Adobe XD

Hello everyone,who can tell me how this downloadable image got there? I did not create it consciously.However, I like the idea of offering a client/colleague the ability to download images without requiring an ID.Thanks for the support

When I create or try to update a link, it fails and gives me an error state that reads "You're disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again. My internet is over 700mbps and everything else works fine.  I've tried the following already:- Logging out of CCD- Uninstalling XD- Force quitting CCD via Activity Monitor- Deleting old published links from my account This has been happening for WEEKS now, and I have no consistent way of solving it. All my above tactics have stopped working.   

Hi there,I have 1 question, I can't use google fonts in XD anymore. That was still possible in July this year. But not anymore. This is very annoying because there are many more good web fonts than just Adobe fonts. It's very limiting.Is there a way to use the installed fonts on the computer ( in my case windows) in XD?Annyone?

I am clicking on "Get UI Kits" in the File menu in Adobe XD and it won't open the page to kits but to this urlhttps://www.adobe.com/creativecloud.html#panel-3What do I do?

I will lost my prototypes by the end of the trial free? Can i continue to use my links that i share show my documents? 

I am unable to open XD every day I need to unstall and reinstall to open it. Please look into these issue ASAP.

So, this is the main component and for whatever reason, when I try to preview it, it looks fine at first, but when the menu is opened and then closed, it becomes bigger and stays that way after subsequent open/closes. There's no version of the component on this flow that is that size, but I do also have a tablet and desktop version of the site I'm mocking up in the same file and it's larger on those, but I made them separate components (Each size has their own main component on their respective home pages) so I don't know if that matters. I've tried to search multiple combinations of words to figure out how to fix it, and I've not had any luck. Please help! Thank you!!

Hola no puedo abrir adobe XD, ya me asegure que mi equipo cumple con los requerimientos del sistema Simplemente doy click al icono de Adobe XD , la pantalla inicial se abre por 2 segundos y vuelve a cerrarse. alguien que me pueda ayudar se los agradeceriá de corazón.  

This is so strnage. I have the weird background images that no matter what I do I cant remove them. They are there even when I create a new document from scratch while one other file is open. If i however create a blank one from scratch its not there until I open another xd file and then they are all back again.  Any thoughts on what this is?  I think it might be my designer is doing an export from photoshop and somthing is getting droped and or added? Thanks  

I need help, I already installed Adobe XD both at work and on my home PC, but it's on the home PC that doesn't allow me to open Adobe XD. I just click and open double for two seconds and close again. What I can do? 

Whenever I download a file sent to me, it's downloaded as a zip folder. I've expanded it but it's all .agc and code files. I know it's intended to be an adobe xd file, though. So how do I open this?

Will the shared links from XD still be available if I discontinue my Adobe ID and subscription? I did not find a suitable answer to this question across your discussion board. Thank youAnanda

I edited a lottie file using the Lottie Editor for XD, but the lottie files are not loading in xd when I import. It displays file is incompatible but it was working fine before main lottiefiles website's new update I am facing issues with every edited JSON file.Please help!Thanks,

Hallo ihr Lieben,ich will gerade einen Protoytypen erstellen und wärend man früher den Bildlauf fixieren konnte, um an der gleichen Position zu bleiben, löscht diese Option jetzt meinen Inhalt... Wenn ich nichts anklicke belibt die Position nach dem Klick automatisch erhalten. Aber was ist wenn ich möchte das die Seite nach einem Klick auf den Button oben beginnt? Früher war das die Standard Einstellung und jetzt gibt es sie gar nicht mehr oder wie? Oder spinnt mein Xd bloß? Wie ist da sbei euch udn ahbt ihr eine Lösung? Der driekte Kunden Chat scheint ja auch weg zu sein...

Hello.I have an issue with embeded code from Adobe XD on Behance. When I insert the embeded code for my interactive prototype its size fits perfectcly with my project.However, when I save my project and publish it, and click to launch the interactive prototype, the prototype opens in the new window and is cropped so that I'm compelled to scroll down to see the rest of it.  This is how it looks. This is only half of what should be on the screen.  Looking forward to receiving your reply.

Hi, I seem to have a problem with a shared asset library in Adobe XD. I have just updated and am therefore using the latest version of XD.  I am working for a large company. My colleagues and I are using an enterprise license. I have created an asset library which is saved on Creative Cloud. I have used the 'Publish Library' button. After publishing the library I have shared it with my colleague who is using the same enterprise license.  He doesn't get any E-mail with a link though. Even when I share the link to the library directly it isn't working correctly. He is able to open and view my library file as a whole. However, he is unable to make the library show up in his left pane (and thus using the library as intended). I have tried sharing with another colleague and the same issue occured. I have given both colleagues 'Edit' rights. Does anyone have any idea what is going wrong and what I could try to fix this issue?     

I want to be able to to run a clickable prototype from the iPad XD app, without having internet access.  For some reason, even though the prototype is saved locally on the ipad, the ipad requires me to connect to the internet every day or 2.  I want to send the ipad to a user research participant to test, but they do not have internet access.

Hi, I have made this design (for reference). You can see the prototypes and design. So here's the animation preview (attached), I can't go back to the first page without scrolling all the way to the front. How would I be able to do that? Thanks,Hamza.

I've completely created the UX for my project, however, when clicked out of the artboards, the linked (wires) look fibrous and very messy. Is any way to make it more organized like making it in a straight line and angled when linked to other artboards? Straight link like this? It's tidy and cleanPlease advise  

Hi, I'm having some trouble in prototype. I've set all viewpoints to the same height, auto-animate or previous page, and ease in-out, but that's not what I'm viewing. One link might go to a page with the correct height and location, but another will be a small viewpoint or the bottom of the page.I don't know if it makes a difference, but this is a copy of the original wireframes. The wires from version 1 were originally connected to version 2, but I deleted them, because I made changes. I don't know if there is a better way, this is the way I was taught, but I you know a faster way...please tell me. Any advice is much appreciated, Thanks so much.

Hello all,I have a little problem and hope to solve it.I have two flows in my XD file, but recently there is some connection from the lower flow to the upper one, which I didn't want that way. Since the file is relatively large, I just can't find the link as it is probably nested in a component.  

Hi, can someone help me with this urgent matter I need to address for my work submission.While I was working on a cloud XD document suddenly everything froze and I got a pop up saying connecting, that went on for a long time. So I closed it and reopened for it to say the same connecting thing.Then I restarted my Mac and tried to open the cloud XD again, but this time it straight away gave me an error code : 87, saying, This is not a valid XD document.Please help me on how to address this issues, else I will miss my deadline.Thanks in advance.

Olá, meu adobe XD começou a gerar um novo problema: quando tento acessar um protótipo de um colega de trabalho, ele apresenta o Erro: 5006:24. Gostaria de entender o que eu ou meu colega estamos fazendo de errado para evitar que novos erros ocorram e dificultem nosso trabalho.
