I have created a document in Adobe Express and need to download it but it continually stcks at 90%...this is work related and is urgent but I cant connect to online help...any clues?

Version: Latest that the website is.Platform: Windows 11, 23H2, OS build 22631.3593.Basic steps: Create a new project, or go into an old project. Go into media. Search a keyword to display images. Images supposed to show up in two neat columns. Images instead display incorrectly in editor.Heya! So, I launched express to continue working on my projects today, and it popped up with the new terms of service. Clicked yes, fine and dandy. But did they also update the website last night, besides just the pop up? Because now images that come up when searching for assets in the left sidebar don't display correctly. This has never happened before. If it's intentonal, it's ugly and it needs to be reverted back.Here's an image of what I'm talking about:It displays all in one line that only takes up half the space and I hate it so much. If this isn't meant to happen, how do I fix it? 😭☠
When I am trying to duplicate some aspects of my design, sometimes I am able to duplicate and other times it's locked. Why is this?
When using the video merge tool often the videos suddenly won't load and you can't play them. I check internet speed / connection and all is fine. But videos still won't load. This happens really often. Closing and reopening or refreshing the page doesn't help. Sometimes I am unable to use Adobe Express for 30 minutes at least before the videos finally load again. I understand that video files may be large, but its strange how they are working fine then suddenly stop loading.
I am trying to connect Adobe Express to LinkedIn, and a company I no longer work for appears, I've checked and all connections have been severed. If I connect using the old company it appears to work, and then it won't post (this is what I would expect) But trying to connect my account continually fails. I've tried multiple browsers - deleted cookies, over many days. I even called the old company to see if I was still listed somewhere and it is not. Seems like a technical issue with either Adobe Express or LinkedIn. I will be contacting LinkedIn also.
Consistently does not allow jpeg images to be added to edits
I sped up a video but the sound is still the original speed. Why isn't sound speeding up along with the video? I can't figure out how to change this. No audio settings appear in the editing options.

When I am in my project and on the main page where I can see all the pages at once, and I go to click on a specific page it does not actually open up the page. It will select it, but then shift the position/view of the grand view page up the screen. Additionally, I am not able to rearrange my pages to be in a specific order.

Whenever I selecting something (if only to arrange it), the corresponding panel on the left side opens. This is taking away my screen estate and it's distracting. I know how to open the panels. Please don't automatically open them.

File Download is not working Tried on Pc Mac and iOS
I can't seem to download content right now. I have restarted my computer, tried from another browser, tried it on my wife's computer. I haven't been able to download and export any content today.
when trying to re-arrange the posts in the list, it doesn't work. I click a post and the screen scrolls back to the top. See screenshot. please fix, this is frustrating. I tried it on both the desktop app and web version and the same issue happens.
When I click on the 3 button options it just takes me to the top. When I try double clicking it also doesn't go into the selected image. it would go onto a random image.
