I have tapped on Text button and I am unable to add text to the image.

I don't seem to be able to adjust the timing of a brand logo in the timeline. Other objects fine, just logos. Want three brand logos to slow reveal, but despite trying to adjust end of timing, they maintain the length of the whole scene.

THe icons for assets are to big so when i try to find my asset i wana use i cant see it because qll the icons are zoomed in

I can't add text to my picture

95% of times I get an error trying to upload a photo into Adobe express. But 5%times it works. I get an error like this. In English it says file incompatible. 

I click on to view more templates and get a blank screen

I’m in the process of generating an Adobe Express Webpage for a photo story. But I’m obviously doing something wrong, because the uploaded images are much more pixelated than my original material. I exported all the images from LrC with 3600px on the long side. It seems as if the images get uploaded at a far lower resolution. Here you can see what I have done so far: photostory Teneriffa As an example some screenshots regarding on photo:1. the original image as it looks when I fit it to screen size: 2. It shows up like this when you click on it (original size on the server):Interestingly, the images look correct during the editing phase of the website, but only in the editing mode. NOT in preview mode and NOT after sharing. Another weird thing I encountered: if I try to download an image, it will download as a txt-file!? But when I change the file extension to “png” it opens up as a png

I am trying to upload a custom font using the Brands tile, I click add Fonts but it just freezes.

Some of my work from 2020 is missing now.

I have designed a business card.  Looks great with images etc.  When I try to download as a pdf for the printer, its a mess.  Missing data on back and front, pics etc.  Is this a bug?

Vocês informaram que todos os nossos arquivos que estavam na versão anterior foram migrados para a nova versão do App, porém NEM todos os meus arquivos foram migrados. E eu segui a orientação e NADA dos meus arquivos voltarem. Por gentileza concertem os erros que VOCÊS cometeram, e eu não sou a única a reclamar de arquivos não migrados.

The scroll bar seems to be missing in the chrome version of the UI. I am unable to scroll down in all of the pages. When I zoom out in Chrome I am able to see all the options/videos (from the learn section) well, but unable to access them via scroll on the regular size window.

Have cleared cache and cookies and closed chrome and still unable to download images from my projects. Please assist ASAP

Hello. Over the last few days, when I try to open Adobe Express in my mobile phone (Android) I'm getting the error "Something went wrong. Please try again". The Internet connection is active fyi, and I don't try to switch wifi or anything like that. i already: 1. Cleared the cache.2. Uninstalled the application and reinstalled it.3. Restarted my phone.  However,I keep getting the same error. My phone is a Moto G Stylus 5G Appreciate your help to fix this problem.

It won’t let me add my photos anymore. I do not like the new app.

There is no longer the option to have a secondary style within a singular text box. Nor are there the multiple alignment options for the text that were in the prior version. This newer version is more clunky to navigate and especially less user friendly on a small phone when trying to edit text.

Hi, I worked for 4 hours yesterday from 12:30 to 4:30 pm in a presentation and for some reason it is not appearing in my stuff folder. Is there anything you can do to recover it? Kind regards Anderson
