Hi there, yesterday I posted this issue in a existing forum topic, but still no answer... Getting desperate here :S- - - - - - XD Prototype links not working on mobile"Hi, i'm having the same issue with a new prototype. When I view it on desktop it works fine, but when I open in chrome/safari on a mobile device it starts to load but then the browser displays an error.This is very upseting since I have to deliver tomorrow! Please help!"- - - - - -— Today the issue remains, but I've been able to understand a little bit more about the problem.It seeems the less interactions the prototype has, less the probability for error display. Also I reduced the amount of linked components and image size.I was able to deliver a lite version of my work, with very few interactions and pages. However, this doesn't help much, because I don't have the possibilty to workaround this problem with the ongoing work.I really hope you can help.

If I try to export an element from a group from within a mask, Adobe XD instead exports the maked group.This is also preventing me from sharing assets with developers on Development mode. They can only download the whole group as a bitmap image. I hope it's not intended to be like this, otherwise it will be very hard to share all assets for a huge project I'm working on. Thanks! 

Is anyone having issues using the spec tab and trying to pull info from the scroll groups? Seems you can only pull spec info from above the fold. Anything else in the scroll group doesn't work properly. This was never an issue before. I attached a screen grab below (can't grab the image, can't grab the carets, the blue grid lines that are showing are from the image above the fold.)      <Title renamed by moderator>

How to create images like the one shown using XD? When I transform, the images are not the same size and the right corners get narrowed down.

I earned a free 9-month membership to Adobe XD from Google, through Coursera.I redeemed the code on my mobile phone and it got redeemed successfully and then signed in on my desktop but I still have no access to Adobe XD.  I really need this to be sorted out as it very important for me. I would really appreciate any help and feedback.The path taken to redeem the voucher is as follows: Opened "Claim Your Reward" Email from CourseraClicked  blue "Claim Your Reward" Button within email. That opened a window to my Coursera account/messages screenI clicked on the message that read "View Your Reward"A pop-up appeared with a blue button reading "Claim Your Reward", I clicked that.It opened a new window from Adobe Partner Offer RedemptionsI clicked the "select" button next to 9 month Adobe XD membership. The screen then changed to a screen that read "Your code has been successfully redeemed".And then i signed in on my laptop But it still does not give me access to Ad

Olá. Meu colega de trabalho utiliza a versão 33.1.12.4 do Adobe xd pois a máquina que ele usa não consegue atualizar a versão do app. Eu utilizo a versão mais recente. Ele vai sair de ferias e em seguida serei eu de ferias, aí no caso um vai cobrir a ferias do outro. Eu consigo tocar os projetos dele tranquilamente, mas ele não consegue abrir os projetos feitos na minha versão do xd. No creative cloud não aparece pra mim a versão que ele usa pra instalar.Gostaria de saber se há alguma forma de eu conseguir salvar os arquivos em uma versão que ele consiga abrir ou alguma forma de eu instalar aqui a versão 33.1.12.4

On Windows 10 at least, if the user selects a component and chooses "highlight on canvas" then presses space bar to look around trying to find the componet (which is BTW as many have reported almost impossible in a file with a normal amount of items) items in the main menu start to get selected instead of activating the hand tool to drag.This is EXTREMELY annoying because no dragging occurs and the "new file" dialog opens up when the space bar is released.

Hi Team,I have 4 checkboxes on a wireframe and a confirm button.How can I ensure the confirm proceeds to next page only if atleast 1 checkbox is checked else display a warning message in Adobe XD?I have gone through several articles about interactive component states but did not understand validation of fields. Hello,i'm using AdobeXD to create flyers, CV's and more (i know that there are other progams with which i can do it better, but i love AdobeXD) How i can change the size of my artboard to DIN A4 size?I tried some dimensions which i found on web, but I always get a annoying border when i print the file. Is there any solution?

I started working on a website on ADOBE XD, I created a website with around 57 pages..The file NEEDS 10gb of ram to work and later balances at 9.2gb, I cant work and do anything else on my pc while this file is open...I don't understand why it needs SO much RAM..I'm so tired I can't even finish the project from this problem. When I create or try to update a link, it fails and gives me an error state that reads "You're disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again. My internet is over 700mbps and everything else works fine.  I've tried the following already:- Logging out of CCD- Uninstalling XD- Force quitting CCD via Activity Monitor- Deleting old published links from my account This has been happening for WEEKS now, and I have no consistent way of solving it. All my above tactics have stopped working.   

Hi there,I have 1 question, I can't use google fonts in XD anymore. That was still possible in July this year. But not anymore. This is very annoying because there are many more good web fonts than just Adobe fonts. It's very limiting.Is there a way to use the installed fonts on the computer ( in my case windows) in XD?Annyone?

I am unable to open XD every day I need to unstall and reinstall to open it. Please look into these issue ASAP.

So, this is the main component and for whatever reason, when I try to preview it, it looks fine at first, but when the menu is opened and then closed, it becomes bigger and stays that way after subsequent open/closes. There's no version of the component on this flow that is that size, but I do also have a tablet and desktop version of the site I'm mocking up in the same file and it's larger on those, but I made them separate components (Each size has their own main component on their respective home pages) so I don't know if that matters. I've tried to search multiple combinations of words to figure out how to fix it, and I've not had any luck. Please help! Thank you!!

Hola no puedo abrir adobe XD, ya me asegure que mi equipo cumple con los requerimientos del sistema Simplemente doy click al icono de Adobe XD , la pantalla inicial se abre por 2 segundos y vuelve a cerrarse. alguien que me pueda ayudar se los agradeceriá de corazón.  

This is so strnage. I have the weird background images that no matter what I do I cant remove them. They are there even when I create a new document from scratch while one other file is open. If i however create a blank one from scratch its not there until I open another xd file and then they are all back again.  Any thoughts on what this is?  I think it might be my designer is doing an export from photoshop and somthing is getting droped and or added? Thanks  

I need help, I already installed Adobe XD both at work and on my home PC, but it's on the home PC that doesn't allow me to open Adobe XD. I just click and open double for two seconds and close again. What I can do? 

Whenever I download a file sent to me, it's downloaded as a zip folder. I've expanded it but it's all .agc and code files. I know it's intended to be an adobe xd file, though. So how do I open this?

Will the shared links from XD still be available if I discontinue my Adobe ID and subscription? I did not find a suitable answer to this question across your discussion board. Thank youAnanda

I edited a lottie file using the Lottie Editor for XD, but the lottie files are not loading in xd when I import. It displays file is incompatible but it was working fine before main lottiefiles website's new update I am facing issues with every edited JSON file.Please help!Thanks,

Hallo ihr Lieben,ich will gerade einen Protoytypen erstellen und wärend man früher den Bildlauf fixieren konnte, um an der gleichen Position zu bleiben, löscht diese Option jetzt meinen Inhalt... Wenn ich nichts anklicke belibt die Position nach dem Klick automatisch erhalten. Aber was ist wenn ich möchte das die Seite nach einem Klick auf den Button oben beginnt? Früher war das die Standard Einstellung und jetzt gibt es sie gar nicht mehr oder wie? Oder spinnt mein Xd bloß? Wie ist da sbei euch udn ahbt ihr eine Lösung? Der driekte Kunden Chat scheint ja auch weg zu sein...
