD there is a 1px white border on the bottom of the image added to the file. I have to then go into Photoshop and remove it and resave it. I have triple-checked and there are no borders on anything I am exporting. This is very frustrating mainly when i am exporting for emails. 

Last year I got my first Adobe Cloud licence that lasted for a year and I had to renew/extend it this year. I did not do it on time, and I renewed it a few days later. I couldn't recall if I chose the "business" account instead of the personal one to log in last year, but I think I had the personal one last year. This year I clicked on the business one and noticed that most of the work I made on Adobe XD and Illustrator all disappeared. I tried retrieving them, but it says I need to give access from my personal one for the business one I currently have??? I tried switching to see if I still have access to it normally on my personal one, but it also shows that I need to pay after starting a trial for the chosen Adobe program? I don't know, I'm so confused and lost. I don't know how to solve this. I just want to retrieve and have access to everything I made the past year. Can somebody please help me out? Thank you!

Hi everyone,I'm working on a project for a course and have only just begun using Adobe XD after primarily using Figma. I'm still getting familiar with most of XD's features, so forgive me if I'm using the wrong terms for this software. I am currently working on creating basic mockups for a (fake) pet adoption website. In the navigation bar on the side of my page, I planned to use dropdown menus to keep the interface uncluttered. I have created the default and expanded states of my first navigation menu category, but I'm struggling to figure out how to get the other categories to adjust their position when the state changes. I've attached screenshots of the two states for my "Resources" tab, and you can see how the "Find a Pet" tab maintains its position when I toggle between the states. Is there a way to get the "Find a Pet" tab (and all subsequent tabs) to shift themselves lower to accomodate the space needed for the dropdown menu, similar to Figma's auto-layout? Thanks in advance.

XD file is missing from cloud only the prototpe is available 

Hello,I urgently need to share a prototype and unfortunately I can't create a link for the review.(MAC]I always get this error as shown in the picture!This Message appear: "You're disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again."I have already tried the following:- File resaved- Uninstalled and reinstalled XD- Installed an older version of XD- CoreSync deleted all DB files- ActivityMonitor closed all tasks- Restarted Macbook- Changed InternetCan anyone help me to get this working again? ThanksIt's very urgent as I have a deadline tomorrow.... 

I am using student account trying to share the link the first time, but I have been told I reach the capacity and need to upgrade. Do I have to pay for that? How do I upgrade? I am using the newest version now. Need help, please!!! So closed to due date!!!!

Hi all,Being a beginner, I have been struggling on XD a lot and I was wondering how to resize an artboard without the elements inside. So basically, what happens when I try to resize is the elements inside the artboard get squished together or spread apart... I was wondering if this had to do with the responsive resize. I made 3 different component states for a page. I need to link a text box to a specific state butin the protptype area i am not given the option to link to a state. I watched multiple youtube videos in which they linked to states but i can only link to other artboards.
