Bridge

I am not able to find internet connections while in the field.  Is there a work-around in using Bridge CC without having a need for internet connection?

I get a warning that the product suitable for camera raw editing needs to be licensed, but this is wrong because all my camera raw adobe products are licensed products that I buy for a fee, I want you to solve this problem urgently, thank you   {Moderator Note: Edited the thread title}

I was working with a local printer, at a new job, and did something in Bridge to enable color sync-ing, but now, every single time I open ANY file (Illustrator or Photoshop) I have to click through several error / warning windows. I want to turn it off, but the Bridge help menu only shows me where my sync settings are, but not how to disable Please help! This extra clicking is driving me crazy.

Hallo, in Bridge 20 scheint die Farbdarstellung der Miniaturen nicht mehr dem Farbmanagement zu folgen. Mit Bridge 20 erstellte Miniaturen sehen "falsch" oder zumindest wie "ohne Farbmangement" aus, obwohl ich meine Farbeinstellungen wie gewohnt für alle CC-Programme synchronisiert habe. Im Moment bin ich wieder auf Bridge 19 zurück, was problemlos geht. Fehler bekannt? Wie umgehen? Danke für Hinweise. Reinhard.   {Thread renamed by moderator}  

Editing in Photoshop no longer works in Lightroom after the last update. Also the other menu options such as opening in layers no longer work in Windows 11.

I will perform edits to images in Photoshp and view them in Bridge to compare changes to the original image or another image also edited.  The new version isn't show the images.  I checked the thumbnail process for files in preferences and it is within the size I have listed.  After reading about so many people having other issues with the new version, I switcthed back to the previous version and the PSD images show up fine.  I will keep using old version for now unless somehow has a fix.  

I cannot get my cr3 files off my memory card from my EOS R!!!  I have updated photoshop, ACR and Bridge. I am at a loss as I have no idea what to do.  I can see the files when I access the card directly in Bridge, but its not processing the thumbnails, they are pixelated and I cannot highlight and move them all without Bridge freezing.  

I have windows 11. After recent updates. Working with bridge. When trying to move files from a folder, in an external hard drive, to my desktop, I get this message.Item could not be copied, because destination could not be found

That's the only explanation i can arrive at after unsuccessfully trying to use Bridge for the past few days.Seriously, it's rife with bugs, simple shortcuts that were present have mysteriously evaporated, even basic functionality has vanished.Hey, Adobe ... did you guys add too much tequila to the water last month?The ultimate FU; zero resppnse from support. I downloaded Adobe Bridge on a Windows laptop and started organizing photos from a folder. While organizing the photos by selecting the groups of photos on the bottom left-hand panel that shows you the "File Type", "Keywords", "Date Created" and so forth, I start by selecting photos under the "Date Time Original" dropdown and I like to select all in a specific year. My troubles begin when I select a specific photo(s) and start adding keywords and the program decides to take those photos away from the main screen and then I find them under "Keywords", but no longer under the date they were under. I NEVER asked the program to move the photos anywhere, I was simply adding keywords. Why would the program remove these photos from the main screen and place them under "Keywords"?

The Bridge 13 adds some welcome features. Far better subwindow docking, (finally more than one Panel at the bottom), an improved address bar with dropdown and the Hamburger context menu indicators sure will come in handy when working with the tablet. A more visible cursor will help many users and a focus indicator for subwindows is an interesting idea, generally.Apart from this Bridge 13 – at least on Windows got a lot uglier than 12.x. Its design follows no established Adobe convention and comes with way more strong contrast dividers and borders than necessary. Updated Bridge to 2023 version. I can't use it at all. All apps are going well except Bridge. No connection problems. See the capture attached. Please help!

The example on the screenshot, it's a smooth fire effect but it's showing this huge pixelated strokes as static and when I try to preview the file.   using Adobe Bridge 12.0.2 

Like another poster, the page-up and page-down keys are not working since the update. Maddening. Many other buggy issues on my windows PC:-The Ctrl-C keyboard shortcut for "copy" doesn't work in metadata. Have to use a right-click.-Ctrl-Shift-Home/End not selecting all photos from the selected photo to the first or last image in a set.-When tabbing through metadata fields, the window doesn't scroll to follow the cursor to the active field and make it visible.-The last caption entered in the metadata description appears when another image is selected, even if that's not what its caption is.I'm sure I've run into more the past two days. Let's get them fixed, Adobe.

I just installed the latest version of Bridge (v13.0.0.562) onto my Apple 24" M1. Now when I close the work window (red button, upper left) the application quits. Is this a new feature for Bridge 2023?

Tabbed palettes no longer return any property values (everything is undefined) and remove() throws an error. Reflect shows expected properties and methods although setLocation() is still there and there is an undocumented fixupControls() method (?)   app.document.palettes.length returns a value of 20.   We REALLY need accurate, updated documentation.

How do I change the order of collections listed in the Collections tab? The only thing I can come up with is to change the name of the collection. But even that can't put a collection above a Smart Collection.

I edited an image in Lightroom classic, then I used a workflowto save as jpeg, resize and rename, but the image is saved without the changes I've done in lightroom.If I use the export module, no problems. What am I missing?Photo saved with the workflowPhoto saved with the export module

Please repair this terrifying left justify in Bridge by setting it back to centered.I can't cope. In my 2+ decades of photo editing it's always been centered.(or provide a feature for users to adjust our filename/image title justification preferences as we see fit.)Thanks!

HiIs there any way i can have two bridges open or two windows, i realised i messed up exportin from LRc and have already added all the meta data, so i need to export again and manually copy the meta data to the new images,  thanks

This has been a problem for YEARS now and it's still not resolved. My standard file format is Date.Job.Camera.Number, ie 2022.01.R5.0001.CR3. I've had to do this renaming using Better Finder Renamer for years now because trying to Batch Rename with a Period in the filename breaks everything. Not only does Bridge get stuck (you can at least hit Cancel now) but the filenames are A) left in a state that's not even close to correct. Stuff like AdobeBridgeBatchRenameTemp10 prepended to the new name and the final filenames never resolving, but also B) it ends up stripping the original file of its extension (CR3 in this case, but it does it to everything) and also duplicates and .xmp files and renaming one of them with ".xmp" and the other "_xmp", but still with the AdobeBrdigeBatchRename gibbersih at the start of the name. I just did a test with a few files. It got through ONE file with the right name, but still deleted the extension, and still had duplicated xmp files.  

I accidentially checked "Don't Show Again" when the "Are you sure you want to delete?" dialog/notification box popped up. How do I undo that so i see the box again?Thanks

It was once possible to delete all the Exif data when creating a new metadata template, in order to not include type of camera, lens, etc when putting images on the internet. I want to do this in batches. The current version no longer allows this. Is there another way to do this? Thanks!

Hey,  is it possible to create a panorama out of Adobe Bridge and save it as a dng file? I know I can do this by opening it in adobe raw! But I cant find the comand to open it directly from Adobe Bridge. I am sure that I am not the first person to think of this. Because its making me crazy. I can create workflows but I cant find a workflow for creating panoramas. NOT > preparing images for panoramas that takes forever and then its just a stack of images. I want a simple comand: Generate PanoramaShow me the resultGive me some alternativesAnd save at location A,B or C After this open in PS with the preset "panoramas_spain"And I would like to apply these workflows to many images.  Alternatively :  Anybody has an idea of what app I can use to generate many panoramas. It´s driving me nuts that I need to repeate the same tasks over and over again. I feel like groundhog day ....  Anybody?
