i go away for about 6 weeks and come back to develop the next project and everything is gone. This is not how you support a product. I will find another product somewhere. And I am stopping all my adobe subscriptions so i don't have this happen again.

We have been trying for days to publish perojects to turn in the link/project to Google Classroom and it just won't work. I don't know why others work and these don't. They have worked in the past. We are using the Web based platform on Adobe Express. I think it's the most up to date. The laptops are Chromebooks, all up tp date. The photo is blurry, but I had to crop from a video. It's an error message saying "We cannot publish your link at this time. Please try again." We've tried for days.

The Audio is out of sync in the final downloaded video. It plays fine on the original clips and it's working well when played in the editor. I've tried to download it twice and both times the audio is slightly out. you can see the lips moving out of sync with the audio. It would be out by a fraction of a second. Is there a fix or workaround?

When I import an AI file, I'm having such trouble with the text/fonts importing with it. This file had a simple Source Sans Variable and all came through as rubbish so then I have to rebuild each page to make them into templates.

doesnt allow to specify shape of crap

Hello! I noticed our webpage in the backend shows our brand fonts but it doesn't do so on the front end. Not sure how this should be fixed!

It is extremely frustrating to be working on something and every time you click on something to move it, the image box pops up and shifts the artboard to the side. It's a constant fight. The artboard shouldn't move when any box pops up. Also, it won't let me shift the artboard left or right to zoom in on an area I am working on, I can only scroll up and down. In Illustrator, I can move the artboard any direction I need to.

I don't know how else to explain this. Have been through this via email and phone call.. Please see that attached. Every time I do a redemption code, it defaults to the wrong email (with the poster googly eyes). I need to be linked to the account underneath with the stack of folders otherwise I cannot collaborate with the other account under Bronx Arts Ensemble.

Like dozens of othe people on your forums - i'm not able to download file becasue there's licencing issue and asking me to extend my plan or replace the asset - meanwhile i've got full premium access. It's insane that you didn't make anything about this while i'm looking on conversations on Adobe forums.

when i hit "erase" to try to restore a part of an image NOTHING, not even eraser options, pops up

I cant use the crop tool to crop a picture to different shapes. It must be a bug.

When reopened, a project is missing nearly half of its video clips. Just says they are loading but they never load!!

An entire folder of my weekly newsletters is completely gone when I logged in yesterday to get ready for the next newsletter. It was originally created by my boss and she shared it with me 2 years ago. I am in this folder for many days leading up to the publishing of the newsletter every Wednesday. Where did it go and how do I get it back?

Unable to download - just times out

when a piece of voiceover is deleted, the selected cursor goes back to the beginning of the last piece of voice over instead of starting in the position of the deleted voiced over. Very annoying

I tried on separate computers and the function to crop an image into a shape (a circle in my case) is no longer an option.

When I click on an image and click the Erase tool, the left-hand panel goes blank. It doesn't show any of the options for erasing or restoring that are normally there.
