The 5.0.2 Sampler bugfix has just been released.It fixes the empty viewport issue among other issues several people were encountering. We released some filters fixes for Substance 3D Sampler! Version 4 4.5.2 GRUYERE (Released: 07 November 2024)   Fixed: [Content] Crop, Embroidery and Height blend filters

May continues to bring good things for the Substance 3D ecosystem. After last week’s major new release of Substance 3D Painter, we’ve just released the latest versions of Substance 3D Sampler and Substance 3D Stager!   Sampler now includes a range of features powered by Adobe Firefly. First up is Text to Pattern (AI). Type in a text prompt for a pattern, and Sampler will generate four tileable patterns that can be used to form the basis of a new material. Version 4.4 Substance 3D Sampler 4.4 introduces three new generative workflows as beta: Text-to-texture, Text-to-pattern and Image-to-texture.   Generative AI features are only available on Adobe version as it requires an Adobe account. With Substance 3D Sampler 4.0, you can use real-world images to create 3D objects with automatic subject masking, texture mapping, and geometry decimation. This version introduces some UX improvements as new possibilities in the Python API. 3D CaptureWith Substance 3D Sampler 4.0, you can now create 3D objects from images. We have integrated photogrammetry capabilities. Photogrammetry is the technical process of taking measurements from images. It is how Sampler creates 3D meshes from a series of photographs.
