Feature Request: Add Watermarking Natively to BridgeI’d love to see watermarking added as a native option in Adobe Bridge’s Export panel, similar to what Lightroom offers. This would be an excellent function to add to Custom Workflows. When I saw Workflow builder get added to Bridge I assumed the ability to add watermarks was added or coming. Why this matters:Lightroom’s watermark feature is excellent for quick branding during export. Bringing that functionality to Bridge and possibly Camera Raw's export panel would make batch workflows far more efficient. Many of us use Bridge + ACR for culling, edits and batch processing, and having watermarking built in would eliminate the need for Photoshop actions or external scripts.Suggested Enhancements:Support both text and image watermarks (PNG with transparency).Position presets (corners, center), opacity, and scale relative to image size.Ability to save watermark presets and include them in export presets.Be able to preview the wat
Adobe Bridge should include a File menu option to close Content Tabs, with support for assigning a keyboard shortcut. Currently, closing tabs requires mouse interaction, which is inefficient when working with many assets. Since the File menu already includes options to open tabs, it would be logical and consistent to also include an option to close the active tab, allowing users to assign a shortcut and streamline their workflow. Additionally, there is an inconsistency in terminology: in the File menu they are called Content Tabs, while in the tab hamburger menu they are referred to as Panels. Unifying this terminology would improve clarity. If you agree, please add a comment that says "agreed".
When there are multiple layers in a Photoshop file before exporting the image, It's a pain to have to open Photoshop just to find a specific layer. Furthermore, repeatedly showing and hiding layers is a pain. Just like you can view images in Bridge, you can also view layers in Photoshop as thumbnails. "Double-click a specific thumbnail" → "Expand in Photoshop" → "Edit specific original layer" I would be happy if I could do that.
I miss being able to either scrollwheel or zoom in and out be clicking and tragging the mouse in adobe Bridge. I feel like this is a very important feature when looking through photos. When you need to see smalldetails, but also want to see it in a little bit bigger picture. I feel like the zoom we have now is way too close, and it feels very restrictive. I dont know if there is a feature I dont know about, but I feel like this should be a thing already. Just use the same zoom as photoshop or lightroom, I dont know?.Thanks
My colleagues and I have been requesting for many years that the Bridge output preview should also allow the import of multi-page PDFs. Optionally, with the ability to switch from "all" to specific pages.
Please consider adding more colour options for colour labels. They are easy to use and significantly speed up workflow, allowing for quick differentiation between hundreds of files by colour. While there are ratings and keywords available, they do not provide the same visual impact. Colour is registered in the brain much quicker and makes it easier to distinguish between file types. The only improvement we need is more options, please!
I use a lot of keywords to tag photos. When the lists are longer than my display, I have to scroll to find the keyword. It would be helpful if the keyword window could display multiple columns. This would limit or eliminate scrolling and speed up the tagging process. Thanks for consideration
Cmd-Shift-K / Ctrl-Shift-K Color Settings dialogue box opens scrolled to the bottom of the long list upon opening but custom settings (the ones you'd expect to a user to want, surely?) are shunted to the top of the list. Can it either not auto scroll to the bottom of the list, or if it has to, can the custom settings be appended rather than prepended? Have to do this hundreds of times a year, I know it's a small thing but it's a lot time over the couple of decades I've been doing it! Thanks
Warning: Thisi s a rant. If you do not like rant, please skip this thread. Thank you I really cannot believe. - I have Photoshop CS6 installed on my computer. - I have Photoshop and Bridge CC also installed. - Cs6 is not my default Photoshop version to use. It's just for certain times I may need it. (for example, being offline or not having internet connection.- Photoshop CC is my daily Adobe app.- Brdige CC has set my default app to Photoshop CS6 instead of CC. Really in 2026? - Even worse, Bridge CC (the latest version) is nto aware I have Photoshop CC installed in my computer. Really in 2026? - So if I want to go and change the default to CS6 to CC, I have to browse/navigate to the folder where Photoshop exe file is located because as I said Brdige CC does not see Photoshop CC simply because I have CS6 version on my computer. - I have to do this for every single file type in the list, because Bridge CC does not have a batch processing fea
Before the new remove "Reflections, People, and Dust" became part of the "Remove" tool, I was able to create a preset based simply on the "Remove" tool alone to remove things like camera sensor dust. Now I don't have that option and the remove "Dust" doesn't find all of the sensor dust. Any ideas until I can get my sensor cleaned? Any chance of making only the "Remove" tool a preset option again?
