Animate

Hi everyone, I have this strange bug. I was making HTML5 Canvas Animation, 30FPS, intend long 12-15 minutes. When I reached frame 16075, keyframe showing as blank keyframe (though the scene still showing it as it is). These keyframes no longer be able to create any tweens and no animation can be added to them.Is it a bug/ feature of Adobe Animate that limit number of frames/ file size? My file now reach ~50MB, and it will be larger later.

Hello,  I have a problem with elements that are created with gradient. The elemens of my project are created in Illustrator as vectors, exported as SVG, and when I import the elements into Animate, looks like the elements are pixelated. I tried to add gradient from Animate and I have the same problem. And when I run the project as HTML I get some warnings about Bitmaps, but I have no Bitmaps...Does anyone had a similar problem and know how to fix it?Thank you!

I'm hoping to update a Flash application that embeds video into the timeline.Is it possible to embed HD video in Adobe Animate timelines?

I'll be making an animation and the "processing strokes" loading bar will pop up, but sometimes it stays at 0% and I can't do anything to fix it except force quit the program and have to do all the work I just lost again.Is there anything that I can do to stop this from happening in the future or is it just a program bug I'll have to wait for Adobe to fix in the next update?

I'm currently doing a class with my school about programming and we are using animate to make our programs. I've recently come across the issue that when I play the animation/program my text boxes have moved to a different location. In class today my teacher noticed the same thing with his. We use different browsers, he uses Chrome and I use Brave. I will attach images to hopefully clarify the issue that I am having. In this case I have already compensated for the issue. I'd be happy to give aditional information if it helps my issue get resolved. 

I'm a newbie to Animate and am following along with Dermot O'Connor's "Learning Adobe Animate CC: Animation" on Lynda.com on Animate CC 2017 on the Mac.He refers to the Looping panel and searching through the Window menu doesn't list it. I must be doing something wrong. Thanks for your help!

I currently finished a 2 minute long animation with music in the background which I imported myself. I attempted to export it in Media Encoder, but its too big to export. So I split it into 2 parts, and I had to export the first half, and then export the second half separately. My issue is, the second half has no audio but the first half does. I think this is because the second half is starting in the middle of the audio. I don't know how to fix this, and any help would be fantastic as I'm on a deadline.By the way, I'm exporting them from Media Encoder as MP4's, if that information helps.

Hello there, does anyone know how to stop an animation after a certain number of frames?I don't want to put a "this.stop();" keyframe in the timeline, I want a piece of code which stop the animation.For examle, I'm trying: this.button.addEventListener("click", goAnim.bind(this));function goAnim() {this.animation.play();if (this.animation.currentFrame==37) {this.animation.stop();}}but it doesn't work. All of this because I need the animation to stop at certain frame and then gotoAndPlay another one.Any ideas?Thanks in advance 

I have been looking for an answer to this question all over the forums, but can't seem to find one I am trying to animate in Adobe Animate and I have no sort of pressure sensitivity what-so ever. Every time I draw with my Wacom Intuos Pro Tablet, it just has the same line width no matter how hard I press on the tablet. I see old answers to this question, and see there is two sensitivity buttons at the bottom of the toolbar but I can't seem to find it in this version as of February 2019. I need to know ASAP so if anyone could help, that would be great!

I have a weird issue where my movie symbols are extending beyond the stage. I have ungrouped, and broken apart the contents and selected them again and grouped but no luck. Please see example attached as you will see everything is connected but the scaling is showing as though its entended.

Good day. I have a problem ...I created an animation of the bones, perfectly connected the characters (hand to body, legs to body, etc.). But when I start moving any graphic symbol using the movement tool (not a bone movement, but a regular one), which will be presented below, all the other graphic symbols that are connected to each other start to move and move on their own without my intervention. In other words, the more I adjust the characters by moving, the more all the other graphic symbols start to crash and get out of their position. Subsequently, after their manual repositioning to the normal position, everything begins to move again relative to the past problem. And then it all turns into an inability to properly animate the bones and have to do it all over again ((.How to solve this problem? Tell me, please.

Bonjour, Je voudrais faire tourner les hélices de 3 pales d'une éolienne.Le problème,: l'axe la sélection de l'ensemble de ces 3 hélices étant centré normalement, je voudrais déplacer l'axe de sorte qu'il se mette au centre de ces 3 pales. Car comme il ya que 3 pales, la sélection de l'ensemble des hélices ne forme pas un carré mais un rectangle. Comment je fais ?

Hello! Every time I try to import an image to my library, I get the following message: "One or more files were not imported because there were problems reading them." I don't understand why that's happening! I am trying to import other images I drew on Adobe animate. How can i fix it? Thanks! 

Hello everyone,I am having a small problem with animate, and it is very possible it has a very simple and easy solution, so please bear with me and my ignorance... I want to draw a frame by frame short animation, or even import the drawings from photoshop or illustrator, say something like a bouncing ball. My problem is that whether I import the images or draw the actual ball on each frame, when I play the animation, all the frames remain visible until the end. In the best case scenario, I have had the very first frame visible throughout and the rest playing in order, but I haven't been able to reproduce that "success" again. What am I doing wrong? All the frames are keyframes, followed step by step tutorials on youtube of people doing the same, and their bouncing ball disappears after it is played frame by frame showing movement as it should be... I would really appreciate a little help, thank you very much.

I'm not sure exactly how to explain this but we have been running into this issue when some of my HTML5 canvas animations.  When I publish them and check the HTML file on my computer, I can see the animation as I intended it.  When my team implemented the animation on the webpage, random lines and shapes are missing.  I've attached an image...in this example, not only is the gold curve line missing, but the entire axis line and "alpha" text is missing (this element is also supposed to be moving side-to-side as it does for me when I open my HTML file).  This just one of the many animations that this has happened to.  I tried republishing with several different tips I saw from other forum posts (including rearranging the layers on the stage) and nothing has worked.  I hope someone has seen this before and has an easy fix for me. 

Is there no settings for transparency of the onion skin?In other programs like OpenToonz you get to choose the thickness off your "paper" (imagine using a light box for animation) I've gotten used to the feel of a very thin onion skin is there any way I can recreate this effect in Animate CC?Disclaimers:1.) I've already changed the past/future skin colour to a less saturated white colour.2.) I know that stretching out the onion skin anchors make it more transparent, but this is not the way because it brings up unwanted onion frames.3.) Changing the whole layer to Alpha doesn't work for me, because the next frame you'll be drawing is transparent.It's really close to the way I wanted it to look, but just thinner would be nice.

HelloI have used motion tween to animate the first half of a walk cycle.When I copy and paste the first row of frames to return to the original postion, there is no movement added.Is it possible to add motion with copy and pasting frames that have motion tween?

Hello. The brush tool is extremely rough. I don't know why. Its smoother when I use my mouse that when i use my wacom one tablet. Smoothing is all the way up. any suggestions are appreciated. 

I am interested in learning how to develop automation for Adobe Animate. I've found the documentation, but the link to samples redirects to the Flash EOL page. Is there a good resource to get me started?

Hello,I have imported artwork from illustrator.I duplicated a layer because I need to flatten and mask it, but whatever I do to this COPY, the same thing is applied to the ORIGINAL LAYER.Even when I hide and lock the original, the changes still show up.So how do I edit just the duplicate?
