Hi there,I noticed that since Bridge CC 2019 the thumbnails appear way sharper than in previous versions – I hope it's visible in attached screenshot. I'm on macOS 10.14.6 and tried it on two different macs. One of which is basically a new system and has a more or less fresh install.In this case the difference is not so apparent but I have a lot of images where it just looks terrible (product shots of packaging).I already tried setting different quality settings, prefere embedded, disabling the transparency grid.Edit: also tried resetting the cache via context menu, settings menu and by deleting the cache files directly.Does anybody know if this normal now or how I can restore the old behaviour? Did I miss a setting somewhere?Thanks!Jens

It doesn't matter what picture style I use. The images look different in LCD preview, but once they are uploaded to Adobe Bridge and they turn out exactly the same. It seems like Bridge are using some defaults and adding them to every images. How can I prevent this from happening?I have unchecked "Apply auto tone and color adjustments", but it didn't help.

I am using Bridge 11.1.0.175 on Windows 10. After closing, or even just minimizing Bridge, when reopening I must manually reset the workspace every time. It will not open with "My Default" workspace, but when I reset, it comes back just as it should be. I have always used the name "My Default" and it is only since the last two updates that this has been a problem.

I have bought a new Lexar sdxcII 128GB to using with my Nikon D780. The sd card shows on my iMac, but, BR will not read all the photos, sometime, BR will not recognize the sd card that is pluged in.I don't use a card reader, as I have no problem with my iMac reading the sd card directly before.Is this the BR problem or the sdxcII card problem?I put the card back to the camera, and it showed all the photos without problem...Can someone help me here please?  Thank you in advance.

I have used many versions of PSE over the years but now I only use it as a DAM. Backing up my 15,000 images takes more than 24 hours and I really don't think I can tolerate that for much longer. I have installed Bridge and Creative Cloud seems to have come along with it. My problem is that I cannot find how to load my PSE catalog into Bridge. I can import my photos from their folders but not the catalog with all its formatting. I set out to try and refine my workflow by using Adobe Bridge instead of Canon DPP for the initial culling of photos, and I am astounded at the bugs I have found in just a few hours. Adobe should be ashamed to release software of this quality, and I know software, having over 40 years experience.  - Preview quality is horrible- Review tool is cute, but unusable.  It really looks like it was designed by a bunch of kids.  Let me choose the size of the image I want to review. I don't need a cute halfmoon of my photos taking up most of the screen real estate. It also would not let me quit the tool and I had to reboot my PC. The review tool is useless in my opinion.- Almost every time I start Bridge I have to reset my workspace. Usually it contains nothing but a content window, ignoring all of the modifictions that I made previously.- Even if everything worked, the UI is clunky and does not adhere to Windows convention.  I have my taskbar configured for auto-hide, but wh

After using Bridge for a long time recently I went through the keywords.I came to the conclusion after going through I would like to start with the original keywords Bridge comes with after a new install.Is there a way to get the original keywords from Bridge? Why do I wanna do this??Well through the years I added/deleted keywords and I'm not sure if the keywords are still effective in my list. So I want to start with a clean list again, but I don't know the original keywords from Bridge.Thanks in advance!!

The main idea is to copy the path of a Bridge CC 2021 directory to the clipboard. Then pass the clipboard URL to an AppleScript to create new folders inside the Bridge directory. I have tried using the Bridge CC 2021 Utility Script Pack 3.0 -> Copy Path script but the Apple Script does not recognize a valid clipboard URL when using the Copy Path script. On the other hand, the Apple Script does work when the clipboard URL begins with the OSX copy function Cmd + C.       Is it possible to programmatically select the Bridge breadcrumb bar and copy it to the Mac OSX clipboard?Are there other options to get a Bridge file URL into the clipboard perhaps? 

July 10, 2021Ps 22.4 will not render a video (to software defaults) if Bridge is open in certain ways for instance: if you just open a file from Bridge into Ps and try to render, it just spins. If you open the same file from the "recent files" list, it will render. The results vary for sequences of opening/closing Bridge for the file in question or other files. (P.S. I discovered this to be true generally & has been known for a while but may not be a bug report, via another post telling a member to close Bridge.)

When I look through my photos in Bridge I chose the best photo to edit.I edited this photo using Camera Raw.But somehow this photo is locked in Bridge.I can't assess the locked photo any more.Anybody know how to unlock this photo in Bridge?I like to save this photo and edit moreI used the Bridge progrem for many years but I didn't know It could lock some photos. 

Latest version of Bridge CC doesn't show RAW (Nikon .NEF) thumbnails - only the NEF icon can be seen. No problem with previous version of Bridge, it happened just after the update!

Since upgrading to new iMac running macOS Big Sur (11.4), a PROBLEM has arisen that Photo Downloader always reverts to the default STANDARD setting.(There have been problems maintaining my Advanced Settings in earlier versions, but now i always always switch from STANDARD TO ADVANCED and then reset all my settings from where to save, naming and copyright.)OTHER PERTINENT OBSERVATIONS: This occurs whether it automatically opens when my iPhone connects or I choose "Get Photos from Camera" from the drop down menu in Bridge. Photo Downloader is set automatically open when my iPhone connects. (Note: all my creative cloud applications are up to date.)  The above compounded with Photo Downloader often aborts the download is very frustrating. (If anyone has thoughts why it quits midway, I'd welcome advice how to fixe that as well.)There seem some answers for Windows users, however, can someone provide what to do on the mac. Any help is much appreciated.Thanks.Shelley &

Hello all,I know there are work arounds, IE open windows explorer, find the folder you want, and RH clickto open in bridge... but you may as well just find the folder in Bridge!Please add this basic feature. IMO the "Search Adobe Stock" should be PATH by default, and STOCK if you opt or chose that from a dropdown in that search  box/field.TxMark.

