La nueva actualización esta lentisima!! Imposible trabajar bien, quiero regresar a la versión anterior ¿como lo hago?

Hi, I am a premium member and wanted to make a simple flipping book with a pdf much smaller than you specify. nothing works! Now I have tried generating a simple image, trying to download it keeps saying not ready still working on it! For goodness sake, might as well stay with CANVA for what its worth!!

My files do not show up on my tablet device anymore.

I loaded the new app, moved my things over. Used the app & looked thru all my stuff. Opened the app today & 3 years of work is GONE. I use these files daily.

none of all my design load, and everything else load ok and run smooth

i keep getting an error message saying the platform is working on my image and i'll be able to download it soon. it's taking ages and i need to download the image now. not sure what's happening--everything loaded just fine

Hi, First I couldn't download or share my design. Now that I shut down my laptop and reopened browser and emtied cache, the images do not show in my design.

Estoy teniendo un problema serio, yo trabajo con el uso del PNG y cuando lo grabo y luego lo integro a una creación en la aplicación no hace la función de png, sino como un jpeg, y me a quitado tiempo de mi trabajo ya no puedo acceder a mis png. Me urge arreglarlo

Cant post in social media. my picture is 1080x1920, and try to post instgram an facebook storie but exspress says you have to change cites because instagram accepts only 1080x1920 . my photo is right size. DUHH!!!

Quando vou para importar selecionando uma imagem do armazenamento interno do celular, o aplicativo Adobe Express informa que o "arquivo não é compatível", e acaba não importando a imagem, mas quando vou importar selecionando duas imagens ele acaba importando somente uma das imagens e fica com o sinal de alerta no canto superior esquerdo e também da o aviso de que foi "impossível carregar o arquivo" e outro aviso que o "arquivo não é compatível".

Hi, I have a problem with free animation maker. When I upload an mp3 file it starts processing it but soon after there's a bug and red rectangle pop up with "internal server error". I know it's free but I need some help ASAP. How to fix it?

The update has increased my workload with the text box working in realtime alone is a huge inconvenience. I can’t see what I’m typing and the slide bar doesn’t work so if I make a mistake typing or want to change something I have to erase everything just to get back to that one spot. I wish I had the old version back because this is totally useless to me now. This interface is clunky and the opposite of user friendly. It was one of the best apps I’ve used in my career the last 10 years, why was it changed? Is there any way for me to access the prior version of this app?
