There should be an Adobe Audition app for those broadcasters and musicians who reply more on mobile devices.

There is already Audition running on the Mac M1 why not have a version for the iPad Pro m1?

The ability to select multiple clips or tracks and apply the same effect to them simultaneously - either by using the track/clip effects or by copy/pasting effects - would be a huge time saver. Yes, I realize you can create a preset and apply an effect rack that way, but you still have to do it one track or clip at a time.

I want to be able to multi select effects in the effect track, in wafeform and in multitrack to quickly copy and paste them to other tracks. And a function with that I can bypass all selected effects at once in Mixer view

Currently when using keystroke M to add markers, Audition names the new marker with the prefix specified in the Marker Prefix field in Preferences and a 2 cipher number is assigned sequentially with no user control.The requested upgrades would be:1) Allow users to set/reset starting number during a session, regardless of existing markers2) If user sets a new Marker, then immediately renames it in the Marker panel, a pop dialog box could then prompt user if new markers should be named with the same prefix (this prompt could have a “Do not show me again” checkbox so this behavior could be silenced.This will save the user from opening preferences multiple times in a session to adjust track name prefixes to identify particular parts.3) Allow user to rename all prefixes of a group of selected makers with one edit by selecting all the markers to be changed and edit the prefixes as a group, while leaving the number suffixes alone.4) Similar to 3) above, Allow user to rename all numeric suffix

Hello, Audition-Team!Blackmagic Design just rolled out some pretty impressive audio additions to Resolve 16... these SHOULD be in reach for Audition's next release - hopefully. It has been a while since they all shared the same color and it is still a bit inconvenient especially when I am looking at multiple project files of different kinds and I have to take extra time to go through to make sure I am clicking the file I am looking for.

For instance, support is limited to Mackie Control (MC) mode, the encoder knobs are limited to panning, and the buttons to their default functions, some of which don't work. This device is relatively inexpensive and is extremely popular with Lightroom Classic users (using the midi2lr plugin). It is unfortunate that the developers couldn't invest a little bit of time to make this device awesome in Audition and Premiere Pro by creating one or more maps for it to make this and other control surfaces as useful as possible. Though similarly limited in the default MC mode, Presonus' Capture One supports full MIDI mapping. I was able to switch the controller to MIDI mode and by adjusting the settings in the X-Touch editor and mapping them in Capture One, I was able to control 16 tracks of audio.It shouldn't be difficult for Adobe to purchase the few common control surfaces out there and have its dev team create some default

It’s a feature for podcasters mainly. You can use markers, and save them to wav/mp3 files using “save with all metadata” feature in the export settings. However - they are stored in a different format. The podcast chapters that are commonly used by all podcast platforms are in the ID3 tag of an mp3 file. When I want to prepare my podcasts I have to use other software to transform markers into chapters. Like Forecast (only accepts wav files which can be huge, and when they exceed 2Gb app just refuses to work properly), or Auphonic (which is great, but you have to pay for using it when you have a lot of podcasts on your hands... ;)).It would be awesome if Audition had this feature built in.

Would love to see a feature that removes multiple gaps between clips. In other words selected clips are pulled together so the edges meet, or pushes them all to the left. The main point being to remove multiple gaps at once.

We should clips to different tracks in the multitrack editor, select them all, and synchronize them! For example, I have several sources from a live event - i want them all synced before I start to edit. This technology already exists in Premiere - please add it to Audition!

It would be a massive time saver if it were possible to razor tracks during playback without having to stop playback first. It's possible to do this in Premiere Pro, and I'd like to see the same feature in Audition's Multitrack. I'm in a position where I find it faster to rough cut multitrack speech programming in video editing software than audio software!

Sometimes I need a specific explanation of the track, but it doesn't exist in the current system. I would like to be able to add a Comment function to any kind of track like the attached photo.

'Adjust clip gain' appears to be absolute only.e.g. select a number of clips, call up properties | 'clip gain' and type +6dB - actually sets them all to 6dB - should be an option for a relative adjustment.

Currently there is no way to organise your imported files within the Files window. I would love to sort my audio files into Music, SFX, Dialogue, Video etc. After Effects and Premiere both support this and would be a great addition to Audition as well.

Automation data needs to be able to be copy/pasted to other tracks, or saved with the effects rack preset.

Auto-scroll should disable on click if user is trimming clips during playback. To speed up my edit, I trim clips whilst playing back, and it gets very frustrating when I'm fine-tuning the in/out points of a clip and the timeline scrolls/cuts away before I'm done. There should be an additional option in the auto-scroll settings to have auto-scroll activated initially and then disable once the user begins to make live edits, re-enabling on the next stop/start (or when the playhead is repositioned?)Alternatively, a push-to-disable keyboard shortcut for autoscrolling.

Audition, unfortunately, doesn't expose VST/VST3 parameters to the control surface plugin APIs nor to a universal MIDI learn capability. I'd like to recommend to expose this parameter to MIDI so that it would benefit users of every audio control surface (specifically looking at getting Monogram Controllers for Audition). If exposed to the control surface plugin API, it would benefit other similar devices to Monogram that use a native integration with Audition.

Allow Audition to be able to use VST instruments and midi.

Create a shortcut, similar to Premiere, where I can select the audio clip at the playhead. That way I can extract a clip without having to click on it.

I would LOVE to be able to link multi-track sessions to one another like pre-composing in AE. I find my multi track sessions get so busy so quickly as I use a lot of sound layers in my work and not having dynamic links to other multi tracks makes it really hard for me to have an efficient workflow.
