I got signed out of my account and then lost all of my work on a website design. I would like to get this back because I saved my work but it is no longer in my files.

I Unable to change plan option in setting, how to make cancel my membership on it.

When I type the letters duplicate, the first time it's just two letters in the middle of a word. Then they multiply again by two. And then again.

Recently (last 2-3 days), any time I drop an object on and try to adjust the timing for a smaller portion of the timeline... it automatically jumps back to encompassing the full timing. this is VERY frustrating and will likely cancel my subscription if this can't be resolved.

Hi, I am not able to edit the time of an element imported from my library. I can not change when the element appears or disappears, it just extends on the whole slide.

It is frustrating that the directions for deleting my account are not accurate. Attached are the screenshots from my experience following the instructions in your support files for deleting my account (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/delete-adobe-account.html). Step 1: Create free account and login with SSL (Google account in this case). Step 2: do not sign up for any paid features. Step 3: Go to the exact page as described in the instructions. Step 4: You will be unable to delete account. Is there anything you can do to help me out here?

The screen doesn't have any templates or anything everything froze and is away

Whenever I'm on my ultrawide monitor (2560X1080) and go to Elements > Shapes and search for a shape, the sidebar jitters/shakes. If I move my screen to my smaller monitor or make the window smaller, this does not happen.

New app does not allow to use Arabic and English fonts in same context

When trying to add text and use the delete button or doing any editing. Words or letters are added to the text box. The more I delete the more it adds. I have to delete the entire text box and start over.

Bonjour, j'ai mis à jour la nouvelle application comme vous le recommandiez. Depuis que je l'utilise sur mon ipad, je n'ai plus mes anciens fichiers. Il n'y a plus de formes (sauf celle de base). J'espère qu'il ne s'agit que d'un bug.

Not so much a bug, but whenever I type to find or generate a design that features Men as the football (Soccer) players, it still throws up images, or more images of Women rather than just men. So I specifically type 'Mens Football', and still Women players come up in the options provided.

My images is not downloading, and I’m getting an error message that says removed filed.

Pic a template that doesn’t show as premium, modify it to my specifications, download it then an error. All of a sudden it shows as premium! Very annoying as I spent time on it and all of a sudden it’s premium! Seems like a sketchy business move!
