Please add Crossfader in Mixer Mode for creating live crossfaiding between seperate mix tracks
you can edit and export the track name, however, you cannot export the edited clip label. My suggestion is to be able to allow users to export the edited clip label not just the track label.
We need BETTER ENVELOPE OPTIONS, copy and paste, drag and select keyframes (eg. keyframes on top of the automation), invert automation on the X or Y values, select multiple keyframes and edit the parametes for all of them at the same time, after selecting > double-click for drag (selected keyframes) scale (selected keyframes) X and Y dimensions. Please.
A Workspace can be locked in Photoshop to prevent a user from inadvertanntly making changes to the Workspace and then needing to reset it. This feature should be in Audition (and all CC products) as well.
With all the AI song software going around i think a good use for it might be in filling out a song. Like the generative fill feature on photoshop except for audition. So a song writer could lay down their piano and vocal tracks, or guitar or whatever and then have AI analyze the song and add bass, drums, strings, backup vocals. Etc... based on the users needs.
When exporting multitrack sessions in Adobe Audition, I propose having the default output folder being the source folder rather than Audition constantly choosing the last exported-to folder. Every time I have to change the location of where I want to export to. It would make more sense if instead of choosing the last folder I exported to it would choose the folder where the source files are found!
As far as I know, a multitrack session's timeline always starts at 00:00:00:00 - which is fine for most things. But what if I want the timecode to start at something else? There doesn't seem to be a way to do this. Here's an example where this is a problem:I have a music track that's 104bpm. I set the metronome so I know where to edit the music track. Unfortunately the music track starts about 1 second from the start of the multitrack session, so the metronome - even though it's set to 104bpm - is out of sync. If I coud set the track's timecode (and therefore the metronome's beat) to start at, say -00:00:01:00, then everything would be in sync....Or - a simpler option:Add an option in the Mutitrack > Metronome... menu to offset the start of the metronome track, so I can simply delay the start of the metronome track by a time that I determine....Or, even better:have a graphical display in the metronome track of the beats and bars that I can either lock, or unlock and drag left/right
How awesome would it be to be able to select five tracks, select Group (or Nest, or Create Subsequence or whatever), and have those five tracks take up only one track of space in your Multitrack session? Yes, you can currently send all those tracks to a bus for processing as a group, but my sessions with a lot of tracks become a ridiculously long scroll, and that's a time waster for me. You can't even select more than one track at a time in Audition to do ANYTHING. Why? You wouldn't even need those nests/folders/subsequences to be modifiable, I'm talking purely organization in the interface here. This is a super basic quality of life improvement that I would much rather have over whatever AI garbage the marketing department has the developers working on currently. I could have all my buses in a single folder, I could have groups of tracks nested by category, and then nested inside another group. I could really make my Multitrack environment a lot easier to manage, and I would love
Similar to how you can make smaller comps in after effects, and then import it into a larger project without merging the original assets; it would be great to be able to make audio 'comps' in audition. For example, in terminator 2, they used three or four different sound effects (including the roar of a lion) to create a distinct sound of the terminator shotgun. Instead of needing to lay down the four effects each time you want the shotgun sound, you could make a separate multitrack with the four sound effects, and then just nest that distinct 'comp' multitrack into the main multitrack. Then, when you need to make distinctions to that comp (like a shotgun fired outside vs in a hallway) you could apply audio effects to just the comp. You could have build up larger and larger too, so all you dialogue is nested together, music is nested together, etc, etc, so that eventually you have just one track that is the complete audio for your film. You double click on that, it breaks apart to d
From many years we are facing big issue with Files panel is not Organised please add or redesign files tab so that we can use bins or folders in it, big problem of sorting audios files like sound effects , ambience Effects, Diaulouges , all in there seperate folders in File panel
Hello Developers! First of all, you have given us a great tool in Audition 2024. Thank you! I am a voice actor, probably a "second class citizen" in the world of audio editing but a member of the community none-the-less and thousands of us use this product. I touch Audtion between 30-60 times per day on average. I spend 8-12 hours per day recording and editing. 99.9% of what I touch is .mp3. As it stands, when saving my files I have to choose the drop down to change the default (.wav) to .mp3. This may not sound like a big deal, and most days it is simply irritating, but if given the choice to choose my default file extension, it could save me up to an hour of wasted time during a busy day. How you might ask? Well taking the step to change to .mp3 takes a few seconds, is an unneeded step in a perfect world, and is something I sometimes forget to do when in a hurry. If I forget, I have to reopen the file and "save as" and this is usually after I spent time looking for a non
I've been trying to get some help for nearly 2 decades now getting to see what's going on in Audition. I have deteriorating vision and I need to adjust my screen displays. Unfortunately no one who has anthing to do with the actual product seems interested in making it even close to other software around. I can't read the text in the panels, or on the menus. The font's too small, and grey text on dark grey background is just about the worst combination of colours it's possible to use It's very stylish I'm sure but i have cataracts, macular degeneration, one dead eye, i need to spend about 20 hours a week under deadline pressure editing multiple track files (sesx) - songs, voice, stings, tags etc making up my podcasts and syndicated radio shows.. I have made use of the windows features - enlarge the mouse arrow, change the resolution of my 2 screens as far as practical, (but
A wav file is playing back. You load up a batch process with other files (not the one playing back), playback continues with no issues. You hit the Run button. Playback immediately stops and batch process runs. We know that batch process is capable of running in the background while a wav file is playing, because you can hit play on a wav file what is open while a batch process is already running and neither the batch process or the playback have any interruptions or issues. Can the program be fixed so that an ongoing playback is not interrupted at the moment a batch process is started?
