Hi! I have a problem with uploading files from my devices. It worked 4 days ago, but not now. Please, could you help with that? Version of the app - the last , premium. webPlatform and OS version - Windows, EdgeBasic steps to reproduce the problem - I choose video -> YouTube shorts -> Your stuff -> Upload from device -> select a video file from my device (I tried different files from different devices)-> open -> and a green window appeared that the file has been uploaded, but it is not in the folderExpected result and actual result - I want to upload a video on Adobe Express, but there is a bug that prevents this.

hello, I could really do with some help with this file that I sent hours editing and will not download. I've tried everything from clearing my cache to using different search engines, refresshing the page AND shutting down the computer, I do think it's a problem on your end which is really disappointing as I am paying for this service, and I cannot cancel without a fee so just makes it more frustrating. Eerst lukte het nog om mijn projecten te downloaden (1:1 en story). Nu krijg ik telkens een foutmelding dat het is mislukt. Ook mijn collega kan het niet downloaden.

This isn't about the Beta migration. That happened forever ago, but now for some reason all of my files are GONE. I can randomly search for some, but many were just "my project". I can't find ones from last week or two years ago. It shows some from yesterday and then some from the first week I opened the new Beta version and some from when I first set up this current subscription. The rest are simply not there in any folder under any of the sorting options. I cannot use this program if the files are unreliable, hard to find. PUT THEM BACK ALL IN ONE FOLDER they way we want them. Thanks. Including screenshot showing date jumps. If we are unable to find files from previous seasons or even last week this program is worthless and useless anyone other than college kids wanting nice insta posts. This is not reliable enough for fast-paced professional industries with files disappearing with each code update.

Hey! Ich habe gelesen, dass schon einige damit ein Problem hatten, dass sich Schriften nicht ausgeprägt haben. Bei mir handelt es sich um eine Kundenschriftart, die ich hinzugefügt habe, die ich auf meinem Handy problemlos sehe und bearbeiten kann, in der Desktopversion allerdings nicht, obwohl ich den Font hinzugefügt habe. Wie kann man dieses Proble lösen? Ich will dem Kunden ja nicht mein Handy zur Abnahme zeigen. Besten Gruß Marieke Zwilling
We have published a web page in Adobe Express, but for some reason, the images are blurry upon publishing. The images appear clear/crisp in the Workspace but are blurry in the Preview screen, and when published(going to the url link for the web page). Is anyone else having this issue? Do you have a solution for this? Is it an internet connectivity issue, or something on the Adobe Express end?
