Adobe XD

To begin, I am on the latest Mac OS Ventura 13.4 and the latest Adobe XD 57.0.12.14 (Creative Cloud Sync 6.5.3.1) I am experiencing an issue with a long-existing working prototype file and publishing to existing links. At 100% of publishing I receive a 44:49 error no matter which of the three links I publish (review, spec, presentation) When I review the adobexd.log file I see this error, which occurs at exactly 100% of publishing the link. Specifically, the response message of 403 Forbidden - Quota exceeded. Error is shown below. Can someone at Adobe indicate to me how I can get past this? I am unable to publish work for teams until this issue is resolved. Hi,I follow a fellow learner's discussion thread and managed to find "claim your redeem" on Coursea's page. But after following the instruction and click in the blue button "claim your reward", an error message appeared that saying "We are experiencing a network outage which is impacting your partner offer. Hello everyone, Since I use the new components feature (I really love it!), the XD performance is going down with any new element I add or use in the design.Now it has reached a point, where I can't do anything without crashing the whole programm. It even crashes, when I just want to save it offline.   Hardware: I’m using a MacBook Pro 2018, 2,9 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i9, with 32 GB DDR4, and a Radeon Pro 560X 4GB graphic card. That really should be enough for everything.   I’m working on a big app project with round about 150 screens that I have placed all on my canvas – together with my components collections.   At the moment I’m struggling with: – File opening times of 2-5 min – Auto save time (Cloud) of 1-5 min – Crash of XD, now basically after any action   Working is unfortunately not possible that way!   The main problems (that all play together) are: – Cloud auto-save, that makes working hell because of the long loading times – Main components (e. g. the

Hi! I want to try XD but am having trouble installing. When I click the link it takes me to creative cloud and I get a message saying that I cannot download it because I am either "not eligible or my computer doesn't meet the minimum system requirements". My computer is a Macbook Air running Monterey 12.0.1 so I think it meets the system requirements, am I wrong? I can't figure out why I wouldn't be eligible. I'm taking a design course and may want to purchase XD in the future but wanted to use a trial first. Thanks so much for your help!

Adobe XD is a product that has potential, but it falls short in several areas, making it feel outdated for the community. The reliance on a private cloud with no external CNAME links or the ability to export designs directly to the web limits its usefulness for internet-based projects. The inclusion of animation features seems unnecessary when they can only be utilized within Adobe's private cloud. In reality, there are web applications that surpass Adobe XD by offering comprehensive solutions.In conclusion, Adobe XD is a decent product, but corporate decisions have transformed it into a standard information tool that is only suitable for specific use cases, rendering it unsuitable for end users. If graphic and animation exports to HTML or something similar to CNAME for DNS were introduced, it would change my perspective. At the moment, it feels nothing more than a limited tool.

For a few days I'm not albe to acces document (version) history for some of my cloud documents. Adobe XD is up to date (56.1.12.1).When I try to open document history dialog I get a message:  Event when accesing trough the adobe cloud web interface (https://assets.adobe.com/...)i get "Cannot load document hisotry" This issue only affects some documents that have been changed in the last few months. Very old ones, those made today, behave as expected.  

I tried working in XD offline today for the first time in a few years and the experience was awful. There are extreme lags when trying to perform even the most simple tasks, such as changing fill color, not to mention trying to copy and paste or import items. Truly one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with Adobe. However, as soon as I got back online all the lags went away. When I first started using XD back when it first came out I was able to work offline without any lags at all. I'm wondering whether it's because of the mandatory sync to the Creative Cloud update that was made awhile ago... Are there any work-arounds to make the offline experience more bearable?

Now with the release of Figma's new features and based on your announcement, what should we do with our projects on the xd app if we are not members now (without subscriptions) so, you will deactivate or delete the app in the near future? What should we do with our previous projects then? considering that we don't have the time or money to convert all of them to Figma files.

Some text allows me to use standard Shift key uppercase/lowercase, while other text does not, and requires me to go to Object menu/Text/Uppercase and you ahve to do this one letter at a time. I can find no pattern or steps that explain this difference.

Hey Adobe,Everytime I opens XD in my windows it simply crashes saying update the app, when I am already using the updated version. This keeps happening everytime, I can handle this pain but recently due to these errors, two of our published prototype links got interlinked. Now, all our development plannings made based on prototype link URLs for each module from the browser is kind of gone, and all efforts is simply wasted.Now I need to answer top leadership, don't know. What to say man, I am the one getting blamed, we didn't left XD and switched to Figma but, leave. please fix XD ASAP!!!
