Problem with copying files from one folder to anotherCannot copy item. The item is no longer valid But all the files are visible in the map, I can open them but not copy?

How do I access Mini-Bridge in Adobe CC 2022? Thank You A.

I have not opened bridge (12.0.1.246) in weeks, and i dont remember what's going on.Shouldn't I get a list under "SSD evo work drive 1TB"?  How do I see my contents?Mac OS 12.1    

This morning a bunch of my Bridge keywords disappeared. I started to add a keyword, realized I was adding it in the wrong part of the tree, and hit "escape" to cancel out. When I did that, a whole bunch of keywords simply vanished. The good news is that I have a backup of the XML file on my backup drive. The bad news is that it doesn't seem to be working. I deleted the XML file with the missing keywords and replaced it with the file from my backup drive. (I checked the backup file and it has the keywords that vanished this morning.) I restarted my computer and opened Bridge, but it doesn't seem to be reading the new XML file. They keywords that disappeared this morning are still missing.I know that one of my option is this: Prepression: Bridge – Restoring a Lost Keyword XML File   But why should I have to go that route to basically re-create my keyword tree when I already have a file with all the data? How do I get Bridge to read the replacement XML file from my backup drive?

I use a Mac. Camera brand is Nikon (2-D500's and a D5500).Bridge photo downloader has been importing DCIM, D500 and 101ND500 files since upgrade. Same from the D5500. I can uncheck them to prevent importing to Bridge however if I forget I end up with multiple copies of each image and HUGE folder. Dean

I have a problem with Adobe Bridge. If I edited an image with Adobe Camera RAW (out of the Bridge) and then want to export it, I get an error message:The operation could not be completed successfully.^0I can't even get to the area where I enter the presets for the image. The error message comes up immediately after I click "Custom Export".The computer has a new Windows installation. I've already run Adobe Cleaning Tool as admin, removed all products and reinstalled. Before the computer was reinstalled, this error did not appear. No changes were made to the hardware. The Photoshop tools accessible from the Bridge Tool menu like batch editor or image processor do not work anymore since the latest PS update (23.2.2).I can use the batch editor or image processor directly in photoshop, but the connection between Bridge and Photoshop for these tools seems to be broken.

I'm missing a way to look at .mov and .mp4 files in Bridge. I thought Bridge supported these video formats?Have I misunderstood the functionality of Bridge, is it only for photos?  

Hi friends,I create daily contact sheets from several photo shoots that I'd like to automate. I curently have to drag each shoot folder (full of SKUs) onto bridge to create a contact sheet however I'd like to automate a workflow that allows me to drag all SHOOT FOLDERS on to Bridge and it creates a contact sheet based on the shoot folder name. I've attached an example of what my structure looks like.Surely this is this a possibility in 2022?  I'm also on a Mac.Thanks in advance

I am a new user of Adobe Bridge and Photoshop.   After setting up my Bridge workspace and saving saving it, when I minimize the Bridge window, it changes the layout I have saved.  That is, my panel selections and page layout all disappear.  So very time I reopen Bridge I have to setup which panels are shown and how they are laid out on the page.  How can I fix this?   You need to ask program questions in the forum for the program you are usingTo ask in the forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/Moving from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the correct forum... Bridge will not pull video files from an SD card and put them into dated folders using Photo Downloader. This has been a problem across several versions of the application. Current system is Mac OS 11.4 and Bridge Version is 11.1.0.175. Files that it stalls on are MP4 video files. The downloader will transfer image files all day until it runs into a video file. At which point it delivers the error message "adobe bridge cannot obtain all files from this device."  No the video files are not corrupted. Yes, they transfer from the card reader fine with the finder. Yes, the privacy settings for Bridge are set to allow full disk, folder and file access. No I am not expereiencing this with only one SD card. Adobe, how about fixing your software? It's a file browsing and management software that is supposed to work with video files...

Hello, my render engine always outputs in a very convoluted, non-adaptable file structure. So, after a night of rendering, I usually windows-search for *.exr and copy from the results. But I'd like to preview and rename first in Bridge, so I can keep the folder structure (various render passes) and don't have duplicate data.How can I find *exr with Bridge? Except searching for 32 Bit colour depth. Thanks!

Hi There, I use Lightroom for art and Bridge for jobs. 'Open as smart object' from Lightroom remembers RAW adjustments when you apply the RAW filter in PS but 'Open as object' from Bridge does not. How can I keep RAW adjustments in PS when opening smart objects from Bridge? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers, Ben

Hi, while Im editing in Bridge with Camera Raw, my drive gets filled until it gets to 4 MB free and it doesn't let me edit anymore, IDK what is filling up my C drive, I have all my cache/database/temp files on other bigger drive but I have to close Bridge to free a lot of space that is being used. Any solution?

Edit-Find shows only Filename. No other criteria (date created, label, rating, camera settings, etc.)  Any help on how to show all possible criteria?Thanks, gardiam@gmail.com

I have been on an old iMac, using Bridge CC 2017, but recently got a new iMac and am now using Bridge 2022. I´ve added keywords to files in Bridge 2017, but when I open the same files in the new version, the keywords can only be seen as metadata. Is there a way to restore my keywords in the new version?

I have all my images in adobe creative cloud. I have added keywords in Bridge to all of my photos on my desktop. How can I sync those keywords to my laptop?

I just installed Bridge, and when I try to open an image to Photoshop, it says that is not able because it is not the "right kind" of document. What is that all about? I tried to open both a .jpg and a .raw, and neither one worked.

Hi There Recently my Bridge stopped showing tags under images in the middle, contents section. The tag is showing howver under the image on the right hand side, in previw. Has anyone came across this as well? I'd appreciate your help! Thanks Nika