Situation: a curator (art) has provided comments or ratings to a collection of images I posted on DropBox.She sent them (and assumedly made them with bridge(?) however following all the links about this file, I cannot figure out how to access this information. Please advise.Also please note that I use Bridge extensively and cannot risk her bridgesort to override my label and rating system.  I'd really appreciate if someone can help me resolve this quickly.Thanks,SH(Digression: this is so curious that someone would do their commenting and send it using bridgesort when the Dropbox comment feature works quite well.)

Unfortunately I only have a Windows 8.1 machine and can't upgrade at the moment, and I have an old version of Bridge but I'm having an issue with it opening layers in Photoshop CS6 and not CC 2018.  Customer support was only able to give me a download for Bridge CC 2018 but it doesn't work on Windows 8. Does anyone know if I can still download CC 2017 somewhere? Or any tips for getting CC 2018 to work on Win8?  I appreciate any help! Thank you.

Dear all hi, I have a problem with adobe tools. I 've perfectly installed and updated the Adobe Cloud and the tools accordingly. But right now when I click on for ex. (Bridge), it seems like it is opening but suddenly appears and closes. Does anyone experienced this situation. Can you help me?  Thank you in advance  

Ever since the Bridge CC 2019 update, Bridge has become chronically, and weirdly unstable. The app will crash in the background, or during Mac Sleep. I will have this crash several times a day. Will come back from a break or errand, and coming out of sleep will find the crash notice. And has ANYBODY EVER gotten a solution from "Adobe is searching for a workaround to this problem." ?I am running CC on a Mac Pro 5,1 Mid-2010, Mac OS X 10.12.6 Yes, I know. Ancient astronaut here.

I have the latest version of both, Bridge 11.1, and Ill 2021.When I click on Illustrator files in Bridge, nothing happens. When I right-click, it shows the default app as AISniffer version 25.3.1- what is that???When I looked at the file type associations, .ai is not listed, so I can't associate it. Tried re-installing Bridge, same situation. Any ideas??

Adobe Bridge 9.1.0.338Mac OS 10.14.5 (iMac Pro)In previous versions of Bridge, I could preview any file type in the Preview Panel... and these would fill the screen space available on screen within the preview panel. This gave me large previews, which looked great!Now (with the latest version of Bridge, which I'm running on an iMac Pro), all Bridge shows me are smaller / fixed size preview thumbnails (where I cannot see any level of detail).Does anyone know how to make the preview panel show my content at a larger scale?Or is there a way to change this (scale the preview panel output)?Thanks!

So I am going through my day folders from an extensive trip and replacing the camera numbers with mine, according to my system.  they are sequential so I have 2 lines in the renaming box.  The last number in my database was 3028092, so the sequence should start with 3028093.  The first is text, 30,  and the second is sequential number 28093. When one day folder has the renaming applied to the contents, going to the next folder, the number starts at the number of the last one.  It went OK for a couple of folders then stuck and after a while, I had to close Bridge and reopen.  The last folder was numbered correctly and I proceeded till it stuck again on another folder, and after waiting some time, again closed and reopened.So it was working OK for more folders.  I select all the items in a folder, sorted by the original camera name and apply the rename and the order should be the same, but with new numbers.But then a new problem developed where I w

Dear all,I am attempting to rename several primary keywords in Bridge such that the renamed keyword is applied to existing tagged images. My keywords are heirarchical therefore I have a primary 'title' keyword such as species with individual species names subset under.To do this I select all images in the relevant folder, and then right click on the keyword which needs renaming on the 'Rename' option, type the correction, and then press return. Adobe Bridge creates a new renamed keyword, however the tags associated with secondary keywords in the heirarchy are not carried over to the renamed primary keyword. There are many hours of work associated with tagging these images, therefore I really can't go back through all of them to re-tag them under the revised name.Any suggestions? Hello, since a week Adobe bridge does not recognize the file-types on my Synology 218+ NAS any more. "Sometimes it sees them as "binary doc" with file-size 0, sometimes it just does not see them at all.When it sees folders and/or files, it shows them as "locked".I removed the index on the NAS and re-indexed the folders. Nothing helped. Sometimes the reaction of Bridge changes (it sees more or less files or sub-maps), it is not predictable wht you see. All other applications (like Photoshop) have no problems with the NAS.Advie from Synology was upgarding to latest software and stop and restart indexing, which I all did. I re-installed Bridge.Nothing helped. Any idea? regards Hennie Koenen

Hello,I started fresh on a new PC with Win10 and a 4k 27" monitor before purchaing and installing Adobe Ps, Lr and then Bridge. I'm tring to move from FastStone Image Viewer to Bridge as FastStone is bogging down on my catalog size and slowing down. Thoght I would get Bridge a try.One big problem is window font sizes. As you can see it is way too small or big. The small I can't read and the big defeates having the larger monitor real estate to work with.I have adjusted Pr and Lr to scale correctly as per solutions provided in this community, but have not for Bridge.I have tried changeing to threads in this community:Changing the DPI bridge.exe peferences.Changing Bridge perferences for text scaling and user interface scaling; Auto, 100% & 200%.All to no avail.As you can see from photos I have fixed he scaling problem out with both Ps and Lr to get workable results.There is just no way I have found to get a size that is inbetween the two too small or to big.Why can Ps and Lr to get

I am running PSE 2018 and downloaded Bridge 2018. I turned off my computer and then started it back up. When I opened PSE back up and went to file, there was no "open bridge" tab to open bridge with. I have searched in bridge to see if there is something I missed and have read different online instructions on how to make it work but can not seem to find any. Any ideas, or does anyone have a customer service help number to Adobe to help me get this solved? Thanks