How do I talk to someone about a suggestion/idea? I am not well-versed in software terminology. Talking to someone will help me out.
Now and then I want to rename several thousend files. But I have to wait until the previews are generated and this process takes up to 1 hour. I would prefer the priority for creating previews being lower or the possibility for interruping the creation process.
Currently if an HD I use is offline and I click on a folder on that HD in Bridge I get a message that the folder can't be found and Bridge removes it from the list. That means I have to readd when I plug in the HD.That's wasteful.Change the message to "Can't find that. Should I remove it from the list Yes No"
Like the subject implies: ATM there is no way to search through files being shown in a collection. It seems obvious as collections can grow quite large that there should be an option to search. EDIT: My best workaround is to simply try to type the name Im searching, but if there's more than one hit wtih those letters no way to move to next. TY. MC
So, OS26 really improved the ability to customize the appearance of folders. Specifically, the ability to change the color of a folder is a tremendious addition and provides a great way to help organize your data in a visual manner. Like if I have a list of 100 folders, and i gave one of them my red "Important" tag, then I can scroll through that list really fast to find that one folder. I use this all the time, and it's critidcal to my work flow, now. In fact, I used to have a cheap app to accomplish the same thing, but having it baked into the OS is just way more convenient. The thing is, that Bridge used to relect the customizations that cheap app would make to my folders. So, if I made my folders yellow in the Finder, they'd show up as yellow in Bridge. But, the new OS level. customizations don't make the trip over, and it makes me sad. It also really throws a wrench into my workflow. So, let's roll up our sleeves, put on our thinking cap
Hello, I am very surprised that the part "Publish> Adobe Stock Contributor" not support to upload VDO file
It woiuld be great if the list of things one could filter on in Bidge included Type, in addition to star ratings. I often want to display and work with only, e.g. PSD files. Sure I can sort on Type, but when I am scanning through in full screen mode, it's easy to circle through into another Type. Even better would being able to filter on more than one criteria, such as "show all PSD files rated 2 stars and above"
Hi,Bridge by default either shows you the full image (completely zoomed out), or gives you 100% magnification (going up to 800%). This is too big for my purposes. I need to zoom in at about 50%. But I don't know how. My question is if anyone knows how to zoom between 0 and 100% in any preview mode in bridge.Even if I have to mod or add an add-on to Bridge. Or petition Adobe to change it. I really need this for Bridge. Thanks
Hello Adobe Team, I would like to suggest an enhancement for the Filter panel in Adobe Bridge. Currently, when navigating folders or viewing search results, all filter selections reset, even if some items exist in the new location. It would be useful if Bridge could remember the on/off state of items that are present in the new folder or search results, while ignoring items that do not exist. Ideally, this behavior could be controlled with a preference checkbox at the bottom of the Filter panel, allowing users to enable or disable it as needed. Benefits:Reduces repetitive toggling when moving between folders or search results.Keeps user selections consistent for smoother workflow.Gives users control to opt in or out of this behavior. Thank you for considering this improvement.
Where is the autotag function in the current version of Bridge?
Bridge should work the same as the other Adobe apps when resetting the workspace. Right now if you have multiple folder windows open Bridge closes them all except the active window when resetting the workspace. This is a real pain if there are multiple windows open, which must be reopened when all the reset should do is put the palettes back where they belong.
Allow users to designate the location where collections are stored. This could have multiple uses. A user who stores photos on a portable hard drive could store the collections on that drive. Bridge on any computer could make the collections automatically available by locating the collections directory on that drive. An alternative would be to designate a cloud location for the collections. This could work for all Bridge preferences. I emphasize collections because they are an extremely important tool for organizing photos.
