I've been getting a failed download error the last two days and cannot download my videos.

Hi there, my clipping masks keep releasing everytime I open my file again. This is causing me a lot of extra work.

attemptingto upload material and blocking progress saying upload in progress- I cannot see earlier uploads that have not been actioned.

Unable to create a new file from template - the action fails repeatedly

I successfully created 2 templates within my brand today. I've been trying to create a 3rd for several hours the operation seems to fail every time. It's quite frustrating. I get the message that the template is creating in the background and nothing happens each time.

images won't upload, can't edit text, etc. Is this due to my Mac settings?

My illustrator file has a clipping mask of a cut out circle with a photo behind it. When I upload this into Adobe Express the cut out circle and photo are blended into one, which means that I cannot replace the photo anymore. Being able to replace the photo is important when creating templates for clients. Thank you.

When you go to create YouTube video then go to media and go to video and search up Igo game the left side of the screen starts to glitch. I have tried this with many other computers and it is still glitching. If you guys have any comments or questions please reach out to me at seiichi.mikhail@gmail.com . For the past month or so, whenever I type a prompt into the search bar, it says there are no results. I've been using Express for years (since Spark, etc.) and I have never had this issue. For example, when searching for a social media post or template for Valentine's Day, I type in "valentine" and there are zero results. In some cases, it will bring up something I created in the past, but nothing from templates. This doesn't make sense to me because when I browse some recent templates, there are several Valentine's Day templates that come up immediately. The best part about Express is being able to search for a template based on a key word and remixing that design to save time and resources. Now, I try to search any number of things (MLK, ocean, cupcakes, invitation, literally any word) and there are no results. Please help! Thank you!

Absolutely terrible download quality!! I get better crispness when I screenshot! Wondering why I pay for this service when it is this crap!

Embedding does not work on Adobe. I copy and paste the embed link into where I'm embedding it to and it says page not found.

There some buttons which seem unavailable like the export key and on the side when you click the background, the side panel dose not show up.

when trying to download the image an error appears asking me to replace the stock item with id: 268018529, but when cheking the file, we found there's no such stock resource, so what can I do for download the file?

I've tried various browsers but I get an error every time when I attempt to publish a file. Why is this happening?

When I try and save, I get reference to licensed stock image, even if I do not use an image

I have refreshed the connection three times but my scheduled post will not work.

I created a logo for my business using a stock image, which I have already been using in all my marketing. however, now it appears that I can no longer download or edit the image.

After downloading the completed series to a mp4, as I tried to import into another editing platform, it only imports the first page of 7 seconds. It is 12 in total that creates 1 video of 1 minute and 44 seconds.

When I tried to go on adobe express, this is what happened  

Every time I try and edit a graphic, text, or anything for that matter, the blue adjustable "edit box" surrounding the figure flies up out of the screen. It then overloads the webapp and crashes it after a few minutes. This has been a persistent problem and I am unable to use this service at all. A solution would help. Thanks.

I have a paid subscription and every time I want to use premium Adobe Stock photos on Adobe Express it says that the license of the photo can't be obtained.

When I try to download my project, at first, it looks like it's working until it reaches 90%, then it freezes, and I can see behind it the too-frequent error message appears, and sure enough, it is. This also occurs when I go to my "elements" and try to use shapes or icons, but I don't receive an error message when I use design assets or backgrounds. This started happening yesterday. At first, any time I pressed the Download button, I would get no response, and now it downloads to 90%. When this problem occurred, I couldn't use the AI Generate Add-on. When I pressed on that, the toolbar would appear for the Add-on, but nothing would appear below it. Later in the day, I could use the AI generator, but it stopped working again today (I'm not sure if these problems are correlated). I also cannot share the project either. It just loads forever. I am using Microsoft Edge, and I have tried other browsers. Still, whenever I try to use other browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox),
