when trying to create new design, I can't click through from business templates as the drop down menu doest expand

the feature "Animate from audio is not working" it is showing "internal error"

the keyboard and voice function is typing somewhere else and producing access to my personal information

I cannot sign on and my account is associated with Fred Haney. I do not know how to disconnect and reconnect to my own accounts.

We wanted to trial but everything we click on doesnt appear to work. Not a good start. Please can you look into and get back to us. Also, what are the ongoing monthly costs? Thank you Lucy

It used to be I could open Adobe Express (whatever that is) and easily find a widget to make a QR code. Now I have to search for it, through tons of AI gobbledygook. When I find it I can't past into the field. I can type, but I can't paste. But on the plus side I've spent 10 minutes trying to do something that used to take 1 - so I'm sure you monetized my eyeballs way more than if you served up what I wanted. Good job.

I've successfully added most of my social accounts via the scheduler, except for Instagram. Unlike the other accounts that give me an option of which profile I want to connect, it is automatically connecting to a profile that I do not want to connect, and it is not giving me the option to select a different profile like the others have.

Cannot upload or add images

I've had a consistent error with Adobe Express web pages. Even if I am able to view the page, clients that I send it to get an error message. This has been going on as long as Spark changed to Express. Can someone please help???

Where did "Themes" go in a controlled template? I want to restrict a controlled template to the color themes/palettes in my brand, but when I set that style restriction to the template, the option to change the entire color theme in the template is gone. I have set up multiple palette combinations to make it simpler for users to be able to change the colors according to the brand. Changing the theme allowed for that. But now if I restrict the colors to the brand there is no option to change the overall color palette. Only background color and unlocked graphic elements. If I don't restrict the colors to the brand, the user gets ALL the options. Even the ability to use a different brand, or options that are not part of the brand. Please bring back the ability to change the Theme colors to a controlled template.

I've noticed that when scheduling some posts (so far for Facebook), the at mentions and/or hashtags setup in our scheduled posts do not stick when published. We have then needed to go back and edit out live posts in order for them to be properly linked.

I had images on some of these images but when I attempted to print them the first time, they disappeared and was not able to print them unless i upgraded. Now I am trying to see them again and I know they are there but I cannot see them. I have tried to upgrade my plan but your payment interphase did not allow me to switch payment method. I have submitted another bug report on that but this is for the images on my projects that I can no longer see

After adding a brand to a project it’s now no longer available under my brands and neither is anything else I’ve moved under projects

Created a resume, however cannot download the file as it is showing error asset failed to upload

WHERE ARE ALL MY FILES GOING? I create and re-use files in express over and over. Recently, you keep hiding my files and separating them into different folders. Now some won't even appear at all and now that it is summer i need my SUMMER templates that I created last year and the summers before. But now I can't find ANY THING, the files are random, sporadic and largely missing.

This file is locked. I have not locked it because I am not finished with it! Why is it locked? Can I unlock it?? whether this is a bug or not, it still offends me that no explanation is given.

I created a video in Adobe Express a few weeks ago. I now need to edit it, I can't find it under Files or Project. It's like it never existed. I found a link that helped me locate it: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents However, when I click open it shows up with a popup saying "Sorry, something went wrong! We couldn't find your file. Please try again." I need to edit this file, can someone help me please.

Audio to cartoon keeps throwing an error "We were unable to contact our service". This started on Wednesday 6-26-24 and has persisted. It is happening in Google Chrome as well as Safari, on a MacBook Pro.
