When I try and save, I get reference to licensed stock image, even if I do not use an image

download starts, looked like it worked out, no error, but nothing is left in the download folder

I have refreshed the connection three times but my scheduled post will not work.

I created a logo for my business using a stock image, which I have already been using in all my marketing. however, now it appears that I can no longer download or edit the image.

After downloading the completed series to a mp4, as I tried to import into another editing platform, it only imports the first page of 7 seconds. It is 12 in total that creates 1 video of 1 minute and 44 seconds.

When I tried to go on adobe express, this is what happened  

Every time I try and edit a graphic, text, or anything for that matter, the blue adjustable "edit box" surrounding the figure flies up out of the screen. It then overloads the webapp and crashes it after a few minutes. This has been a persistent problem and I am unable to use this service at all. A solution would help. Thanks.

I have a paid subscription and every time I want to use premium Adobe Stock photos on Adobe Express it says that the license of the photo can't be obtained.

When I try to download my project, at first, it looks like it's working until it reaches 90%, then it freezes, and I can see behind it the too-frequent error message appears, and sure enough, it is. This also occurs when I go to my "elements" and try to use shapes or icons, but I don't receive an error message when I use design assets or backgrounds. This started happening yesterday. At first, any time I pressed the Download button, I would get no response, and now it downloads to 90%. When this problem occurred, I couldn't use the AI Generate Add-on. When I pressed on that, the toolbar would appear for the Add-on, but nothing would appear below it. Later in the day, I could use the AI generator, but it stopped working again today (I'm not sure if these problems are correlated). I also cannot share the project either. It just loads forever. I am using Microsoft Edge, and I have tried other browsers. Still, whenever I try to use other browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox),

Everything is EXTREMELY slow loading. This new transition is horrible. I also don't like that we cannot brand under the new changes

Hallo es sind zwei Themen. Das eine, wenn ich ein Carousel erstellen möchte ( vielleicht auch bei anderen Posts) wird mir bei manchen Fotos die ich einfügen möchte angezeigt, dass die Datei die Größenvorgabe überschreiten würde. Allerdings habe ich diese auf 1,5mb runter formatiert. Zum anderen funktioniert bei mir aktuell über Google Chrome gar kein einfügen meiner Fotos.

Adobe Express WebPage is compressing images for the viewer, but keeping the full image size in the editor.  I've tried changing the file type, erasing metadata, using different resolutions to reduce file size...etc, yet it continues to compress the images and make the end product look terrible.  I've deleted the cache and attempted to view it in an incognito window to no avail.  I've also tried to include high res adobe stock images from the app itself, and those too are coming out compressed when seen as a viewer.  Any ideas as to what is going on and how to solve it?  See below for what I mean,

All my files are gone in the new version. When I try to reach the old link (https://express.adobe.com/sp/projects) it redirects me to this new site. Please help!

I am trying to share a file in Adobe Express, but when I try to approve the invite, I get a "Something went wrong. Please try again," message. When I try to change the file to "Anyone with the link can access," I receive a "There was an error changing access to public," message. Can this be resolved? Thanks!  

When I drag an image into adobe express, the imprint that says" drop to add your file and under it says " you can add mp4, png, psd. Well it doesn't go away. Screen shot attached. Never happened before. Restarted my computer with same issue

I've added a few videos to my magazine layout, but they are either not playing on share publish, or just exporting 1 frame when exported as mp4

keeps saying over and over again can't add media bec. it is to large - resized and still doesn't work

Ich habe den ganzen mittag gearbeitet und jetzt kommt eine meldung dass die dateil zu gross ist. Vielleicht soll ich die alte datei löschen? Bitte sagen Sie ob dass möglich ist. Gruss, Jan

Nao abe nada fica parado

Leider funktioniert Adobe Express Version bei mir am MAC nicht mehr flüssig. Alles extrem langsam und ich kann meine alten Projekte nicht mehr bearbeiten. Wenn ich auf ein Textfeld klicke lädt es die ganze Zeit, aber ich kann nichts bearbeiten

When editing a youtube video and short today, I've been using it for a while-- but now when I go to drag and drop my files into the project, the screen goes translucent gray and says to drag and drop files (which I obviously already know how to do because I had to do it and  *then* it popped up. It blocks out the entire project screen so it's hard to see what is actually being worked on and there's no way to get that to go away. Please fix this ASAP so I can work on my projects. It's some drag and drop screen glitch that only happens after the initial drop and I can't exit the tab and go back in because it is still there.
