Animate

when i try lauching adobe animate it just dont open and just crash while initializing fonts, why it doesnt work?, i use adobe animate 2022 and i already tried 2024 but it still dont work

i dont know what to do or what is the problem is    please help me

I recently created an animation where I used the pin tool to put a bone-type rig on a bunch of leaves, and then warped them to shape frame by frame. I reopenned it the next day to find some of the assets had turned into black boxes. Each one has its own later, maybe 15 layers in total and 7 of them are black boxes in every key frame. The boxes still warp the same way the leaves did, but the leaves themselves won't load. I have 3 different save files and one recovery, I cant open the saved files at all, and this problem is with the recovery file. The animation itself is only 2s long at 15fps, and when open, only takes up 25-30% of my cpu. I'm not sure if any of that info is helpful, but idk how tostart fixing this. 

Hello i have a problem with all of my actionscript files they all say they need to subclass flash.display.MovieClip but they already do subclass it. P.S This file has rights to it please do not use it for your self. Only the mods at adobe are allowed to view it.

Running Flash CS3, I've reviewed the lynda.com tutorial on building particle systems in ActionScript 3.0 to try and build some shooting sparks in an animation.  I'm getting stuck at what I think is a really elementary point, but I can't seem to get past it.  Basically, all I'm trying to do at this point is create a class called Particle (which I will teach to do things that particles do a little later) link it to a MovieClip on the stage in my .fla file and use the particle's update function to move it across the stage in a manner defined in the instance (so I can later give different movement properties to each AS generated instance of the MC).  I know there are easier ways to accomplish my base task without loading an external package, but this seems so strightforward that I must be doing something very simple wrong I just can't see so I thought I'd post the code here and see what I'm missing.I start with a file called Particle.as in the same folder as my Spark Test.fl

Hello, I've placed a bitmap of a door in Animate. I want it to open, so I'm using the Asset Warp tool.But when I enable the envelope deformer and then publish it, it quits Animate. Anyone know of a solution please?

When you add points to a piece of art in Adobe Illustrator using the Free Transform Tool, can those points be used as joints in Adobe Animate? Thanks

I use alan backer's v-cam but it only works when I turn off the enhancement layer but things like not applying effects when I turn off the enhancement layer happens,can I just turn off the enhancement layer Is it possible with v-cam? Please help me (the version I use is adobe animate 2020)       

I just recived a goamon pd1161 and wanted to use it for animate 2024  but the pen pressure is working at all for animate.Although it works fine in photoshop i also have windows ink on.

Hi everyone, I've always imported SWF files from other programs like Swift Max, and it always worked in Animate. This week, I was about to start a new project, and when I imported the SWF, what you see in the first image happened. Does anyone know what can be done to fix this?

Greetings and Happy Holidays! I'm trying to animate a symbol while it is moving in fixed position with a vertically scrolling background.  Can I nest a tween within a tween?  Been searching the tutorials but can't find anything that covers the animation and the tracking simultaneously.  I'd appreciate some ideas.   Thanks so much!

If I draw a curve with pen, and then draw another curve over it, it adds point at intersection. How can I disable this?P.S. Sorry for my English

Hi! I'm quite new to Animate and I'm making an interactive animated website here. For the past week the test movie has been working well until today. I can edit just fine in the app but can't seem to test it out to see the animations and check each button. I'm already using the 2024 version, and there seems to be no explanation or pop-up box as to why this is happening. It stops until 30% before not responding again. Thanks for the help!    

    

I'm currently modding an eye asset. The thing is, the sprites for the eyes are made as Graphics, and what I'm doing is that i'm trying to morph two of the graphics to create a shock expression, the problem is, the shape tween button is disabled. Could it be because they're made as graphics and not as raw designs (as in, the normal, original drawings of the graphics)?

I have an animation made with Asset Warp Tool that deforms Rectangle vector made with Rectangle Tool. When I try to export using File > Export > Export Movie > PNG sequence - it works. But when i try to export using File > Export > Export Movie >SVG sequence - it doesn't. Before you ask - I have tried various Export settings and Publish settings, tried different extensions, tried to convert AC3 to HTML/Canvas - nothing works.

Hello. Looking for advice on how to use the Asset Warp Tool. I've placed a bitmap of a door into an HTML5 canvas. I've added a pin to each corner of the door/bitmap, and I want to move the pins furthest away from the hinges diagonally towards the centre, so it looks like the door is opening. Is there a way to control the pins so the door doesn't become 'liquidy'? Thanks

Hi all, I've created an instance of an object on the stage that I wish to move to an existing layer (by layer index preferably).  Can anyone explain how to do this? It seems I can't just assign the object to a layer.Thanks for any help!

hi, I'm looking for a help for my son. He decirbed the problem as follow:There's a problem with the asset wrap tool. It keeps deleting colored areas when adding new points and moving existing ones. Also, when I ctrl+Z in order to try adding the point again in a different position, the point dissapears, but the deleted area does NOT appear back - in other words, ctrl+Z does not really revert an operation.I searched Adobe Forums, and ther people appear to also have this problem, but the only "soultions" are "convert to bitmap" or "optimize the shape". None of these are usable. "Convert to bitmap" means fatal resolution and inability to ctrl+B the asset back into vectors, something I really need. "Optimize the shape" dosen't really help, and, if anything, makes the situation worse - I've tried it - plus, if the graphic gets "optimized" enoug, it looks terrible.Restarting the computer dosen't work and I'm using the newest Animate version. thank you for any help or advice.!!!

Unfortunately, I do NOT have a computer to extract directly into the Adobe application. However, I want to download directly on the download URL sites (e.g.: mediafire, mega, Dropbox, onedrive, drive, ect.) to have Adobe Flash Professional CS6 sound effects in the future for Adobe Animate version later. I would be happy to appreciate it. -The animator Rick-Yei Becker / The Director-Becker Corporation

How large is a five min. file in Animate?  What social media platform would you think would be best suited for childrens values animations?  I am thinking about doing some in the next few years.  I am studying to be a Jehovah Witness and really enjoyed doing a little on Facebook.  If anyone is interested in basing animations from Jehovah Witnesses view point in your free time for children please reply.  This is my first time posting a question.  Not sure how I will get your reply.  Old shcool.  1971 modle.  Sheila 

Hello,I have a problem that I’ve encountered before in Adobe Animate.It’s about white dots that appear in my animation.These dots are positioned on the first frame of each symbol.Some symbols have this issue, while others do not.Do you have a solution to resolve this problem?Thank you and have a great day.