Integration with CC Libraries and the ability to use Adobe Capture to record sound on mobile devices and save to a CC Library.
Audition would greatly benefit from the addition of looped recording. You should be able to highlight an area in the multitrack and record mulitple takes in the same area at once. With how advanced the software is, it's fairly ridiculous this isn't already a feature. Please add it!
Hello,I have a question regarding that new “enhance speech” feature in the essential sound panel of Adobe Premiere. Is this feature will be present in Audition essential sound panel? I am confused as to why Audition seems to stay behind regarding the use of AI in audio. Adobe came up with cloud based speech enhancement Adobe Podcast but there is still no new AI features in Audition.Audition is being used massively for podcast editing and so it would be great to have that same feature added to the essential sound panel - at least it would make a lot of sense if Audition is still a audio editing software. Please don’t make us switch to Reaper or other alternatives. Loving Audition.Thank you
I spend a lot of time on a laptop (MacBook Pro w/ Thunderbolt 3 / USB-C ports). Every time I shut and re-open my laptop, every time I unplug my headphones for a sec, etc, Audition refuses to play because the hardware has changed, saying "Audition has detected a problem with the current hardware settings." This happens several times a day.Even if I only unplug my headphones for a sec and then plug them back in, it requires me to go into settings, choose a different output and then switch my setting back to headphone output. This has long been an issue but it was a rarer occurrence when working on an older Mac with a headphone jack.Logic Pro is much smarter about this by the way. It rescans and makes good assumptions about what I want to be listening on -- if I plug in a known usb headphone or interface, it switches the audio over there automatically. To reproduce:1) use USB-c headphones on a Mac, listening successfully to Audition.2) Unplug the headphones3) now try to play -- you get an

When I am recording movies or radio plays with a Sounddevices field recorder I work with „Multiple Wave Files“ which I can name before recording. My first file might be called "S01E01_001" which will include the different tracks like "1 Bob, 2 Marc, 3 Barbara" and so on. When working with a DAW like Audition I have to rename EACH track for every scene to get the file names I need when searching for it later. Instead of "Bob" and "Marc" I have to name every track S01E01_Bob, S01E01_Marc and for scene 2 S01E02_Bob_S01E02_Marc. This is of course not a big problem when recording one or two people but with the more tracks you have it gets very time consuming and annoying. A simple solution for this would be a window where you can add a scene or episode number which will always be in front of the sequence name. So this would just be used when someone needs this otherwise don't use this window.. Even better would be a recording schedule window where you can add each scene you have to record a
Why doesn't this exist yet? IPad Pro has plenty of power to run this. You'd think Adobe would want to get out in front on this.
For editing more easily:It would be so great if you have recorded a soundfile and than you are able to get it out in textform - than just delete parts in the text and it automatically cuts the audio with tiny transitions! That would be such a great feature for audiobook editing - if you have many sentences to cut than its getting anoying!Maybe by this feature you could also find out if there were sentences repeated partly and cuts it automatically? That would be so much time safeing. Thanks for hearing my request!
Subject: Shift or Command Select multiple plug-ins in the Plug-in manager A: Please let us Shift or Command Select multiple plug-ins instead of selecting hundreds *one by one* in order to enable/disable the selected plug-ins after each update of the software company. B: Please apply "Enable All" and Disable All" ONLY to the search results. Thank you very much and a happy new year to all!
Add the Voodoo from Adobe Podcast Voice enhancer as an effect available in Audition - it is annoying to have to pay for that when we've already paid for Audition, just add it as an effect.
