Hi there, until yesterday's update I used Adobe Express all the time for creating social media posts, particularly the grid layout function which included border options and adding text. Since the new update yesterday, there is none of this functionality rendering this app effectively useless for me now. I've tried everything in the app and it appears that instead of retaining all the old features and improving on them, Adobe Express is now just a copy of Canva but worse. I can't even find the possibility to add text onto an image. Please can you tell me how I can revert to the old version so I do not have to go and find a different company's app to enable me to do everything I did previously on Adobe Express? Very frustrated - there was no need to remove everything users liked about it.

In the old version, it was super easy to apply. different alignment configurations. There are only 3? What happened to the other options. Aldo changing color schemes to letters was done with one click, now you have to remember color codes and re-do the entire process. These are features that saved me hours of time. Maybe I just don’t know how? Heeeelp!

The new version absolutely sucks im upset that I cant do what I want ..The old version was so easy to use .. this one is too stuffed full of non sense

You guys capped the image size in this new update for some reason, not to say this isn't excessive but most of my projects use 16370 x 3800 px. The large size isn't important since Express used to automatically make the images fit at max capacity so this means I don't resize anything and it works out perfectly but now in this version all those projects would now be unsupported most likely or something probably not the case but I can't even resize older unwanted deleted projects since one of those already had those oversized images and there's no way to replace them even tho it's the same exact size as before. Not sure but something I've also noticed in this newer version is the excessive amount of empty space everywhere, perhaps move everything new to fill those gaps and restore the original settings since I've been using this app for the past 3 years and never ever had any issues until now. Not the mention the fact that there's 3 separate buttons to copy, cut, delete, and order instea

In the old version of adobe exoress, we had the option to select a grid then rotate the images within the grid. There was also an option to easily change the style of your project by clockkkh through options. Both were available under the same tab and I don't see either now. 

When I choose "add item" and gallery, either photo, file or video, nothing happens. Pretty useless if I can't upload from my device.

dag, in de adobe express app op de telefoon (android) kan ik kiezen voor objecten verwijderen, maar als ik chrome deze app open zie ik nergens deze mogelijkheid. Zou fijn zijn als dat wat je op de mobiel app kan ook via de web app mogelijk is. groet jan willem

Wenn ich das Format 303 x 216 mm auswähle macht das Programm beim JPEG oder PNG Export unten eine ein Pixel hohe weiße Linie mit rein. Da werden anscheinen nicht ganz korrekt die Pixel umgerechntet.

Same one person here... when I click the Download button on top right, it says that "we are working on your file" and it has been this way for over an hour and a half.  I that file ASAP. Thanks for the help in advance.

Can I still insert borders in a still frame/graphic? And will you have your outstanding grid options available to pop in our own stock photo choices?

Meine bereits erstellten Inhalte können nicht geöffnet werden. Erst kommt die Meldung, dass die Datei konvertiert wird und die ursprüngliche Datei in einem Ordner namens Originals gespeichert wird. Wenn es sich dann öffnet, erscheint die graue Arbeitsfläche mit "Bald ist alles bereit". Dann passiert nichts. Wenn ich ein neues Projekt (insbesondere Videos) erstelle, kann ich es nicht herunterladen, weil die Meldung kommt: "Wir arbeiten an deiner Datei. Du kannst sie bald herunterladen." Das dauert ewig und es passiert ebenfalls nichts. Wo liegt der Fehler?

I need to be able to paste text from other apps. I have gone into system settings to allow pasting and it still doesn’t work. The old version had no issues with this.

When I customize and start editing a new Instagram story template, I need to add more context and another photo. Also, the bottom part isn’t working at all.

I tried merging videos and it stops at 42% I tried less videos and still same

I'm finding the crop tool pop up menu gets in the way when trying to crop to tight areas and lines on the new mobile update.

Unfortunately I can’t use the app properly and items in my files are lost, and I need the files to design, in need of urgent help!

Update got rid of fonts. If they aren’t brought back, I’m changing apps.

when I try to upload a picture it doesnt show, I have had instances where I have to upload it several times before it uploads but sometimes it never does. I have tried starting aproject and then adding the image as well as adding the image first then trying to edit it, both ways have the same issue.

This no longer works. Is there a way to revert to the older version? Sadly it takes me twice as long now to completely simple images. The app is no longer useful.
