When trying to use the Transitions features, I'm unable to remove the existing one or add new ones. The UI seems to do what I ask, but on reload all the transitions are back where they were before. Critical blocking issue. I can't complete the video if this doesn't work.

Hi, not sure if anyone who can fix will see this, but just wanted to report that there is a typo in the above course in the Introduction video ('course overview').At 1 minute 56, the graphic appears with the title 'Short-from storytelling'. I believe this should be 'Short-form storytelling'.Thanks for reading!

Hi. I'm a teacher and am trying to use adobe express to make videos with my students. I love the platform... but: Sometimes for some of us when we go to load our video we get a message, 'Something went wrong. We haven't been able to load all of your media yet. Please wait a few seconds and try again.' But it never loads. These are pretty simple videos - 2 minutes long, narration over images downloaded from the web. Nothing too fancy or long. For some students things like restarting, logging out and back in, or just refreshing the page has helped. But other students nothing helps. NOTE: I had a student add me as a collaborator on her video. That request went through, but I can't open her video to edit on my computer, either - suggesting it's not a problem with her machine. Any hjelp would be appreciated! -hoobie

This is the issue that occurs consistently while using the alignment tool in Adobe Express. Kindly help to rectify this issue.

New iOS and web app is not recognize emoji in the context; also it doesn’t recognize when you use two different languages in the same context

I switched from Canva software to Adobe software. Unfortunately, even though it's aimed at social networks, you can't add emojis in the software... It's strange because in Illustrator for example it is possible. Must solve it, you released a better version for the phone and it still hasn't been solved

When emojis get placed in text, only a crossed square is placed as placeholder.
